I saw a dog named Agatha who is reportedly at Greater Birmingham Humane Society. She was never there and I want to know where in Birmingham she is.

Adoption Representative issue
The person assigned to the PetSmart in Wilmington NC is profoundly a micro-managing, rude and judgmental person. NOT a good fit for real pet lovers.

Berated me for gifting my cat to a very loving family member Sent numerous belligerent texts and said shed bar me from future adoptions. I am a magnificent pet owner as she has actually visited my home and seen my pets firsthand.

I NEED TO FIND A SMALL DOG .MY HUSBAND IS DYING OF CANCER .I am trying to find a small dog, since ours passed away.He has asked me to get him another yorkie or small dog before he dies . please!!
I have filled a number of rescue and no luck. they don,t even callback. Pathfinder is the only one to answer .

Can't get signed on
Im trying to foster or adopt a specific dog is socalpomrescue in Irvine: his name is Hudson. I know hes having health issues but Im willing to help with that and I would really love to foster him until he gets more healthy. I live close by in Lake Forest so I can come to your facility or any vet that you want to send me to. I want to make sure he gets along well with my cats, I have two very loving cats

I’m not able to register with my email bec it keeps saying it isn’t my first name or my last name so I need help. I don’t know how to get help to register and then find out about a dog I’m interested
Thought I registered properlylooked at several dogs Im interested in adopting but when I take next steps your site says Im not my first or last name. And the process all stops!

Horrible company.
No unsubscribe options .. cannot easily get through on calling .. they do NOT care about people .. no integrity.. phone people repeat prescribed SCRIPT! Do not do business with them until and IF they change their ways if doing business.. very sad.. i could have adopted cute dog and given him long happy life PKUS referred countless others from my hospital place of employment , church and school i at which i work.. will tell them all this company is disreputable instead!

I have been getting inundated with emails and its been extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, I just learned that theres no way to delete my account@***.com, unless I make a call or send an email. Thats such BS!! Id like to have my account deleted immediately my email address is mark.williams0573@***.com. Just an fyi if I wanted a pit bull I would have entered that info in the search criteria. I was searching for an English bulldog but the only results I got were pit bulls that some genius labeled as an English bulldog. Apparently the folks at Purina must think their customers are stupid. Great job!! Im so heated
