Pet Amber alert FRAUD

This is not a legitimate business. They take your money, don’t send out any kind of alerts, are not reachable by phone or email and break you’re already broken heart. Unethical and just plain cruel.

It's a scam! Plus you agree not to ask for your money back

I have left 3 mesg with their " Messenger Service" which quite frankly sounds like some guy sitting at his kitchen table. Everyday I'm told that there in meetings. No one is ever called me back. I was sent one automated message that at the end said if I pressed one I could talk to somebody but that didn't work. It just kept making the message repeat. I emailed them twice no response there either. They talked about how time is of the essence I don't even know if the Amber Alert ever went out. I honestly don't think it did because none of my neighbors got it. I wouldn't dare ask for my money back because one of the stipulations is this big long agreement that you will not ask for your money back and it repeats that over and over in the agreement now I know why they have it in there and are so adamant about it. And I just keep remembering having them repeat time is of the essence it's so important you're at a time frame and I can't even get anyone to answer my phone calls questions call me back and I honestly like I said don't think they even sent the Amber Alert out. They sent me one email that said exactly zero Flyers went out to local businesses. Okay thank you for telling me what you didn't do. What I do want is my money back but you not allowed to ask him for that the whole thing seems like a scam. I highly doubt they have that many meetings and even if they did they should have somebody available to speak to people since time is of the essence and they sure don't have a problem taking your money and sending you emails telling you how it really help if you upgrade.

SCAM Compnay

In Nov. 2018 friends found a dog who they thought might be a pet posted on PetAmberAlert.com. Tried every which way to contact the company with no response. Even the "Chat" feature on their site would only respond with snide responses when they even responded. The post offers no way to contact the pet owner directly, so if these are legitimate posts, the posters have no way of knowing their pet might have been found. When trying to find a lost pet, timely notifications of sightings is vital. This company is preying on desperate people. They are horrible. DO NOT USE

Pet Amber Alert Service Review from Altha, Florida

What in the flying *** is wrong with PetAmberAlert? I have been calling and leaving messages with them since Tuesday. They refuse to call me back. So I don't know if their services would benefit me or not. My situation is unique because my dog was temporarily staying with someone until I moved into a safer environment. I called her one day in NOVEMBER and she says he's been missing since MARCH!!!! She stated she used PetAmberAlert. I combed their website of any lost dogs reported, HE'S NOT THERE!!!! I simply wanted someone to *** I N G call me back to confirm she NEVER actually used their services. He is MY dog, registered in MY name! I don't know what's wrong with these people. All over their website they "care," yet they won't return phone calls. I've LITERALLY left a message with their "answering service" Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursay, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Guess what though!!! No more messages! If they dare to call me at this point I'm going to rip them a new one. Instead I'm going to knock on every door in my county and pass out flyers. Then I'm going to make sure until the day I die I share my experience with this awful company and make sure no one I've EVER met in my entire life and my entire military career wastes their time or money on this *** company!

Pet Amber Alert over charged me and did not deliver services promised!

Pet Amber Alert over charged me by 130.00. The service I signed up for cost 129.95 and they charged my account 259.95. In addition they did not deliver the services promised! They also would not return my calls to explain. Some people in the area called me to say they received a garbled message that they could not understand with my phone number at the end. None of the Vets or shelters received my info. This service is a scam doesn't have anyone in charge that cares if it works! My bank is investigating. This is a terrible thing to do to someone who is desparate for help to look for their lost pet!

Petamberalert is a scam

I wrote to request a refund for my account and cancel any other subscriptions on my account. I signed up for the service monday 08/17/15 around 7:30pm, my dog was found a little later that night and I called to cancel around 9pm and also to obtain a refund and stop any further transactions on my account. I called and left multiple messages but never heard back from anyone. Finally once I opened a dispute with paypal I received a response saying no refunds. I think it is preposterous that they would charge me and they did absolutely nothing. I had not even received a email confirmation yet, yet they refused to offer a refund. I filled a coplaint with the BBB and I see there are multiple stories just like mine. BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM

Predatory Marketing

I received a response from a "concerned neighbor" in response to a lost pet post on Craigslist. The respondant asked if I had checked the shelter recently, and said they may have a lead for me. Naturally that got my hopes up that someone had found my cat, who has been lost for over 3 weeks in sub-zero temperatures. I responded that I had contacted the shelter and they were to call me if any cats matching my cat were found or turned in. What I got in response was an ad for Pet Amber Alert. I cannot tell you how angry I was to have received some sort of hope about my momma kitty only to have it turn in to an ad for a service that probably has no better chance of working than an ad in the newspaper or flyers around the neighborhood. It's perfectly legal to market this way, of course, but is it ethical? Not in my opinion. Not by starting out the conversation with "I may have a lead for you..." It's no different than selling thousands of dollars worth of water softeners to elderly people who don't realize they don't need them. Simply Offensive.

Www.petamberalert SCAM Don't use this service!

The service advertises that it will contact area residences and business to notify them of a lost pet. What it doesn't state is that homes will be contacted in the middle of the night. As a result, I was up all night receiving angry calls from people that PetAmberAlert.com called from midnight until 6am. I tried to call PetAmberAlert in the middle of the night to get them to stop, but the office isn't staffed at night I could only leave voice messages. I was finally able in the AM to reach someone in the office BUT it was only by CHAT on the computer, the office staff refused to pick up the phone. When I explained the situation I was told the phone company made the mistake but they would be happy to again notify my neighbors. I told them NO, I do not want them to ever call my community again on my behalf. PetAmberAlert finally agreed to refund my money, I let a few days go by and no refund... I called again and they said they would refund my money but after a few days went by, still no money. Finally after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received a PARTIAL refund.
