Issues with payment
I have paid 42 rupees to a merchant bearing number 998502****. Amount has been debited from my phonepe account but not credited in the merchant account. This happened several times.

I didn't receive my payment
Firstly they have no contact number and while i tried to chat on app it always connects with a bot rather than a representative which sucks They have my settlement amount which is still not transferred to my personal account as its been almost 2 days now. All they say is a ticket is raised and we shall deliver it in 6 hours but still the same. Now i am scared that my money is in the wrong hands.
