The website SUCKS

the only way to use your rewards is through the website and its the slowest website of all time. if you arent going to allow us to use our rewards through accessing our points in store or give us an app that works, then FIX THE WEBSITE

Axolotl care at the Rome NY store

Go The Axolotl at the store is not healthy, his slime coat is peeling which means the proper water parameters for an Axolotl are off. The tail looks to be infected and is extremely short, I spoke to the lady in the fish department about this and she got loud saying its active its eating its fine, I told her he is not healthy and the care he is getting is killing him. She didnt really seem to care, Axolotl needs to be in methalyne blue 12 hours in and 12 hours out it need Indian almond leaves to relieve the pain and help repair his slime coat and daily water changes using Seachem Prime water conditioner, API contains aloe which is toxic to Axolotls. And that employing needs to be reprimanded for her inability to care properly for an animal she ordered

Website is TERRIBLE

The website never, ever, ever loads, rendering my rewards utterly useless. I think they do this on purpose

Cortland NY manager is incompetent

New manager, Isabella, thinks crippled dogs need to be leashed as you walk around the store. I'm not sure if she expects us to drag the dog on the ground by it's neck or leave it in the hot car. Either way she is very heartless and doesn't care about pets or the client.

Need to report about management think you should consider a compatical background

I visit the Jackson New Jersey pet supply and witness the main manager. I don't know his name but hes tall and skinny humiliate and degrade one of his employees in front of all. He even goes to humiliate customers as well you need a new manager for the Jackson New Jersey store. It is uncalled for for how he treats the employees or customers something needs to be done.

Dog grooming

I had to leave my small dog for 2 1/2 hr for grooming even though I had an appointment. Picked my dog up and there were many uneven, untrimmed areas on legs, feet, above ears, chin and a large area under the tail was totally missed! At checkout I received a nasty look when I didnt leave a good tip. Wont take my dog again!

No longer carry my dogs food

Went to Pet Supplies Plus in Lewisville Tx on Round Grove Rd to get my dogs food today at and it is no longer there. Hes on the Optima dry adult dog food for sensitive stomach, walk to the back wall and there is only like 4-5 kinds of Optima food. When I asked they said they condensed the food aisle and wont be carrying it. Said they have cans. Well if I wanted cans I would grabbed them when I was back there! My dog is old and shouldnt be changing foods. Anyone and everyone knows you cant just change a pets food with out mixing a new food. Im quite PISSED. Ive used this food for last few yrs. I have been in the dog business one way or another my whole life. I am a dog groomer of 35+ yrs. I have referred this establishment and this food to allot of clients. I dont shop online because of theft! Had happen to many times. Plus yall made me waste my gas!! Yall dont really care about pets or the people that TRULY CARE FOR THERE PETTS What really kills me its your store brand!! I will no longer refer yall or shop there and I will put the word out to my clients. Its all about money to yall. Makes me sick. Couldnt even reach out by email or anything to let the consumer know you werent going to be carrying this food.

Complain about not being able to use my rewards today when I made a special trip there

I made a special trip to PetSupplies Plus today to make a purchase and use rewards. I left there without using my rewards and very disgusted since no one could help me access my rewards including management. What the *** do you give them and keep sending me emails about them if no one knows how to access them to be used. I am so disgusted with whole thing.

Can't reach local store. No number

The Sudbury, MA store used to have its phone number. Now it doesnt and there is a very odd non direct system. If you wish to keep your customers let us communicate more easily, charge things more easily. I broke my leg and its an unnecessary inconvenience to go through all of this just to accomplish simple tasks. Judy Tucker

Complaints

I have done this on 3 different occasions trying to buy crickets for 4 weeks week 1 being told no crickets week 2 they only arrive on Wednesday even though they always arrived on Tuesday n Thursday week 3 they didnt get any because of New Year which was Monday I went in on Thursday week 4 no crickets dont know when they will get them so for 4 weeks I have had to go across town to Petco even though I live 5 minutes away from your store Petco always has them no excuses cost me more in price and gas money across town is at least 20 minutes so when Im there I pick up other things might as well I would like to know when you will get your act together and have supplies if not you might as well just close up because the store is not worth the space it takes up

Did not get my refund

I was issued a refund and charged for the same thing again. All in one day. I returned mechandise got my refund and then recharged for the merchandise again after The refund came through. I just want my full refund!!!

Problem with kitty litter

What has happened to the PSP / Play On clumping cat litter? I have been using it for years and have been very satisfied. Now, it falls apart when you scoop it. It's also wasting more because it can't be sifted without falling apart. Not much better than the old fashioned clay litter at this point.

Can not access rewards

Cannot access rewards. Also not getting reward points for purchases. Sometimes the rewards will show up and then they dissappear. This has been on going. PSP needs to get their *** together.

The worst grooming services

I took my husky for a full grooming. I explained that to I want his hair shorter because I always have to stay longer to tell the groomer where to cut shorter. I explained I dont want his hair cut to the skin, I only wanted shorter so I dont have to wait longer as always do to guide the groomer. They presented a chart showing lengths.the groomer had not arrive yet, so her students took the instructions and told me they wont touch him until the groomer arrives. She knows my dogs and has been his groomer several times. The groomer called me to confirm what I wanted. I said do as always but cut his hair shorter so I dont have to wait again and guide her. Just shorter. They chose the shortest length. And razed him to the skin. My husky skin was razer burned and there was several patches of hair that were missed. Also they were supposed to bath him and yet he was still covered in loose hair. Nails and hair around his ears were not trimmed properly and he has been skittish and traumatized. The store manager was very rude and didnt want to hear my complaint. Today is the third day after and I havent hear from them. No resolution yet. However it looks like the groomer was mad with my instructions and simply ignored what I asked for. My dog is now hiding in certain places of my home. He has no desire to move or run as hi normally does. The life of a Husky depends on his hair. The groomers ignore that fact and proceed to shave him with the excuse that I instruct them to do so. Im also traumatized and depressed. My dog looks weird and is acting very depressed. Please beware!
