Ibrance drug interactions
Is it safe to take Paxlovid if on Ibrance 100mg? Have been in Ibrance since September 2019 and stable. I have lung issues and should I contract Covid Id like to know if its safe to mix it with Ibrance. Have had conflicting views from directors. Thank you in advance. Kathleen

Returning a call concerning a refund
After filling a prescription, went to my car started reading all the side effects, with family history took prescribed meds back into pharmacy and they wouldnt refund , said I had to call Pfizer, I did they said they would refund , sent the info to them , that was late august, they said would be 4-6 weeks, Ive called 4 times now and still not resolved so frustrated Thank you, Monta Parsons

My shot gave me Bell's Palsy it was the second one I had done my nero doctor said it was caused by the Pfizer shot.so if there is a booster one I can not have it .

I got my Covid-19 shot a few days ago
I got the shot in my left arm and hardly felt it. For the rest of the day it felt a little bit itchy and slight burning sensation around injection site, then the next day slightly sore like I had been bit or stung by a bee if I tried to lay on that side. When I laid on my back or the other side it's like I never got a shot at all. Here it is 3 days later and I still feel great. I feel kind of silly now for taking so long to get my shot.

No Primetene Mist Tablets
I have been using Primetene Mist tablets for over 30yrs. I cannot find these in the stores. I have been to several, which state they are on back order. I need these. I have rescue inhalers but I do not like how the make my heart race. This is bs. Please let me know if you are experiencing something like this. Im in Pittsburgh Pa.

I had signed up months ago waiting for an appointment. VERY disappointed . poorly managed! lots of confusion! when I questioned the person at the desk why this is taking so long? no ans! very poor organization. because I questioned the lack of organization several people after chatting with her pointed at me! When I was finally called ( almost 3 hrs ) my blood pressure was taken slightly high ( frustration does that to me ) it was 162/65 which is not that high for a man of 74 I was not accepted!!!!! the out side of the building had on the left of the stairs water and cat food for feral cats on the right of the stairs was a condom wrapper ripped open !!! PROFESSIONAL I THINK NOT!!! las vegas NV

I got a prescription for Chantix.
I started smoking before all the health risk were revealed. I was excited to get Chantix, I New it would change my life. I was mortified that it cost over $400 for this medicine. They should be ashamed of the gouging they do to people. I know this will fall on deaf ears. Big business. Just outraged that the few at the top have all the control over so many at the bottom

Quillivant XR shortage
Pfizer continues to have production issues related to Quillivant XR. The medication is very important for my son's school performance, which allows him to not only focus during the school day, but in the late afternoons and evenings when he is working on homework. The Quillivant XR Chewables does not last as long as the oral suspension liquids, which is detrimental for my son's education. For the majority of 2018, we have been unable to obtain access to the liquid medication. Please provide a status update as to when consumers will be able to request this product from local pharmacies in California. It is imperative that this issue be resolved quickly. Thank you very much.

Awful answering system
Called for product information that required the help of a human drug information specialist. Well after several calls and at least 10-15 minutes each call getting looped back to the automated “drug information aide” I was in full blown anger mode. When I called back the 4th time and only yelled representative several time was finally transferred to a human who couldn’t answer my question because the medical team had the day off. It’s not her fault of course but the automatic raintree needs a lot of work. I can only imagine how many people gets frustrated by them! Gone are the days of good help.

Nothing but jumping through hoops
I was approved for Lyrica through their Pfizer Pathways Program on May 15, 2018. Had been waiting and waiting for the Lyrica until today, June 18, when I called and found out my Lyrica order had been canceled. They claimed my doctor had left off licensing information on the form (I doubt it.) Anyway, now have to start over with a new prescription and licensing info to be faxed over. I wonder how many more weeks will pass? It seems that Pfizer--by doing this "stalling" process--wants to send the least medication as possible. My Application terminates end of December. So far, two prescriptions COULD HAVE BEEN SENT, but still waiting due to these supposed technical "omissions." Tired of these Big Pharma companies claiming to help people but do all they can to delay the process.

Pfizer Razors Terrible
These are the cheapies that you'd throw away because they don't work. Don't fall for the ads or the cheap prices, I think these are recycled. Obviously the company is struggling and needs another business. These razors are as cheap as their shave cream which I've also stopped using. Put the care and the customer in customer care, not the I don't care about product quality! The company should stick to what it does most, drugs and pharmaceuticals. Keep away from beauty and skin products, please. That's why they sold Coty years ago, not the right business for them. They should stick to the one thing they do half-well, if that.
