Complaint regarding dog toy returned

In August I purchased a A-Maze Ball for my Blue Heeler. I gave it to her two days later, and it took her 5 minutes to break it, putting *** in the plastic. $34.99 + tax is quite a bit to pay for a toy that lasts a few minutes. So i put it back in its box and took it to the store i bought it from. The clerk said she'd have to get the manager, who was in the lunch room on her lunch break, the assistant mgr.came to talk to me. He said he could not give me a refund because the toy was broken. Policy said toys must be returned in like new condition. I commented on that, ridiculous! The oviously not suited for its purpose. I asked again to speak to the manager, but she couldn't be bothered to pause her lunch and give some customer service. She relayed a messsage via the assistant that she would give me a partial credit to buy something else. I asked to see the posted policy regarding toy returns, of course there isn't one. I would not have bought such an expensive toy if I had been aware of such a policy. I have never had such bad customer service from your company, a manager who can't be bothered to talk to me, and a secret toy return policy. i am writing to advise you of a manager, who needs some training for service industry customer care. I am asking that you issue a refund ASAP.

Disrespectful, not proper service

Bought a puppy leash at your store at Logan in Queen. The leash is broken, and when I took it back to the store, they refused to return it, and this happened the day after when I went to hold the handle part at ripped, and they refuse to exchange it.

Even worst help from director

I called every day for about 4 days. All I wanted was my money back or the kitten we tried to adopt. I'm looking for someone to call me or email me with a direct number I can communicate my concerns with. the staff was horrible the director was even worse. threaten me to call my military commander, without hearing from me what even happened. I haven't gotten my money for a refund I didn't ask for or the kitten me and my family wanted to adopt. it's been over a week now. they refuse to give me a receipt saying they process the refund or anything. saying its a new system and they didn't know how to work it.

Can't establish contact with local PetSmart regarding application.

Hello, and greetings to you. My apologies for contacting your corporate office regarding this matter. Attempts to contact PetSmart locally have met with negative results. On, or about, Friday, July 7th, 2023, I submitted an online application for Retail Store Associate at the PetSmart located at 171 North Nellis Boulevard / Las Vegas, Nevada 89110, as that is a starting position. I was informed that I will need to frequently check the status of my application on the website, however, the website has crashed (on more than one occasion) while I attempted to do so. Additionally, I have been unable to contact the specific PetSmart by phone. I was placed on automated hold several times. My increasing disappointment and poor experience thus far aside, I was left with no other means by which to move my application forward. I find myself contacting corporate in order to find a direct answer. I am still interested in the position mentioned above, and wish to schedule an in-person interview as soon as practicable. Furthermore, as that position is still listed as available for that location, clearly no one has been hired. I can begin immediately! In closing, thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter. I again extend my apologies for the situation such as it is, and I look forward to your reply.

I returned my product months ago and the same day I purchased the product I told the manager I didnt have the receipt can I get a store credit because I shopped there constantly I was told no this the only store I have issues because the store should of have my information but they said they didnt but when I purchased another product they found my information I believe they didnt want to give me refund or store credit and thats very disappointing.

Constant issues during sales with site crashing

I have tried in several different occasions to purchase things during a sale or % off. It seems once it gets close to the sale being over, the site crashes. It has done that the last two times I have tried to buy items during a last change to get x% off and at this point Im really annoyed. I spent the last hour putting items in my cart and now site keeps crashing and app too. And Im sure it will start working once the sale is over. Is this a tactic? Why does this keep happening. I am so irritated that this is the second occasion now I have tried to do this and the same thing happens.

I am writing in regards to your Chief Toy Tester/Influencer The Loki Show making death threats and harassing and stalking and defamation and slander my business and cat and myself. The death threats have been taken to the Beverly Hills Police due to the nature of her outrageous behavior. Im lawyering up ready to press criminal and sue you and The Loki Show in a civil litigation.

Horrible Experience

I just wanted to start by saying I normally do not do this. However, after this happening to me, i read reviews and spoke to others, and they have had the same problems. I have had my dog groomed with the Dalton ga location many times. But this last time will be my last. The groomer shaved my dog so bad, he had irritation all over his body. A RASH! Even on his penis and balls from where they went so far into his skin. His penis now keeps enlarging and it is hard for him to *** And sadly, that is not all. he also came home with a cherry eye. ALSO, he has a cough now because he was jerked so hard by the groomer while getting shaved. He throws up after doing anything and chokes. He now does not eat good and is terrified of anything, all he does is stay under the bed. I have had x-rays and everything done because i thought it was something else causing these issues. But NO it is from the groomer. When speaking to the manager, he was so rude. I will never ever recommend this place to someone again. After hundreds of dollars spent on trying to help my dog, nothing can help. He is DAMAGED...

Alignment

I have used PetSmart for decades, and theyve always done a pretty good job. However, Weve come to find that Petsmart has aligned itself with deviant groups that target and encourage the mutilation of our children The LBGTQ. We are trying to avoid contributing to such a harmful endeavor. Unfortunately, we must take our business elsewhere.

10 months of watching petsmart kill fish

Petsmart in Pocatello Idaho kill more fish than they sell. I believe whenever you go there there is either dead fish in the bottom of the tanks or signs that all the fish are sick time and time and time and time and time again so I need to close his fish department down, or get someone that knows what the *** theyre doing

Rude manager

As I was shopping in the Niagara Falls, ON location today, I spoke to the manager about my disapproval of the Pride display and asked why it was necessary to have it up. He replied corporate required it. I responded that I disagreed with seeing it, to which I was then informed in very curt and rude fashion that he didn't want to have this conversation with me. I said that I can take my money elsewhere then, and he advised me I was welcome to make that choice. I have been a regular customer of Pet Smart for many years, and to be told my opinion doesn't matter is an insult and affront to me. There are many people who are sick of having people's sexual preferences shoved in our faces. My pets don't care about human sexual preferences, and your stores are not the place to be presenting them. This country is literally burning from coast to coast with judgment because of our "pride," to which the Bible says comes before destruction, and it is evident we are well on our way to that. If Pet Smart cares so little about what is important to me, I will be making my purchases elsewhere and encouraging others to do so.

Customer complaint against manager

Manager was unwilling to replace $250 dog collar, after driving 1 1/2 to get to store. When u said YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. HE REPLIED'GOOD!" Very bad management towards a customer, especially when u shown thousands each month. Pueblo store of of Dillon Dr.

Every single fish I have bought from your stores in North Carolina and Virginia died.

I have tried over and over to go to different PetSmarts around my area and buy fish I have a cichlid tank and in the last 2 months I'm going to say I lost 8 possibly 9 fish I acclimated them to the water I know what I'm doing with tanks because I've had cichlids before but every single time I buy them they die either overnight or the next morning I don't live close enough to any that I can just jump in my car and take them back I don't drive I'm on disability and I can't afford to keep buying $10 $14 and $16 fish and they keep dying I want to know what your company is going to do every time I go there it's against my better judgment because the tanks are horrendous but I buy them anyway I need something done about this I'm going to probably stop shopping at your stores because I can't take the Heartbreak of losing fish every time I buy them so please get back to me promptly and let me know what you plan to do thank you

My Pets grooming is horrible

I had my dog groomed a couple days ago, I wanted it very short,it is all uneven, long pieces of hair around his ears and mouth, paws look terrible He looks so Shabby, I had to fix it myself, Very disappointed

Rude Employee

On April 1, 2023, I visited your store to have aquarium water tested and buy a few comet goldfish. No one was in the fish department, so I asked a cashier if anyone was available. After at least 10 minutes, an employee arrived to wait on myself and another customer. She tested my water and determined that I needed to do multiple water changes. I then asked to buy 6 comets for my other aquarium. She refused to give me 6 but said that she would allow me to purchase 2. I asked for orange and white goldfish. She gave me 2 orange fish. When I stated that they weren't orange and white, she handed me the bag and said that they were feeders. I saw dying and dead fish in your tanks, but yet your employee refused to let me buy 6 fish for my second aquarium. Further, I was able to ascertain that this particular employee, Rhonda, is a manager! Working in customer service myself, if I ever spoke to a customer the way that she spoke to me, I'd be shown the door. Her behavior is unacceptable. Rude, miserable employees do not belong at PetSmart. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

So first of all .. I love yalls store. I do. I always have. And quite frankly I've always had good experiences. And in all reality, this isn't Petsmarts fault (I think). But look --Whoever is in charge of slapping the size number of the jerseys and on the online ordering - Is a couple fries short of a happy meal. I ordered my son (my dog Dak) an XL Texas Rangers jersey. It was supposed to be like his big gift you know? Super excited and super looking forward to putting it on him Christmas Day. When I got it out of the mailbox I wrapped it up, and put it under the tree immediately cuz I didn't think that extra large meant It would fit an extra large Chawawa. Plus -until you take it off the cardboard and out of the plastic ,you can't tell that it doesn't fit your dog .but to be off by that much?! I am a dog guy -I know dogs. I know the life- from the clothes they wear, to who sells what toys - and every category u can think up.There is not a dog walking this planet that is a XL that's gonna fit into that Jersey. It made me sad . AND IT MADE DAK SAD TOO !!! I don't want a refund. I want the exact same jersey that fits my dog. Maybe u guys would consider him a xxxl judging by the scale of what yall call Xl .I don't mean to sound rude. I just need to fix this. Please help us. Thanks .
