The first line descrip of this plan Pennsylvania expressly values older adults and individuals with disabilities etc. please read on under PDA. I called Govs office & the DRP & PDA. 3-4:30 today virtual.

Ask a question ; how much is it to put a add in the newspaper for a minors name change?

How much is it to put a minor's name change in the newspaper? My son would like to have his last name changed. I know that putting the change of name in the newspaper is part of the process. How much is it to put a add in the news paper? My son doesn't know his dad and is doing really well in football and wants to carry our last name.

FAILED DELIVERY

We had emergency damage to our house and had to relocate. Switched Sunday delivery to a new address but they failed to deliver Sunday. In defense of the Inquirer, we are located in a difficult area and only listed new address on thursday. Just hoping they can still get us the beloved Sunday delivery!

Unsatisfying Response

Called requesting information about pricing ($180 for 8 weeks), told only way to decrease price is to go all digital. I really do not want to do this as I don't want to read the paper on screen, but as I am now retired and finding ways to decrease costs I may have to consider discontinuing my subscription at this price. I do want to support the print edition but as finances get tighter I may have to let it go. Customer rep was not rude but was just matter of fact and also not particularly empathetic

Unreliable delivery. Poorly designed pages. Amateurish.

Their new design is horrible, and they don't care. This is what it will be no matter how bad it is Readers be damned.

Resolved: Poor Customer Service

Updated by user Mar 06, 2023

The paper has an issue with payment via bank mailed check (no direct deposit available). At issue, a check may take 45 days to process which shows the account in arrears; the paper cancelled the account. Changed billing to CC to remedy the issue however, no apology or comment from the paper.

Original review Feb 04, 2023
Customer service practically non existent and with poor delivery experience I do not recommend subscribing to the Inquirer. Poor customer service is compounded by not being able to track my monthly paid subscription. When asked to speak with accounting or the department managing subscriptions the Customer Service rep indicated not knowing how to connect leaving my billing issue unresolved and by default no longer a subscriber which is fine. Bye, bye after 20+ years.
