Your delivery boy not deliver at my address and after asking he told why you ordered on your this address he used some bad words which I have video clips as proof. If it's your company service like this it's very bad I'll upload video clip on social media. And also no proper contact number for complaint.

Money debited twice
I ordered some products from pharmacy app worth rs 1024 rs and i made the payment through paytm (online ) . Now the product has arrived without any notification from delhivery and they asked me to pay the amount on cash on delivery...i paid 855 rs through cash on delivery ...they told the amount will get refunded... The status shows still the product is under transit and i have already recieved the product and i have made double payment...one product is also missing from the order list ... I'm attaching the images of the product and other payment details

Delay of delivery always
I'm a permanent customer of pharmacy. But every time agent gives me delivery of my medicine very late. Please change the agent. Otherwise I'll change my medicine order from another app. Thanks please solve my problem as early as possible. I am waiting for medicine from 2 days. But every time says for inconvenience. It's not good.

I had ordered cadcal tablet 17/04/2023 , card payment. My order cancelled and status shows refund initiated in our account, but it is not reflected in my account yet.
