Terrible photo session

The photographer wouldnt let us even speak. We had a simple clear idea of what we wanted but would not do it. She kept talking over us. Then took less than the number of photos guaranteed in the digital package.

Refund of session fee

Wait time is horrible!

We had an appointment and we were told somehow the computer booked 3 people at one time. Waiting over an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen.

inexperienced photographer-lighting issues in almost every pics and halos over some others. contacted for photos to be corrected. no reply. disappointed been coming to PP since 2011

Poor lighting in photos

Photographer did not seem experienced with different poses & definitely not lighting. Shadows over her face & halos across top of other pics. Another associate has just arrived when we were waiting for our pics and without introducing herself, she just sent my daughters pics to the computer closest to me & started playing them. Zero communication, zero sales attempt and zero conversation. I told her I wanted to just purchase the CD of images and without even getting a single print it was over $200. Ridiculous for the experience

Has issues with lightening quality

had issues with lighting on several of my photos, was asking if they would be able to correct. never heard back. I have been going to Picture People 11 years disappointed

Horrible experience

Was scheduled to take pics at 2:40 did take pics til 4:40 didnt leave out until close at 6 and had to go back the next day to get my pics

Refund

I cannot reach anyone in studio every since I asked for the rest of my package I did not receive my digital pics and I realized I was not honored my coupon I had was charged the full 150 when I provided a email with coupon he told me it was more than this and I see on website its actually less than what he charged I would like a refund this is not right

Package

Our holiday session went great and we are happy with the photos. It is pretty expensive, however its expected. We purchased a big package that included digital photos, but we havent received the digital copies yet. Our session was November 28th almost six weeks ago. Im trying to call but the line just keeps disconnecting.

Horrific experience

They constantly run 1.5 hours late on appointments, but on this one in particular we went in for JUST a headshot fir his senior photo. They claimed once he was done being FORCED to do lots of pictures and poses that it's illegal to use their photos in his school year book unless he paid 100$ to own rights to it. .. legally, once you purchase your photo FYI YOU OWN IT and can give to who ever you want. Just like if you buy a gallon of milk the store can not tell you it's only for drinking, not cooking with. . LEGALLY they do not own YOUR image, if you do not buy them they are REQUIRED to erase them. LEGALLY if they want to own your image to put on the wall YOU must sign a release as it is NOT THEIR PROPERTY! They pissed off an informed consumer!

Needed a refund

I need a refund because I bought a holiday package online but there are no available dates/times that work for my family at any location near me. There is no customer service phone number to call at all and the on on your site just gives a busy signal.

Unprofessional services

My appointment was at 520 on 11/21, i got there at 510 pm and they were behind Didnt start photographs until 540 The room was crowded with no room to stand and filthy! In the middle of the session our photographer stepped out and argued for at least 20 minutes with a previous customer from earlier that day Did not get the usb for our pictures until 24 hours later The usb was blank! No pictures on it! Now 48 hours later still have not received an email with my digital prints Drove over an hours back to picture people for a new usb and would not give it to me

Cancel

I do understand Covid but what I don't understand is charging a 20 dollar deposit that goes through. I confirmed my appointment but did not notice my coupon is not valid on the weekend. The location already closed at 6 pm, which left me emailing, direct messaging on Instagram, and still no help canceling my appointment. Now I will be permanently charged for services I did not receive and the frequent questions on the website will not let me type in my question. Mainly, the website does not list the prices of the photo packages, that's why I don't want to go.
