Double charged

I was double charged at your store over $500 and I haven't received my refund. What is the delay? I need my money back because I was suppose to use it far trip.

Not happy

Petland is a total scam. We bought a Dachshund puppy from them and they told us it was a mini Dachshund, but it wasn't. The dog also had a broken tail. Even the Petland representative said that it was not a mini because every dog had paperwork that indicated mini or full size (ours did not have that). When we contacted PetLand, they basically said that we bought it and you are stuck with the dog. They were very unaccommodating with anything. Be very careful when you buy a pet from them. They will not stand behind the sale. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Stay away!!

Would not let us hold at puppy at 5:30pm when they close at 9pm. They have let my daighter hold a puppy up to around 8:00pm so not sure why today was any different. Would like to talk to the owner as we wrre the only two in the store.

I have seriouse concerns

Not honoring the contract I originally signed up for and is affecting my credit I tried to contact talk to supervisors corporate credit card company and you refuse to help me out now I have to acquire legal action this was supposed to be a joyous occasion and you people have made it nothing but a nightmare

I'm not even going to waste my time on giving you any kind of review not even a one

I purchased a dog at Pembroke Pines and University location I was put on the plan that was a certain amount of money at no interest for a year and the balance to be paid at the end of the year you sent me a bill the first month which was double the amount of the agreed price plus interest I have the written contracts and all the conversations I had with corporate and Petland credit card company you said you were going to fix the problem and for the last 2 months you haven't done a thing except charge me double the interest just got a bill for $600 and $54 I've been dealing with you people for 3 months trying to straighten this out without having to take legal action since you people are incompetent and ignoring me I have seek legal counsel and you will not get away with this I have signed and written contracts on the promotion that I agreed with I have written conversations with corporate Petland and credit card community you will not do this to me it is affecting my credit score which affects my life so there's going to be a problem and the problem is going to be yours believe me I've already seeked advice from my attorney they have looked at all the papers I have gotten and you people are totally wrong and we'll be hearing from me this week February the 17th and on I am 65 years old and this was supposed to be a joyous occasion for my first dog and you people have made it a nightmare I've tried to do this nicely and you people are incompetent used car salesman and you will pay for my stress and the things I've had to go through to get to the point that we're going to get to and you are a totally in the wrong

Dog training

I was offered training but i purchased my dog during covid by time training resumed he was no longer eligible i am pissed off because they wanna charge me too much to train him with their trainers that was suppose to be free

Text notices flooding my phone daily STOP

This continues to happen no matter how many times I reject, junk, call to have my texts stopped. I would never purchase at Petland as they have no customer service and interface skills. You have my phone so why not call me to remedy?

Poor health of pet and credit card services

My dog had sever hip dysplasia where the quality of life and length are impacted and may need total hip replacement. Petland did nothing to support me with a sick dog or the over 6K cost charged.

In sept of 2022 I purchase a female shih tzu from you and spent $2,052.00 on my shih tzu so I was looking to buy other one but bad customer service is a turn off…..! will never go back again

Claim

The sold me a sick a sick puppy I being going back and forward to veterinary and medications. Since the third day that I bring the puppy home I had tooked him to the vet. 3 months no reply yet.

Disappointed

I purchased an adorable puppy that is supposed to be a poodle. I left great reviews upon purchase because customer service is awesome at the Summerville store in SC. My pup just turned 7mths. I had dna test. He's only 75% poodle and 24%teo other breed. The money spent is unbelievable. He's supposed to be hyper allergenic. My daughter has severe asthma and is supposed to visit next month. She can't if I have this mixed breed in my house. This is heart wrenching. I want my money back.

Sick puppy

we bought out first husky through pet land with no problems but it has been the complete opposite with out new puppy. we took her to the vet the day we got her to get checked by our vet and of course she comes back positive for jardia. we had to wait for lab work so we didnt know she was sick and she got our other husky sick! we recent got pet insurance but at the time we did not have any so it costed us about $3-4000 to treat both of our dogs thanks to petlands negligence and quite frankly *** vet.

Aggravated

I was sold a puppy that was pooping blood and has phenomena. I was told that the reason for her pooping blood was because she got a vaccine on the day I picked her up yet her records didnt indicate any such vaccine . I watched her for 3 days still no change . I had to take her to the vet only to discover that she also has a slight pneumonia. I am highly disappointed, stressed out snd frustrated. To add to the fact that they do not stand by their word . I got a who brunch a running around from their reps in store . Unprofessional
