Unsatisfied with services, unable to talk to person, posted phone number not in service

Phone number to talk to rep and resolve issue with missing pictures not in service . Phone number on web site 443308****55. When I call with UK area code 011 it said number not in service. To chat on line you have to pay $5 . Thats ridiculous. Im ready to change company for sending g pictures to my mom from US .

Missing order

152311****029039 This is my order number , still not delivered . Order sent August 2. Im trying to contact rep by phone but this number is not in service; 443308****55.pls call me 760 580**** . Im in California . This is a second time of missing delivery since Im using your company . Im very disappointed. Please let me know what happened to ordered pictures

Credits have rxpired I need them renewed

I called customer services as my email had not had time to be replied to and my credit was due to expire. Customer services helped me immediately after hearing my circumstances and extended it for me. As a result I now have time to complete my book taking a weight off my mind. I know they looked after me because I have purchased many books off photobox and consider their company to be first class.

Problem with order resolved by lovely customer support lady.

I've just placed my first order, I think payment gone through, but got message something gone wrong don't worry we've received your order. However confirmation e mail not yet received.

My Grandaughter has got her letter sent back to you instead of coming to my address

I am wanting to talk to someone about my Grandaughter letter has went to rong address and its been sent back to you from roilal mail and I want it to come back to my address roil mail has sent it back to you as it went to the rong address

Duplicate order received and charged for

I have contacted photobomb twice regarding a duplicate order which was delivered and charged for and heard nothing in response. It is virtually impossible to speak with anyone and their consumer service dept is useless. I waited at least 20 minutes in an online queue and when I got to the top no one was there. Extremely frustrating. Will never again order from Photobox

Only part of order received and Could not talk to anyone to resolve the issue

I ordered 11 items and only received 7. Tracker says its delivered but I did not get it all and I have been trying to resolve online and did not happen and customer service number incomplete. These were Christmas presents

Photo on a 20 x 30 canvas only postcard size.

Photobox contacted me and agreed it wasnt right and sent a replacements to fit the canvas. Thank you for your help.

Cannot checkout

the photobox sightwould not let me sign in. I tried the virtual assistant but could not follow guidance. The virtual assistant did give me the correct phone number. The live assistant was perplexed at first but sorted it out and was patient as I was frustrated. I been trying to log in for 2 days

Calendar

Some photos on my calendar have their head cut off. As this is a present I was a bit disappointed my grandson’s photo’s didn’t look very nice.

Where's my credit gone

I have bought a 60 page photo book but I'm struggling to see how to create it. When I go to create it it states a price in the top right hand corner of just over £17.00. Can you explain how to create my book with my credit of over £30.

Customer Service Lied about my order

I contacted Photobox due to a delay in receiving my order. The Customer Service agent at first told me that the delivery driver couldnt find my address. This was a lie, I live in a very popular housing estate with a house number and my Eircode was included in the address. I also know the driver that delivers to me so there is no way he did not know where my house was, I talk to him most days. Then suddenly, my photos had been returned to them and had been destroyed. I asked for proof of this but, after repeated requests, I was just told over and over that they were with nothing to back this up. I then received my photos so obviously what the agent had told me was a lie. I have since deleted my account and will not order from here again. Terrible customer service. As a company that has access to very private information about their customers, I feel they should have a better process for handling missing photos queries and have their staff trained to deal with these queries properly.Dot Do doo
