Make a payment

I need proof that the agreement was sent to me in written form. I was gratefully given an extension on my forbearance to include September and October. Payment not due until November 1st 2023. Need to make first payment

I did not get a first payment letter at closing and I have not receive notification by mail or email. I closed and March 24, 2023 and my payment is due on May 1

Did not receive the $250 check because of escrow over

Request money from line of credit

On December 13 2021 I faxed a request for line of credit for 600.00. The turn around time for this is listed as 3 to 5 days. I called on December 14 to make sure they received the fax. I was finally able to speak to a gentleman who said they had received it.He also mentioned they had many requests to fill but I would receive the money before Christmas. Today is December 28 & I'm still waiting for the money. I called the office on December 27 & was told the request would be faxed to a supervisor in that Department. The lady I spoke with stated that was all she could do and I just have to wait. This is very frustrating and I would like to know who else could help with this problem.

So others are aware of their horrible service

They make constant mistakes and they promise to fix them. But unless you have weeks to keep on calling them, waiting on hold after speaking with someone who cannot assist so they have to transfer the call , but after 17 minutes several times they keep on Accidentally disconnecting the call . So now Im on week 3 and my extra payment which was supposed to go into principle still is in for future payments . STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE TOTALLY THE ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .

Horrible

They just are lame and cant get things right. The final problem has bee I have been trying to pay off my mortgage but when I request a pay out some payments are missing , my extra payments that supposed to be applied to my principle they put it on future mortgage payments but it takes weeks to clear it up There is so much more but STAY CLEAR OF THRM !!

Incompetent Escrow Department

PHH failed to make my flood insurance payment even after I called 3 weeks ahead of the due date to ensure they had a check on the way. They assured me they were on top of it and not to worry. On the day payment was due flood insurance company called and had not received payment. Got PHH on the phone with the flood insurance company. PHH could not wire them the money so I had to pay on the spot to avoid cancellation of the policy. It was agreed on the call that PHH would issue me a refund directly since I had to pay it. They failed to do so. They sent the check to the flood insurance company by mistake. Flood insurance company takes 8 weeks to refund the check to PHH. PHH told me they would put a stop payment on the check and that it would be back in my escrow in 2-3 business days. 8 days later they still have not put funds back in my escrow. I have been on hold for over 5 hours the last 3 days trying to correct. Holding again right now for 63 min waiting for an "escalation manager" and still nothing. Have tried twice to leave messages for a call back and nothing. Have had 2 employees tell me how embarrassed they were. No wonder they are in the top 5 worst mortgage lender list.

NO HELP AT ALL

I had a payoff demand from RSM, the day I closed escrow, RSM could no longer accept my payoff and I had to start all over again with PHH. I did everything I was told by PHH had to email and fax my request numbers times and called every day numerous times to insure my request was received and being processed only to be told they have not received my request and I would have to call back. This is the fifth business day and they still cannot find my request after confirming the email and fax numbers five days in a row numerous times. This is just wrong and not right.

Horrible Customer Service, Records Location Abysmal

PHH deactivated the MIN for my mortgage on the MERS system, and when I went to call them, they alternately were able to find my original 2007 loan, then not find it on the subsequent call. Infuriating.

Lousy bank and armature customer service. Changed my bank account for my reverse mortgage and PHH. said would take 10 days to e mail a dock in which I could provide my new WellsFsrgo A/C no and DETAI

10 days for PHH TO PRoVide DOC FOR MY NEW BANK ACCOUNT FOR direct deposit from my reverse mortgage account. Terrible bank and incompetent staff. I hate PHH BANK

Never do what asked.

We have called them every day for 2 weeks. And no one has done what has been asked. They have not withdrawal our payment for Sept, and it is an automatic withdrawal. This is the 3rd month they have done this to us. So it makes our mortgage late.

Does not withdrawal payment from Bank acct.

PHH is the worst Mortgage Company we have every worked, with. They stopped doing automatic draft and then we have 1 late payment and another one that is due. They was going to use the Principle and Interest for the payment. They said, they sent it back to us several different times. We have not received it, We called and gave them our Debit card information to pay a one time payment and it is not even posted. Plus they sent a letter saying it was paid and Posted On Aug 8th. Nothing. We are trying to refinance thru Next Door Lending and all because of PHH our credit score went down and we are not going to get to refinance through them. We are planning to pay the two payments that they did not withdrawal. No one communicates with each other and no one knows nothing. Every time my husband calls them the story changes. Only if I knew how to record them. I would run from this company.
