Do not order from them! They are sourcing the images from actual Etsy shops, these are not their products. SCAM!

This company is totally unresponsive. I placed an order and it never arrived and when I contacted Brenda In customer service, she said I would receive a refund. Two months later, Im still waiting. And no more replies from the company. Avoid this business. Total fraud

Long Wait For Product
I ordered cookie cutters in early November, expecting to get them in time to make cookies with the grandchildren before Christmas. Christmas came and went; no cookie cutters. They were delivered on Dec 29th. Their customer service said, "you received them on December 29th, so you have no complaint." They don't tell you that they are located in China, and they don't tell you to expect many weeks for delivery. I would not have ordered if I knew it would be almost two months to get my items. The product was unimpressive.

3 months to receive my order, and it’s wrong!
I ordered 2 different cookie stamps in October. After many messages through Facebook messenger, I was told in early November they could make my personalized cookie stamp with my company logo. After many more messages, I was told there was a delay. I was told it was still in process and then received my order the next day. However, it was 2 of the same stamp. When I contacted them, they offered to refund me for one. When I explained that the one they didnt send was the one I really wanted, they said it wasnt possible. Will not be ordering from them again.

NO customer service available. can only communicate thru facebook and they provide computer responses. product was ordered 1.5 months ago and paid in full. no delivery date and updates were... issue with production, issue with the order, wrong product made... excuses with NO timeframe for delivery...SCAM do not order from them

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. My Christmas cookie press finally arrived this month (January2023).
Unfortunately I can't use it because it has a Christmas 2022 stamp on it! Very disappointed and have been expressing my negative feelings for this company to all of my friends and family .

On 11/27/22 I placed an order for the cookie press. Within hours my banking account showed that the charge had gone through. Meanwhile I am waiting on a confirmation. Nothing ever came. I emailed this company several times, I received emails back requesting a screen shot of the bank transaction, which I did send. Next, an order number was requested. I couldn't give an order number because that was what I was looking for! They have stopped all contact and I have not received a refund.

Scam-never delivered
I have been waiting almost 2 months. Excuse after excuse. I have asked for a refund, multiple times. Nope. They offered to refund delivery fees, that hasnt happened. I have zero faith that i will get what I ordered and what I paid for! Facebook should not allow such scams on their website

Multiple request to cancel order and refund
After 8 weeks and bogus emails- generated messages I requested to cancel my order. Because my order is on the way they refuse to cancel. My order was on the way 8 weeks ago and still NO order and NO updates. This is ridiculous and I want a complete refund. I have been asking for updates since 11/30. I get told do not worry. Plus I am told because of COVID MY PACKAGE CAN SIT FOR DAYS!! Are you kidding me? This is the worst company ever. All I want is a refund and cancel my order.

Ordered early November and still have not received item. Have a tracking number but it is still in China with Yun Express. Website says based in Texas. What a scam! A company that lies in its website should say it all. Contacted customer service twice and no resolution. Can't comment on quality as it is still not here.

I placed an order with this company on November 5, 2022. My credit card was charged immediately but I have not received the items. I sent an email asking for an answer and have heard nothing.

Horrible customer service and shipping tracking.
They are very late in delivery and have no way of tracking shipping. The usps number they gave is still lacking delivery from them after more than two weeks from when they said it shipped. They agreed to a refund if it didn't arrive by a certain date, but once I formally asked for a full refund, they stopped answering all my correspondence.

Company said they would issue a refund in 3 to 5 business days. After a week of waiting miraculously the item I ordered was delivered.

Ordered a cookie stamp on November 5. Was immediately deducted from my bank card but no order confirmation or way to get a hold of the company. Phone number goes to a recorded message in Chinese. This company is a scam.

Potential Scam... Buyer Beware!!!
Ordered on November 1, no tracking, no fulfillment email... nothing. Pulled up order today and says "processing". No movement on a simple order in 2 weeks?! Likely a scam. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
