Missing boxes ! 15 of them disappeared from claimed items
I had 19 claimed samples and 19 claimed boxes and I get on there today and there's 6 ~ nobody answers the phone or emails you back

Website trouble, no telephone customer service available. Plus most samples NOW require having to APPLY to qualify for trying out a sample.
Site trouble. It won't let me check out with the sample of Arm & Hammer Spray (foot/shoe) when it's all ready to go in my box. Keep getting a "Sorry, something went wrong...return home" msg. Also says to try changing VPN or WiFi connection and REtry checkout. No go, either. Have never had to use WiFi at your site, although it's available where I live. Since I joined your site in 2014--****...I've always just used my mobile data. Frustrating and disappointing to miss out on a nice sample (or others coming up) due to website issues! Hopefully your crew/IT people can rectify the issue quickly! There is no problem with MY device. Thank you!

Subscribing me to a magazine subscription without my permission
I received an Essence magazine & I'm not even African American. So I called the company, they stopped the subscription & informed me, it came from a company called Sorbo. I called them & found out it was PinchMe who did it & it wasn't the only magazine they subscribed me to. I was livid & told them to remove all subscriptions under my name & to remove my acct that I never authorized. I'm furious!!! I plan on emailing Pinchme, since you can't call them, how convenient, right?? Unreal

I have a Pinchme acct for receiving products for reviews. 1st, they NEVER give me products I KNOW I QUALIFY FOR!!! It's very rare to even get a product to review thru them. They don't do a good job at all!!! There are numerous products I qualified for & most of them would've benefited me!!! Then they friggin signed me up for magazine subscriptions that I've numerously turned down!!! I don't care for them, read them or need them. And for them to subscribe to them without my consent, is infuriating!!! I don't care if they're free either!!! When I say NO, I MEAN NO!!! They need to do a better job all around, period!!!

I have not received any samples since December I wore a comment on Instagram they told me to check my dm but sent me a link to their website no help at all all of the numbers I try to call dont work I have tried numerous times to contact this company and no luck there are also multiple people complaining on Instagram that they also have no received any samples

December January and February I was wondering Why I have not Received My Pinch me box December And I haven't received it for January February I wrote To Megan from pinch me and all I got Is that Megan from pinch me SAID That MY Pinch me Boxes Number 6789 were not shipped out yet due to shipment and inventory delays When I wrote to Megan from pinch me she said that my # 6789 pinch me boxes were not shipped out yet due to inventory and shipment delays I been waiting for a very long time now since december why is it taking so long for all of my pinch me boxes December Jan Feb to be shipped out I never had this problem with any of my pinch me boxes I always got my pinch me boxes shipped out right away no one from pinch me never responds to my emails when I write to them to pinch me they said .that my pinch me boxes # 6789 pinch me boxes were not shipped out yet due to inventory and shipment delays could you look in to this problem for me and could you find out from began why my.pinch me boxes were not shipped out yet never had this problem before hope that you get thus resolved for me soon
