Miss Treatment by a staff member and refusing a customer services

Saturday September 2nd around 3:30pm to about 4:10pm is when I was on the property at location 1501 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle , PA 17013. Just like any other day I pulled up to the propane station to fill my tank located on my food truck. Positioned myself and then proceeded to inside the store to let them know I needed to get fuel. I immediately was greeted by the maintenance guy that was on duty and also because it's usually responsible for filling tanks from past visits. I said hello, and asked him can he please fill me up when he was done mopping the floor. He lashes out, I was told by my manager, I can't fill your tank anymore because it's unsafe. I then asked to see the manager because I was not asking for anything unusual. The weather was nice outside and perfect so there should be no reason to refuse service. In my many visits here I have had trouble with the young management and their arrogance and cockiness. On this particular day the manager came over to me without assessing the situation and said that yes he was refusing to provide me with service and I should leave the property. I was now angry because I did nothing wrong to be declined service. I did raise my voice because of the situation and the manager called me disgruntled and I was disturbing business and I should leave immediately. I had also grabbed a soda prior to talking to the maintenance person, so I wanted to pay for my soda before I was accused of stealing. As I was trying to pay for the soda the manager engaged into a back and forth conversation with me, I paid for the soda but I owed 10 cents for the taxes on it. So I went to my car to get the money and when I returned he had locked the door on me and I went to the other door and came in to finish paying for my soda. He continued to edge me on and tell me to leave. So as I was standing in line he proceeded to call the police to tell them I was unwelcome on the property and I was a disgruntled customer. The cops said I did nothing wrong and there was nothing they could do. The embarrassment and humiliation of trying to operate my own business and being falsely accused of such, I felt it was warranted to bring it to a higher level outside of that building. This location is convenient for me to refill my propane tanks, but not worth all the harassment I am getting. I would like something to be done based on this notification to you however if nothing is done I will pursue legal action as this is not the first time I have been harassed in there for just simply wanting to get my propane tank filled.

Harassment from manager

At the Bellemont, AZ Pilot Truck Stop today at around 3:50 pm I walked out of the store toward my car and saw a woman taking pictures of my van with her phone. She asked me if it was my van. I said " Yes" She said, " There is no overnight parking here" I replied, "It is the middle of the day, the sun is out." She said have a nice day and walked away. I yelled out to her.." Can I get your name?" She said " Jennifer" I, assuming she was the manager, ( due to her name tag) told her, ' I need your name because I am calling Corporate . I am calling Corporate because of your harassing me by taking pics of my van" She went inside. I pulled to another parking space and called Pilot Corporate. During my call to Pilot Corporate, A sheriffs Deputy pulled up on me and said the manager had called the Sheriff's office on me. After talking to me and another employee the Sheriff's Deputy told me that I was now trespassing and I needed to leave. I said ok and left I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PILOT LOCATION AGAIN And I am reluctant to stop at any other Pilot other than to get gas if I am very low on fuel and there is no other gas station around Harassing customers in the afternoon about an overnight parking policy that DID NOT APPLY TO ME IN ANY WAY, is not good for business.

Rude customer service here.

Walked in just to get a dozen chocolate chip cookies but they only had two flavors available. I asked if they can bake some but was discouraged by one employee that went on break right after he told me it would be a 40 minute wait. Ok, that left one employee named Seth here by him self. I understood and was willing to wait but he told me he wasn't cooking any chocolate chip cookies because he was by himself and he had other things to do. It even looked like he had to calm himself down before something else rude came out his mouth. I have all night to wait but it looks like they are overwhelmed and don't know how to deal with it well

Gang stalking at Tulare Ca l ocation

My name is Daniel j I've sent several emails before regarding the GameStop and going on at the Tulare California locations the employees are involved in this so let it go on they allow it to go on inside the facilities that harass people when the weather in the showers especially me I can hear them talking *** you guys can look at your surveillance video from last night and be able to hear and see it I'm going to have a lawsuit against you guys big time I've got plenty of films and I want something done about this and I'm going to be compensated for this you can reach me at 559-****-**** and I'd like someone to call me back tomorrow nobody is yet to call me back you will be hearing from my lawyer if I don't hear it for somebody soon

Settle a problem with stores gaming machine

They don't follow policy and communication has proven difficult. Always give us your number and a general manager will contact you. Not one single person from the store or corporate has contacted me to resolve the issue. It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't gotten store credit I won fairly on the stores gaming machine. I will NOT spend another dime with ANY Pilot store EVER!

No showers for more than a week

I stopped at the Pilot in Corbin, KY @ I 75 exit 29 and there are no working showers. I stopped by here last week and no working showers then either, as well as other times showers have been randomly closed. Why can't you offer showers to drivers on a consistent basis at this location? I bet if your fuel lanes were down you'd have them fixed sooner than a week.

Customer complaint

A pilot refill cup was purchased for me I did not open the cup. I went to another store to use the cup I showed the cashier the cup before I walked into the store she scanned it and to charge me $6 I said it's a free refill the cup was purchased for me what are you talking about I didn't buy it she tells me that the cashier that did the transaction did not do it correctly she calls managers which embarrassed me in front of customers her name is Rain at the Columbia South Carolina store on Fairfield Road 321. Then she proceeded to charge me $1.29 even after that was resolved I told her that it says free she says no it's not then she proceeded to call police on me security to further embarrass me I was humiliated in front of customers I walked out of there I would never enter that store again her actions were real degrading loud and I have seen her do this one time before to another customer so this is not the first time I'm going to complain though. No parking to many cars reserving spots

The parking lot is full of cars saving the spot for when they return with truck . Road side mechanics doing oil changes in the yard then disposing used oil in the ponds . When reported to shift manager he shrugged his shoulders and just giggled . My next call is the government to report the oil in the pond out back and show that it has been reported several times to manager over the last 12 months and nothing is done . This is becoming an environmental issue now

Do 5 things and receive 2500 points the last thing is use points at a pilot flying j restaurant I went to the McDonald's at the pilot in Ottawa lake Michigan and they did not accept points for food I went to the pilot in Saginaw Michigan and the Wendy's did not accept points for food so I'm going around buying food i don't want trying to complete the last task all pilot flying j is good for is ripping off drivers

I was recently teramated I have employee house I also have a child and we are not from ND so we only know coworkers. Not only was a promotion taken but now I'm terminated they want me to be out in 3 days. They are aware of my situation but wish not to allow me at least a week so now me and my child 2 dogs a1 cat with out transportation are going to be homeless. I have always been a team player and always helped when ever asked. So new manager has not only fired everyone but has her abusive boyfriend/ husband working and living on property also has a no con order due to recent domestic violence charges with this same GM. But I was fired after having a promotion taken without notice or explanation. All I asked was for a little more time to find living arrangements for my child and myself. Now am I wrong for asking for this time and is this fair??

Gad Pump Money Hold

I was surprised and distressed to see a charge of $151 pending from your company aside from my legitimate payment for gas at the pump in Glen Allen, Va. I called the location to inform them of what I believed was a fraudulent charge, and they advised me that it was a normal corporate activity. I was unaware that there would be a hold, especially of such a high amount. It is entirely unnecessary. If the practice is to continue, there needs to be a notice posted at every pump.

Good morning, my name is roubin and I am regular customer at flying j fairview Tennessee and I have a complaint about a cashier overthrew he was really rude and disrespectful to me 3 times in different 3 situations this guy always rude to me the first situations that I wanted some food I was waiting at the food place he asked me to come to his cash register I don't know why there was no body on the line so I went directly to the food so he can serve me but he refused and he asked me in bad and rude way to go to his cash register and then after I went I asked for the food he take the food and he went to another register not the same one he was asking me to serve me on it so he confused me the second situation I went to get a pack of cigarettes and he was asking for my ID in a very rude and disrespectful way .. the third situation was today when I was asking him for food and I was telling him I need that pizza and I pointed with my finger to the pizza I want and I touched the glass to tell him which one I want he said Don't touch the glass with your fingers I said I didn't mean to am just trying to tell you which one I want but if so you can clean it no problem he said you know what I am nit going to serve you ?! I just asking why what I did or said wrong ?!!! Is that a professional cashier who is working in a great and huge company like flying j .. by the way I put gas every day for my company truck and I am very nice and respectful with everybody and the other cashiers were nice to me but I Don't know what's his problem with me ... when I told the manager she just didn't want to listen to me or my complaints she said I have to do it on the app ?!!! And asking me to leave or to go to another cashier and I asked her to listen to me but she refused !!! And also another girl she threats me by calling the cops to me if I didn't leave ?!!! Why ?!! What I did wrong?! I wanna know exactly what I did ?! Is flying j now turning to racist place I was just need food and get served good am a respectful man and good to everyone... and by the way he was not wearing his name tag so I Don't know his name but I will attach a picture of him . Security Guard Misconduct

I came to park at this flying J #740 After being harassed about parking saying that the spot I was in was reserved 6 hours later after being parked I was told to move my vehicle by the security guard James who wouldnt tell me his name but the manger inside gave it to me. Also told that parking spots was sold out so it was to late to pay for the spot I was in already and the whole truck lot was full at that point. Then this morning I get a call from my company saying James sent an email saying that I am banned from that flying J for life and that I took a swing at him. That never took place which is why Im glad I recorded the incident. This guy should not be out there with the attitude and misconduct that he has when all I asked him was Where can I legally park? And Whats your name? Because Im going to talk to your manager.

Generally manager shows all current employees in dublin pilot store 068 hostility, negative criticism and displays discrimination

I joined upilot as an employeeistore the end of December in dublin Georgia and I am struggling and have all sorts of questions am I still on the schedule? He didn't fire me or said anything of the sort I didn't quit at all, last I remember being on the schedule was some time in June despite me being in college and trying to get a hold of the general Manger by text due to I am busy during the week with college and would like to work weekends there or even just for call outs from Thursday to Sunday he hasn't even gotten back to me at all. I go to pilot to see the employee's who are also my friends that are working and ask if I'm on the schedule they have stated I'm on a list but no hours are listed for me and they said your probably on to be rehired and I said I wasn't informed I was even fired!!! general manager told me after being hostile towards me with his words and discrimination towards me and talking that he'd give me hours and work with me for when my college semester started...I also told my coworkers that despite my efforts to reach out about coming to work and getting hours he has reached back to me. Before I left pilot in dublin ga I talked with the manager on shift who is also my friends and she stated that the general manager is hardly around and when he is he's there for not even that long and takes off, but that the one day he showed hostility towards them and really wasn't perfessional at all is what my coworker said, she hopes that if a new manager comes about that I can come back and work because she stated the one day about a few weeks ago that her and her daughter were on shift and the General manager came in and said if things get backed up or ya need help call me on the radio and I'll be in well the mother employee went out for her break cause she didn't have a lunch yet and needed it and her daughter was in working there and it got a bit busy while her mom was on break, well...she tried so many times to call the general manager on the radio while her mom was on break and he didn't answer so a line was forming on just about every counter and she worked at it the best that she possibly could, but then told me she knew the general manager of dublin ga pilot filing j store 068 was sitting in his vehicle ignoring radio cause all he does they said is worry about his sons soccer and just stick around for a few hours and leave, she then told me that Justin came in and started yelling at her why didn't she call him on the radio and just was being very nasty toward her and when her mom came In from break he shouted at her and said you shouldn't have taken a lunch or went on break your to stay behind here and help so it don't get back up, and apparently he was there for only a little longer and left. But I said to my coworker that's nuts she said her and her daughter are thinking of just working there one day a week and that they and other workers at that pilot don't like the general manager and fear for their jobs just like me and they don't wanna be put on a list like I have not knowing what that means so they are searching for a new job. The way the general manager Handel's things at pilot flying j in dublin ga store number 068 is not professional, no leadership at all has gone in and taken free showers for 3 hours stays at pilot for 2 or 3 hours disappears comes back and disappears again reason I know this and others know this is I once was a working there and happy to do so except for when he came around for I'd be critizied because of I am developmentally delayed I do my best my drawer never ever went over 3 dollars while I was working despite my Ora of wellbeing due to my health I smiled the best I could and always said welcome to pilot, have a nice day, even cleaned and did the big 4 at pilot always tried my very best to be on time, I was told if I did the best I could and did even more things around there I could get more hours or even be a shift manager which I was open to so I could be more help to customers and to the company and so to check if that was correct what I was hearing from the shift managers since general manager was hardly there...if I could be a manager or even gain more hours, and something someone said and the fact that I stated general managers falling asleep he laughed at it and thats not funny at all thats serious and someone on night while i was working and my shift manager was asleep and showers were dirty sais that they are gonna report this place and me asked for my name and said why cant you clean the showers i said well apparently cashiers arent allowed to clean the showers and my general manager is asleep and ive tried to wake him up, but dispite that i told the lady let me try and do my best to clean it up the way i saw a manager do it the one day so she waited and she got a shower but still asked for my name and wanted to know the general managers name, i managed the store and anyones questions and anything for 4 hours on night shifts sotra by myself while my shift manager slept and didnt wake up, but that night I was so upset felt so alone like it's my fault that my shift manager would sleep and customers were mad but i tried my best to resolve things and the fact i was being laugh at for telling general manager about people shift managers sleeping...and I did my part I tired the best I could and the drivers being a lot ik are my friends where cool and said take your time that its crazy the way things are done at this pilot, but the next day being so upset i did tell the manager i felt like quitting and i wanted to quit but then we talked in the office and he said he'd still like to keep me working there and being that I am autistic and have health problems my face usually has dark circles and I look tired a lot but I do my best to smile and work the best I can and could there and I have comprehension delay issues and communication issues so I say things differently in a way I understand and I know how to count cash and always did great at the register sometimes for bigger cash given back to the customers I'd take a little to count it but I always got it right I'm just a little slower counting cash when in big quantities, but, ik how to do basic things I have functional autism and health problems with headaches which cause dizziness and fainting and it's neurological and at times I can have strokes but that's rare...anyway I told my manager after he said about he'd like me to stay, I said okay and told him I have college coming up in August I finally got accepted and that I need the hours here mostly weekends if possible so I can make money for gas and small bills to go back n forth to school he said he'd work with me I also mentioned about what the shift managers had told me that you said to them and just checking to see if that was so about I may be able to be a manager or obtain more hours on night shifts I do much better at those because I am a little slower at times with counting but can do everything else, he said I never said that at all the general manager then went on to saying straight to my face that I am a Debbie downer at the counter and I don't know how to do basic work or anything that I don't do what I am supposed to that he's never seen me out in the fuel isle doing anything which I have done the max that I obtain learning on my own and from other coworkers cause the manager didn't train me one bit...just said look at signs. He also then said why would I give you shift manager of you can't do basic anything around here, you sit down over there by the lotto machine...which I only do if I feel a little dizzy or lightheaded after cleaning up the deli cleaning the coffee containers and then just getting them ready to hit start for fresh coffee wiping the area down putting new trash bags in, more cups if needed both coffee cups and fountain cups also put the breakfast out and things like that, I have tried the best I could do I even for a while there stocked the coolers daily and I put the time in to go outside every night that my shift manager we would split the things that needed to be done up, I did the fuel isle like the trash and buckets fill water up make sure the wiper things are in them and I made sure paper towels where in every pump and fuel isle for drivers, even then I went tons of extra miles there and when drivers where hungry cause I was given permission to do this...when food wasn't set out till morning i can usually tell when a driver is hungry I ask them you looking for something hot to eat or anything and I'd tell them of the top of my head what I have in the back for them that I can bring out choices for them to choose from and recommend what I think tastes better or is the best option and they say than you viv eveytime they came in or would see me hey what you got in the back and I'd kindly help them out many times I was able to pitch an idea out to drivers and others about products pilot company sells and has in our store 068 and they weren't even thinking about buying it but I advertised and sold that idea of that product like a headset or a lighter or even a vape Yada Yada even the different Def you can buy in pilot I've told them hey I think this is the best thing right here it's got this and this and I've used it before which I never introduce something I never used or had...but point is to promote pilot and the products sold in store 068 I've done my best in that as well and a few of my co workers have said I'd be good at advertising and selling a product. But the drivers never had a single complaint after what I had suggested would be the best fit and buy and y...they come back and say it's still working and I'm glad you helped me out then I'd say what ya having today desiel or Def and it be desiel and he'd say thanks when we got through I'd ask if he wants a receipt and he'd say see ya tomorrow you on shift, I belive so unless it changes again. And I said usually have a safe trip driver thanks for visiting pilot...and he'd say you too, hope I see ya next time, but tons of drivers have been asking me when I go to the Chinese place I see them there a lot and other gas stations hey viv how come ya haven't been working on night shifts like ya was I said I don't know last I remember was I was supposed to get hours manager pointed out that I can't do basic work, I'm a Debbie downer at the counter and I don't do nothing. My family are truck drivers I do ought to say and I know how to work a semi, the landing gear how it works ik that I know how to hook up the trailer and all so I understand truck driver big time I've traveled all around with my sister and my brother in law and others as well and no other pilot I ever been to did their managers treat their employees like the way this manager at the pilot in dublin has I am not showing hostility at all I'm showing I am confused on why he was saying such hostile words putting me down and knows I have disabilities and also said he'd work with me but hasn't at all I don't know if I'm fired of I'm on hold or what, but no one else complains about me at all, and even though I haven't had hours and the manager at pilot store 068 doesn't communicate very much with his employees or me, I still visit the store checking on my coworkers who are my friends and the comments they make about the manager and others there too are sad, upsetting for them and for me they stated there last week that too bad I'm not given hours and hopefully I can come back and they said good luck trying to get the manager to talk to ya cause he barely communicates with us all he cares about is making a paycheck leaving whenever he wants and soccer plus yelling at us and we had enough of it and can't take this anymore so we are all trying to find other work, and here at pilot they said that they need more employees like me when he was giving me hours to work there who actually show up, and keep seeking to be here and that's what I've been doing despite the general managers hostility, unrealistic criticism and also discrimination towards me I still go to pilot hoping that maybe I'll get the hours that he said he'd give me while I was in college, he even said I need therapy, only reason I may of needed therapy is because of the general manager, and yes I did do therapy to make myself stringer as a person and to talk about his words to my counselor and how they effected me making me cry while he was yelling at me in his office towards the end of June so ? Is am I fired on a waiting list of some sort? Like what's going on? I love pilot working there cause of what I experienced in other states and counties and it was never like it is here at this one over time I noticed the GM character and now everyone there when I stop by pilot to get gas says they about to all quit, for their well being and fear of their jobs like what's happened to me, store 068 pilot new general manager is a must for change cause this manager in my honest opion is gonna keep putting his employees down and show discrimination towards them not enform other workers there if they are getting hours or not? Or fired or just on hold like my situation due to his unrealistic statement criticizing me and being hostile with words, how does pilot let that slide? How is the one hire that the general manager at store 068 whose name starts with a J not replaced with a more responsible, more outgoing, caring person showing leadership and actually being there during the day on the hours he has listed that he'll be there. How does pilot let that go? It just looks bad on pilot in general to let that manager remain a manager for the way he acts and treats all of us working or on his wait hold grudge list not informing employees about much at all, I had said to my other coworkers if this is bothersome and upsetting to you and your mental health while working here as it has been to me, I needed therapy for it too that yall should report this matter and him because pilot has standards and want the ratings to be a 5 star at every pilot to be great and drivers content and treated well but how can pilot do that if their employees are suffering at work mentally and emotionally from the hostility and rude comments from their manager that's hardly around and gets free pilot showers which I was told we had to pay for those? Guess it's free if the manager can have them free right? So because of this manager I've been in therapy and I've been doing college still reaching out to him through text like he tells everyone just call or text, so I have and he hasn't gotten back to me...I'm in college without being given hours though promised to give me...and still nothing it's really upsetting and for me this I believe is a lawsuit and if not resolved I will have to do something about this even a bit deeper, I want my hours back and I want my job working the overnight he said he'd give me but lies and isn't kind one bit to me I'm frustrated tho I'm trying to be patient and understanding also trying to forgive but pilot is said to be like a family and I don't feel that at this one and I fear for my other co workers Jon positions while this general manager in dublin at pilot store 068 is partially working there and being payed the hours he isn't there is wrong and there are many other shift managers and other workers there that would be better and more suited for general manager and very positive for the team and their emotional and mental health, their scared to speak out in fear of their jobs but I am not since I'm on some kind of grudge waiting list as they put it. Help store 068 dublin ga obtain a new manager where we all feel safe and don't feel our jobs are in jeopardy. I feel like there's something wrong with me cause of my disability and what he said to me in his office, I just don't feel safe but I want to get my hours back...just not while he is in rule there and deceives his boss thats above him, that isn't right at all. Let justice for that pilot store take place. Amen please someone help take action with this store on the general leadership. He's not giving many employees their hours and is doing everything that's not meant to be done in a work place such as discrimination upon disability, race ethnicity religion or medical which is also with disability, I'd like my job back so I can continue to be a service to other and most importantly the drivers
