Photo Book

My travel agent passed on a promotion through her company Avoya, that gave me as her client your offer of a free 20 page photo book. I started the book under my projects and would like to complete it. Your customer service number is unreachable as I would like to speak to someone about this promotion. There was a code given at that time which I misplaced. The offer was good until December 31st of this year.can you help? Marsha Jaffe. This was my request which went ignored. Terrible customer service!

Virtually impossible to get a response. I gave up even after trying to reach parent company. Clearly they dont want my business

Disappointed

I was super disappointed when the book did not arrive on time and I actually still do not have it! Amanda at peekaboo has been very good at responding and said to give it another couple weeks its tied up in a FedEx delivery process. Its been in Indiana since 27 December. If I dont have it in two weeks Ill post another review

I can't figure out how to shrink a cover page to just the front page of the book

I had the best conversation with ...oh no..I think it was Candice....She walked me through how to get my cover page to fit just the front cover. Wonderful service. She also answered another question about how to get pics from facebook in my books! I would like to see better selections of front cover pages! Come on!! There is great clip art out there!! Where is it??

Poor Photo Quality

I'm a long time customer. I have ordered from them for many years and I never had an issue with the photobook until this year. When we received the book, all the photos were darker than usual. So I asked them to print it again the right way. But they kept telling me to adjust the lighting on my computer. But how can I when the photos on my computer are normal and look just fine. So, I'm supposed to sit there and purposely lighten up all of my photos, all 99 pages of it. I'm so appalled. Why do I have to do all that. No issues like that in the past. Obviously something is wrong with their machine! No future orders from us EVER again!

Error in my delivery

I have received an item of correspondence which alludes to the fact that you have now received the information that you requested, which you already had - my shipping address. The address was not the issue. The issue was that someone else's books were placed in the packaging box that was supposed to include my books. I do not know if my books that I ordered and paid for are being processed. I would like to know that I will be receiving my books in the near future. Can someone tell me the status?

Can't upload. clicking on "from my computer" does nothing

spent hours creating an album of photos on my mac running high sierra. opened Picaboo app and clicked on "from my computer" nothing happened. safe mode is not on, tried chrome instead of safari, tried putting photo app photos into a folder on desktop and dragging them in... nothing works. customer service guy claims there is a problem with my photos app. and there is nothing he can do.Never had problems with photo app with other third party apps. Now I have Lost my money for a voucher! it hasn't expired, but picaboo does not work with Mac/High Sierra. Or the service rep is ignorant.be warned!

Terrible Customer Serivce

Ordered photo books with our engagement photos to give to close family ... Somehow my books got lost in transit for 3 weeks, I couldn't get a refund or any answers from Picaboo. Then after they finally decided to address the situation, they said my books are in production for weeks. Still no answers, still no refund. Terrible SCAM COMPANY

Thank you, Picaboo, for an amazing photo book!

I have ordered over 50 photo books from Picaboo and each one is amazing!! I started ordering from Picaboo over 8 years ago and found them to have the best quality of any other printing website on the internet. Picaboo’s program is easy to use and allows you to use either pre-prepared templates or custom the books to meet your personal needs. This is a huge plus for me! For the price that you pay, it’s the best deal in town, especially when you wait for their special offers. I usually have one or two books ready to go to send in as soon as they advertise “All extra pages free.” Customer Service goes above and beyond in order to meet all of my concerns. I have only had one situation that needed to be solved and within 90 minutes of when I made my initial contact, a replacement book was being printed and on its way to my home. Shipping is fast and I have received each of my orders at least 3 days before the date that I was initially promised. Each printed page is clear and done extremely well. Working with Picaboo has been a very positive experience! Thank you, Picaboo, for giving me a means of “saving my memories”!

Financially struggling

It started just as a software company which jobs out the work to the same sources as all of the competitors in the market. Yes, just pick any company to design your products and it's all produced by the same vendors. In photo merchandising, the company was recently sold and the company profile information is inaccurate here. It's inaccurate all over the internet. The yearbook part of the company was not sold but is being run by a few people who don't really know what they are doing. Customers clearly see that the software does not work, it's costing them time and money. Customers are frustrated, and products may not deliver. The company has had to downsize to attempt to stay in business. It's clear that the company is going under.

Good: Love the product. Bad: Hate the inaccurate timing info. Production & Shipping

I really like your product. (once I actually receive my order) However, the rest of the service is making me question this decision. Production and Shipping are never what the website states. There is no communication beyond an email confirmation of the order. My order was placed Dec 10. The website stated it was still in production as of Dec 19 (even though when I ordered production was only to take 3 days) The order should have shipped out on the 14th as the website stated. I called customer service to learn the status of my order, Tuesday, Dec 19. I was told it would be sent overnight that day. I should receive it Wednesday, Dec 20. (Even though she initially told me she wasn't sure why it didn't ship on Dec 14 as it 'should have') The email I received stating my order finally shipped, says it won't arrive until end of day Thursday, by 8pm, Dec 21. Where's the customer service of simply doing what you say you will do?!? PS. I know it is December; communication is key. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping. Side Note: This isn't the first time. My most recent two orders were not produced or shipped within the time frame promised. I suggest if ordering from this company, make sure you have plenty of time, as the time frame stated, is not even an estimate.

Picaboo Christmas card order

I tried to order Christmas cards the beginning of December, was thrown off the site multiple times, finally completed on the 5th and only today the 16 the cards have been shipped and not guaranteed to come in a couple of days as well. I began complaining around the 10th to cancel the order but of course I was only contacted today when the order is out for shipment. The rest of the times I got a do not answer to this email. Today the representative wrote back, I should have noted the delivery time and that they are not late...no apology or compassion. I have used Picaboo for a dozen or more albums in the past but will not use them again....there are other sites that have better customer service and the product is just as good if not better
