Bought the watch because I wanted it to read my father's blood pressure waited 2 and a 1/2 months and the phone took and the phone took a merciful weekend to set up.
Cannot read blood pressure took forever to get wouldn't owe it I should have bought a garmen and I knew it but I went ahead and gave it a shot

Can't get no one to answer any questions
Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Call gets transferred but call get hung up on during tranfer

First, they don't tell you that you're in a 6 year contract. I have paid for cars in less than that. I would have never obligated myself to this if I would have known. Secondly, if I am in a contract, and the backup battery gets low, why am I responsible for paying for it? I cant wait until this contract is out. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone and when my contract is done, they will never hear from me again. Luckily I care about my credit or I would have been cancelled this POS. I dont have anything else to say that will add up to 100 word so that my review will post. I am just going along so that my review will post. Why is everything so complicated?

Was told at time of signing that they had no promos going on and my monthly payment would be 120.00 a month year later 140.00 to promos is over looking for new service and telling everyone I see to stay away. One happy person tells five people one unhappy person tells 20 people good luck l liars!

Collection Calls Review
I know it was scam. But a couple of relatives received voicemail saying to let me know i had to sign a document. Wanted to know the times i would be home to sign it from a courier. They said i owe money from 2012. I called & told them i will get back with them because i save every receipt. And bank statements. So i vouch that i owe nothing. They never called again

Refund of Money
I noticed on my checking account that your company had debited out $30 and made my account over drawn. If that had not happened I would have never known your company was taking money out of my account. I've never used your service would like my money refunded to me in full. I've gotten all the eplanations I need and want to hear. I just wnat my money back. I am a veteran and I do not wish to be taken advantage of and I will not stop until I get ALL my money refunded back to me. If you give $30 then you can give $270 back.

Account Cancellation Review
This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled before the 2 day deadline. I sent in faxes & emails to show them. At first they agreed that they received everything. Dealer picked up equipment. No one returns calls like they state. I've been dealing with this issue since July 2014

Do not purchase from them! Ordered on the 17th. As of the 27th I contacted customer service with no response. I chatted with someone who was rude and ignored my chats. Was told the products were shipped that day. Never received confirmation until the 29th that they were shipped. Today (31st) received an email that my shopping address is incorrect so the order was put on hold. 2 days after it supposedly shipped. My address on the invoice is correct. I previously asked for a refund and cancellation of items and was ignored. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Stay away!!!
