Lousey kitchen faucet
Twice the hose on my pull out kitchen faucet sprayer has sprung leaks, multiple leaks. This not only is a inconvenience to use the sink, but is causing damage to my under cabinet. The wood is starting to bubble up. The first time they paid for the plumber this time they wont. I will NEVER ever consider Phister item again. I was told that they will not cover the labor of the install as this item is used on a regular basis. It was first replaced in 2021. I guess the life span of their faucet sprayer is 2 years???

I called for a part for my kitchen faucet and Pfister was able to provide it at no cost. The lifetime warranty on Pfister products is wonderful.

LIKE I SAID USING ANOTHER COUNTRY TO DO CUSTOMER SEVICE IS COMPLETELY WRONG IT TAKE MORE TIME OUT OF MY DSY JUST TO UNDERSTAND YOUR REPRESENTATIVES.AND FOR THE PRICE IPAID FOR THIS FAUCEY ANDSHOWER ASSMBLY THAT IS ONLY 6-7 years old the parts should be hand delivered!!!

Looking to talk to somebody about replacing a faulty part that I got I was hand, tightening the sprayer handle on the hose and it snapped off. Im having a hard time getting a hold of anybody at price. Pfister and I have not had a returned email yet five days ago. frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating. Frustrating OK update : I finally got a hold of customer service after calling about six times and being hung up on once I explain the situation to the representative and they said that they would mail me out a part the sprayer nozzle for the kitchen sink theyre going to mail it to my customer where the Fossett is broke they said itll arrive in 7 to 10 days. I will update this review after I receive it. I cant believe I have to go through so much crap a consumer should not have to do all of this because of their negligence or faulty products well see what happens.

Impossible to reach anyone in customer service
Needed to get a replacement seal under warranty for a faucet. Impossible to reach anyone in customer service. Waited in phone queue for 20 minutes. When rep finally answered, her phone was broken. Tried calling again, same problem. Also no response to online service requests. Avoid this brand.

Poor customer service
No one to talk to in customer service for help with troubleshooting; instead they direct you to chat; chat says you have to sign up for a contractor service to talk to for a $1 refundable fee. I tried to sign up with PayPal, but the charge was $29! At that point I gave up, and realized that Pfister was any help and just wasted my time!

Needed help to troubleshoot a faucet issue

Not happy!
Purchased new kitchen faucet at Home Depot. Had it installed. After installation, realized Pfister in their feeble attempt to limit my water usage created a faucet that the spray head nozzle will not remain engaged because of the reduced water pressure. Now they are sending a different nozzle and cartridge to make up for the manufacturing flaw. On top of that, needed to call the Dominican Republic for customers service!

Faucet spraying all over, can't change aerator bought tool doesn't work, they promised to send new because its under warranty never sent when I call they hang up 4 times this happened.

Pfizer kitchen faucet sucks

The pretty design of the faucet caught my eye for our new quartz kitchen counter top. Installed a Pfister Indira model and it looked great. The hot water side stopped working after one week of operation. It slowed to a trickle. Call Pfister and they sent me a new cartridge. In order to replace the cartridge you have to remove a very small plastic cover that hides the Allen nut that holds the handle on. It is impossible to remove the plastic cover without destroying it. I replied the cartridge and low and behold IT STILL DOESN'T work. Screw you Pfister! I'm replacing with a Moen!

Second time with issues.
First had a pin hole size leak in the sprayer hose. PF sent new part all is good. Now the Handel is leaking with the faucet off. Flooded the kitchen. Traced it to the faucet handle that appears to be unserviceable. Hope PF can help with this issue,

I would give price Pfister zero stars if I could, as I sit here waiting for "one of their representatives" to pick up.
I paid $128.51 for price Pfister kitchen faucet in March 2021. Neither the hot or cold handles will turn in now. The faucet is junk. Never buy Price Pfister faucets. They suck.
