Can't access my account but you still taking money
Dear Personal Match UK. I wrote several times and seems it don't arrive to be read. I subscribed on Match at the end of December '22 . About 2 weeks ago my account was cancelled. I can not access my account. I try to obtain access by email but seems my email doesn't more exist registered on Match. Despite from the bank account Match continues to take money for the 3 months subscription , I have not access to use my subscription. It is not the first time I received invasive,offensive and bad treatment from the website. This approach increases my anxiety. I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. Personal Match uk claim to be a discrete matchmaking service that take into account your requirements... this couldn’t be further from the truth! They have a ratio of 25 women to every man which means that this whole service is dishonest. The woman who runs it, Naseem, lied to me about my meeting. She then refused to refund the hefty amount of money that had been paid! The payments are done through bank transfer and you don’t get a receipt or anything. She sends a voucher instead of a cash refund, which you are meant to pass on to friends and family, what a joke!! Stay away like the plague!
