Throat Goal

My 15 years old Yorkshire has collapsed trachea. I purchased a bottle of Throat Gold about two months ago and give it to him as indicated. He is still coughing a bit, but the honking cough has stopped, and he coughs much less. I am placing an order for a second bottle soon. Concerning CHF can anyone recommend the Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart product? His Vet prescribed an expensive med which I will have to purchase of course but I would like to try my furry little boy on the product.

Outstanding Company

I have purchased from Pet Wellbeing for many years and never had an issue. They even send emails following up and are always willing to refund on your product. Sometimes, people will write negative reviews about a company solely because they are mad and that's wrong. If people don't follow the correct steps for a refund, why are they still entitle a refund? I don't think they should be. I have 2 cats, going on 16 years both and whenever I would take them to the vet, they would want to prescribe medicine for my cats that are not good, so I always go to pet wellbeing website and if I can't find something, I would chat with them online and they always help me. My cats are here today because pet wellbeing has good medicine for my cats. So, give them a try and just be honest with them and they will help you. Well, enough said, and Thank you so much Pet Wellbeing for caring enough for our pets and having natural medicine. Faithful Customer for the Life of my Cats. God Bless this company. Amen

Excellent product

Throat Gold certainly helps my Poms coughing! Is it possible to give it to her every time she has a coughing spell, which is several times day & night? In other words, I certainly dont want to over dose her on it!

Extremely Disappointed

On December 9, 2020 - I ordered Urinary Gold Formula - On December 23, I received a product called DERMA SUPPORT GOLD FOR DOGS - I checked my e-mail confirmation to make sure it was not my error - it was not. I called Pet Wellbeing on December 23 - I was assured that the proper product was going to be expedited and I would receive it within 3-5 business days - with a return shipping label - prepaid to return the incorrect product. January 6, 2021, my product has still not arrived

Not receiving my order 5 weeks after I placed it and their not replying to my emails

I placed an order for my cat $99.00 and its been five weeks I heard from them to say theyll give me my money back or resend,I chose resend,and no reply Ive sent multiple emails no reply,I dont think this company exists

Partial refund, horrid customer "care", as they call it.

They have done NOTHING. They are refusing a full refund, keeping a fee they charged me TWICE for now.

I placed an original order and PAID FOR SHIPPING. By the time I got the item my pet passed. I called to them and explained and asked about returning the item. NOT A WORD OF CONDOLENCE. I was given return instructions; the woman said "You'll have to pay for shipping it back". Okay. I go to the post office, mail it back and PAID FOR SHIPPING, in person. I get a notice of refund, check my bank and notice they've ALSO deducted an additional shipping charge. Summary: I placed an order - I PAID FOR SHIPPING $7.95. I shipped the item back - I PAID FOR SHIPPING. IN PERSON. AT THE POST OFFICE. $5.00 THEY CHARGED me when they got the package (again!) $7.95. I paid the original shipping, then I the return shipping, and they STILL took the original shipping fee back from the refund. Had I not paid for shipping at the post office, I'd understand, but I PAID. Their defense? "Our return policy is very clear, we don't pay for shipping back". (It's actually not that clear if the notice is so small that folks don't see it unless they spend time searching). I spoke to a "supervisor" who still didn't get that I UNDERSTAND they don't pay for shipping back, but that this does not apply here because I PAID IN PERSON AT THE POST OFFICE when returning the item. Sit two folks down with a $5 bill. Person A gives Person B the bill. (original shipping fee) Then B gives B the bill back (sending item back and paying for shipping) Still, A charges B another $5. How they fail to see this is beyond me. On top of it, the call ends w/o success on my end and STILL have the nerve to start a back-and-forth email argument blaming ME for not understanding (thus calling me stupid) adopting a sarcastic tone, saying they're *happy* I've "engaged" my attys. (when there's been no *engagement*) and that they hope said attys. can "explain" things to me so that *I* understand. And they still sign "customer CARE". This is how they run a business, especially when dealing w/folks who are grieving. Their mothers must be so proud.

Horrible customer service/dishonest website

These people are lairs, products are over priced/ staff is hateful and condonsendion and disrespectful and combative and smart mouth child like creaps

So obviously PAID FOR FAKE REVIEWS! LOL.

They don't post the thousands of negative reviews and ONLY post obviously paid for fake, glowing reviews on their site. The negative reviews of this company's products prematurely killing beloved fur babies is just atrocious. Their damage control response person on this pissedconsumer site keeps stating their "Better Business Bureau A+" rating. Their BBB has only 5 (FIVE) glowing reviews (again, created by paid for/own staff) and their BBB complaints section you get to see the real heart of this company; they lie about receiving the item/items back to avoid refunding fully or even at all attempting to negate their own 90 day refund policy, continue to fight like an elementary school kid throwing a tantrum with customers who succinctly pointed out that they are marketing 1.their Life Gold containing CHAGA in the description while their "new formula" doesn't and hasn't contained Chaga mushrooms for many months and instead contains ASTRAGALUS (this is deceptive marketing and you can CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FILE FOR A FULL REFUND), and 2.they're marketing the same product under 2 different UPCs as two different products; a.for "detox" and b.the other listing for "cancer treatment", which their nearly illiterate response team on BBB continues to claim is "ethical". Ethical, maybe for Lucifer, to try to sell the same items to desperate parents to make a buck off of distressed people. This "company" is so shady, I wouldn't believe any of their claims of what's 1.actually in their products, which seems to prematurely KILL BELOVED FUR BABIES per the hundreds of negative reviews found online of their products, and 2.that any of their claims of their items being "organic" or "wild harvested" are actually true. I think they just obtain the cheapest ingredients from CHINA, unexamined, and potentially dangerous. I personally will only use Dr. Mercola's products, as I have been. They are actually effective and I trust Dr. Mercola massively. I intend to have Pet Wellbeing's items examined and tested for content and purity at Stanford University labs. Then a potential class action lawsuit may ensue. Pet parents, you're awesome and your fur babies how much you love them. They also know that in your urgency to try to alleviate their pain and suffering, that mommy and/or daddy can get swindled by dishonest people online. They know. Don't be discouraged. Note: when you return items, be sure to take photos of the items/empty bottles on top of the envelope being weighed on a postal scale along with your return label showing that weight. This way they can't try to state they only received a partial return. Also be sure to take a photo of the tracking number so you know when it's delivered. All of this you can submit to your credit card company when filing for your refunds.

Happy with Milk Thistle purchase

My cat, Callie, was diagnosed with pancreatitis last year. She lost a lot of fur and weight, plus her appetite decreased dramatically. She would just lay around and look sad. The vet told me not to bring her back, that nothing could help her. I was on the *** of euthanizing her, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I ordered Pet Wellbeing Milk Thistle and started putting it in her wet food. Within a short time, her appetite returned and she gained weight and was her old active self again. This product saved my Callie!

No I do not recommend

I bought life gold for my cat, after her operation for Mamary cancer, after a day of taking these drops, she starts to have diarrhea, and most of the time she did her poo everywhere, because she couldn't make it to her litter box. Do your research please. I am very sorry to have given her these drops, they call it a miracle in a bottle, it's diarrhea in a bottle.
