Decent overall products
I have 2 recurring standard orders with this company. I understand that the products are not original but have also tried the originals for double or triple the price and cant honestly say they work much better (flea products like Capstar and frontline plus for cats). Their products in bulk are much more reasonable, never had shipping or ordering problems and get an automatic discount for bulk. Reasonable shipping times too. Overall I would recommend this site.

The Chat line was very helpful and responded immediately i called and placed my order in minutes he was very articulate, knowledgeable, and experienced! I had no problems at all , very happy with this service, the prices are unbeatable! My second time using them very happy with this company i give them 5 stars !

Not USA product
I was in a hurry and ordered my Frontline Plus from this site. Usually I would check it out better, but for lack of time, I made the mistake of ordering. When I received it, I noticed the picture on the box was not the same and while checking closer, found that weights were in kg. Upon further review, it had the countries of Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe on the label. I called the number, which was in a CST time zone, which made me think that I was dealing with a company in the USA. I was told they were a global company and it was safe to put on my dog. I told them I still did not feel comfortable putting this on my pet. I called the Frontline customer service number and they said I shouldn't use it and if I would send it to them so they could check it out.

I've been buying from this company since 2018 for all of my cats and dogs flea medicine and de-wormer. They are affordable and reliable. I have 3 cats and 4 dogs. I order Advantage Medium Dogs 11-20lbs (Aqua), Advantage Large Dogs 21-55lbs (Red), Triworm-C De-wormer, Advantage Cats Over 10lbs (Purple), and Advantage Kittens & Small Cats 1-10lbs. Shipping takes usually 3 weeks, order in advance.

Scam ( stole extra payment)
I made a purchase of 89.97 they took two payments called, and they denied taking the other payment called bank they refunded my money woke up this morning, and they took out 89.97 again so two times they stole money out of my account. Can't talk to anyone because either they lie and make you so upset or you can't understand what they are saying. Don't buy anything from these thieves who are on the other side of the world and don't care. My bank is doing a full investigation on this company.

We have been ordering our Frontline Plus flea and tick medicine for our cats for over 6 years! We received shipments within 7-14 days. We plan ahead for ordering and don't mind the wait because the price is worth it. We can get 6 doses for the price of 1 dose at the vets! We are very satisfied and will continue to order through them as long as we have pets!

Fake Product!
I ordered 4 boxes of Frontline Plus for my two dogs. I ordered 6 months for my little dog who is 16 years old and 12 months for my 10 year old dog. The boxes arrived and the packaging was different with different dogs, and not in color. It had the company name of Boehringer Ingelheim, which has merged with Merial. Then I see South Africa on the package, and the four boxes of 3, but they added 3 more each to make 6 packs for the medium dog. and then taped it saying 6 each box. I called Pet Care Supplies, and told them my concerns with packaging and their site was deceptive with pictures of real Frontline Plus. I asked for a shipping label to return them and I feared this would harm my dogs. He said he would send me a label, and when they got it, I should call them back for my money! With that I knew I had been taken for sure! No label was sent as I suspected! I am too afraid to put this on my dogs, knowing it could not be what it is suppose to be. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I learned $116 lesson, but at least my dogs won't die from these scammers!

I made an order and recieved a confirmation letter on April 16, 2020. It is now Feb. 18, 2021 and I have yet to receive my order. For several months USPS contacted me that there had been no change in my order status. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund which I never recieved.

Late Delivery
My orders used to come regularly, but now my pet has to go an ENTIRE month with no flea control. I'm ready to cancel my auto order and buy it over the counter. I first thought it was the Post Office delays, but they don't even charge my account until a month late. I have 2 pets and this is happening with both pets.
