Poor customer service

October 2022 my doctor send my prescription for my chronic as usual for delivery of medication but nothing was delivered I also did followups by calling but i couldn't get through the call center number 0860 02**** I have sent numerous emails I only got my first delivery in December, currently my medication is finished and waiting for second repeat to be delivered, but I'm struggling to get pharmacy direct call center, i have sent emails but nothing, please note that I am chronic patient, my medical aid paid for the medication that is due to be delivered to me. This inconveniencing and unacceptable.

Non-Delivery of chronic medication

On 24 November 2021 I submitted my script to Pharmacy Direct. Today is the 13th of December and I have still not received it. I phone every day and then I get promised that a manager will phone me back. That has not happened and I am not holding my breath. I am forced to use Pharmacy Direct by my medical aid. One of the tablets, is for hypertension - I spent the whole of the weekend in bed due to high blood pressure.

Delivery of medication

Every month I must phone for my chronic medication and delivery takes 4-5 days. I promise every time that it will not happen again but like I normally say OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER

Very disappointed.Always late with delivery and results that patient that is on CRONIC medication has ekstra financial expenses.

Doing business without my consent

I have received numerous communication from pharmacy direct to deliver my medication and I denied that. On 2022-08-06 I receive an sms that medication will be delivered by courier. I did not give them a go ahead.i wonder with whom did they arrange.i collect my medication personally at clicks .they must cancel the delivery I cannot be forced to do business with them.

Worst service ever.

Every month I have to phone about 3 times to receive my medication. Everytime I phone they just say it is despatch. Just to wait another week not to receive my medication. I am diabetic and need to have daily insulin. I even asked to talk to the manager where by the phone was just cut off. I really made a big mistake to deal with this company.

Poor service from call center

I called pharmacy Direct contact center at 10:06 . I waited for 14 minutes and the agent that answered my call hung up on me while I was asking for clarity. She was very rude and insensitive.

Complaint

Pharmacy Direct does not offer you hassle-free chronic medication delivery to your home or office. Yes you get No queuing and no traffic but in return you get to beg and plead and stress and phone and email just to receive your medication and scripts delivered late, every time. I have forced to use Pharmacy direct since January because Bonitas uses this excuse of a service. Since then, my scripts are always being lost, despite the fact that I email, send on whatsapp, send on the chat forum, upload on Bonitas and upload on their own website. The call centre never answers, the chat function on the website never responds, and from the Whatsapp chat function the only response you will ever receive is from the bot. This is the second time in less than 1 month that my script hasn't been processed. When I finally speak to someone I get told it will be sent for processing now, only to find out 3 days later that STILL nothing has been done. This is an excuse for a service. If it wasn't that Bonitas forces you to use this place, I would never use it again.

Poor service

My mom she has 2 script where she is meant to receive the medication for every month and that has never happened all the time the must be something wrong medication not delivered in time. i phone last week to confirming if all is in order and the medication will be on time and i was told the medication will be dispatch on the 26 and today is the 30 no medication and my mom leaves alone what will happened to her if she need her medication and there is no medication because it was never delivered in time and yet i took my time to call and this is not for the first time end of Feb she has to go and buy her own medication and her sugar level where high that was a risk. If anything cud happened to my mother i will sue you and mind you i am using my work phone to call you so i have all the records . i wanted to speak to the manage and i am told his line his busy and i left my number to call and i am told it will be in 30 min i am waiting gues

Pharmacy direct non delivery

Hi Bonitas Once again I must complain about service Delivery from Pharmacy Direct. PLEASE CAN YOU LISTEN AND TAKE ACTION or allow me to utilize DISCHEM or MEDIRITE ? BONITAS cannot continue to ignore our issues with Pharmacy Direct. Below is a communique to the Complaints Board Hi It is absolutely Disgusting and Criminal what Pharmacy Direct is doing. I have been complaining every Month about the Late Delivery. For example i received an SMS on 29/10/2020 promising delivery within 24 Hours PD 188790A546 which did not happen. I complained to Rowenda ( rowenda@***.co.za0 as i have done previously. Here is where the Clown show becomes farcical. She is supposed to be an Escalation Officer but is barely in her Office or looking at Mails. always get a response like i am not available or out of the office. There is no apology for the Poor Service / Non Delivery . Constant SMS follow promising Delivery - which does not happen. As it stands it is now the 3 rd week since the first Promise and still no Medication. We are talking about Peoples Lives here. I am on Chronic Medication for Hypertension which if left without Medication can cause a stroke / Heart Attack or at worse Death. Thankfully this time i hade extra Medication which has carried me thus far. Pharmacy Direct has a Serious Problem which is not being addressed - Rowenda from Pharmacy Direct can verify how Many times that i have Complained. I am at my wits end on how to get my medication delivered Timeously. Can you please get me an Executive or Board Member contact details so that they are made aware on what exactly is going on with Pharmacy Direct. I cannot move to Dischem or Medirite as PD has a hold on BONITAS. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES. WHERE IS MY MEDICATION ? DELAY IN DELIVERY OF MEDICATION

Pissed off

its been a week been send from pillar to post regarding medical delivery , spoken to different consultant , all what they say is driver s phone is off , guys this is between life and death.
