I feel if perkins is going 2 add unreasonable charges to there busy and charge customers they must tell there customers a head of time!

I went to Perkins today 8/17/2023 1 thing I need to mention is it's very odd that a customers needs to ask for mayonnaise on there BLT It's very dry without. Another thing I noticed today after paying and should of been told ahead of time was a odd charge there charging a packaging fee. This was at Monicello mn Perkins. I am done going 2 Perkins. They can take that packaging fee and stick it were the sun don't shine for real!!!

False advertising

Your commercials show that you use fresh blueberries on your pancakes when theyre actually canned blueberries? That means you probably use them in your pies as well. My guess is that you also use canned apples, peaches , strawberries & cherries in your other recipes. I wont be taking my family out for breakfast or buying any of your bakery again,Dan shame!

Poor service poor management

only one cook on friday night. people waiting to be seated 30 minute wait to be seated 5 familes waiting to be seated with 15 to twenty tables empty in the dining room.empty 45 minute wait for food after seated due to only one cook working this has happened more than once we are good customers and regular local customers. no more !!!

Have been trying for 2 weeks to sign up for Perkins club to get 20% off

Spoke to 2 people and the following happened on first call: 1- I had to repeat myself 4 times explaining in signing up to be a Perkins member & when asked for my email & password, 1st it would not take my password & then changed it to new one, same thing! Asked to speak to a Spvr., and was told someone would call back in 20-30 mins NEVER HAPPENED! 2- Second call 2 hrs.later, same thing happened except this worker asked for a case number when I said I have been trying for 2 weeks. She also said that on their website one has to put in a User Name and Password NOT Email and Password!!! THAT IS PLAIN B-SHIT. There is nothing like this on the Perkins website Bottom line, when I again asked to speak to a supervisor, I was again was told that Someone (*#!?) would call back in 24 to 48 hours In both calls, I stated that we go to Perkins at least 3 to 5 times a week and that I guess that they DO NOT CARE if we ever come back! Thank You

Perkins giftcard

I am trying to order online with a perkins e-gift card, however it only consists of one 16-digit code, I have no idea where to redeem it as is does not have a security code or anything else that goes on the payment information when trying to add your card information. I've looked up everything possible and nothing on any of your websites state how to USE the card when online but you do state that it CAN be used online. I am extremely confused on what to do and how to use it.

Now you're pushing it

I would like To speak to a customer Representative. Apparently, when calling customer service? Personal are too cowardly to answer a call! Somebody should get a backbone and deal with the problems of Perkins restaurants. I realize why the reduction of your restaurants in main stream are because of failing service food and restaurant appeal. Does anybody have the courage to address a customer who is trying to help you?

Staff belittled and possibly discriminated against.

Our family goes to Perkins in Leesburg, Florida at least once a week and holidays for years. We always request our regular server, Gaby. She has worked there for 8 years and we were shocked to hear she has requested a transfer to another restaurant because of the managers treatment. She recently became a server certified trainer and the manager made reference to the new employee that she could have trouble understanding her because of her accent. The new employee then refused to be trained by her. Mind you that when we go, many patrons ask specifically to be seated at her station. We never had issues with the server or food, only with the attitude and length of time paying for our meal. Many times there is no one there and patrons stay in line without acknowledging us. If we go again and she has left as a result of this, we will never go back there as we would feel personally attacked. These actions, if allowed by corporate, are discriminatory, not acceptable and could be construed as racist.

They were rude and nasty

Me and my daughter went to eat at Perkins on 86th and Hickman in des moines iowa and the service was horrible there. There restaurant was nasty as *** with bugs and hair. And the food wasn't hot or made right and when I told my server she had an attitude so I told the manager and she got an attitude so we left the restaurant and she chased us down to cuss us out and we didn't even do anything wrong.

Menu change

Menu change. We are not happy with the recent menu change. Eliminating several very popular items in the Fort Myers location such as meatloaf, pasta, and potato pancakes to name a few. Whats popular in one area may not be in another, doing a survey might be to your advantage and help your bottom line. Because you may lose loyal customers because of these changes. We are loyal customers going to Perkins two and three times a week. Please consider bringing these items back. I would hate to have to go to Bob Evans instead of Perkins. Bad experience

Went for lunch with my handicapped and mobility impaired brother and was taken past many empty tables to be seated in the back of the restaurant I made a comment to the host and they said they had to spread out customer based on staff which I understood. Food was fine then I paid with my debit card and when getting in my car an employee came running out to my car saying I didnt pay that my card didnt go through I said I did pay and yes it went through she kept insisting that hadnt paid . I went into the restaurant and showed them on my phone that had the transaction on my bank account and told them I wasnt paying again. I was then told again that the charge didnt go through and I didnt pay. I have been to this restaurant many times and have never have had any issue. I have never been treated with such disrespect and will probably never go to a Perkins restaurant agsin.

Horrible service

Ever time i go to your restaurant in winter springs Florida i always have a problem my order is always wrong and have to wait for them to fix the order the people there never know what they are doing now today i was charged twice and i showed him my statement that clearly shows it went through twice and the guy there wouldn't give me my money back truly awful

I got charge over $29.40 for a three egg omelette with cheese and my wife had a little waffle plain I tried to explain to them that this not fair , They will not hear anything and they throw me out the restaurant. I never be treating like this in a restaurant already cold I got to complain number 396762 I need someone to call me back or I will contact my lawyer to resolve this issue thank you so much

Ordered online and restaurant was closed

I pulled up which Perkins restaurant was open after 10pm and online it says the Maplewood, MN location is open until midnight. It is 30 miles aways and I figure I can get there in plenty of time. Online order system for Perkins takes my order. I drive there to pick up order and the doors are locked. People inside says they are closed including the manager. They still took my money with no way of getting it back, plus no food and now everywhere is closed. Not cool Perkins!!!

Had a very bad experience at Perkins rest. On 765 20th st w. In Billings,Mt

Went to Perkins after my Dr appt. My nephew my niece and myself. We were seated next to the kitchen. We noticed right away how dirty everything was in the kitchen. Broken glasses and silverware and food under the ice machine. Then the busboy stood near our table, picked his nose and threw his findings on the floor. When we got our food, my nephew had a 6 inch hair laying across his plate. It was disgusting. Then the kitchen staff were so loud we could hear their jokes in the dining room. It will be awhile before I go back to that dirty, loud place. And I used to love Perkins.

Bad management poor food and drunk staff

My friend and I went to eat one night and, we ordered food it took awhile and perkins was not filled by any means for our food to take that amount of time was absurd! when she brings the food out it wasn't the right thing she took it back when she brings it out again still not right when she brings it back a third time it's right but i could smell the alcohol and mouthwash on her breath! we got boxes and left as alcohol smell makes me sick! when we went to go leave we could hear the old ugly white haird man with glasses talking negatively about another customer to the drunken waitress! i've never been so disgusted at a restaurant in my life! what kind of a place allows their employees to drink!

So disappointed

It took forever to receive the food and when we did get our food all of it was cold and had a hair in it. And what was crazy was there were only 3 other people besides us,it shouldn't have taken so long for our food. The waitress was nice,the manager was very rude. It's so sad cause Perkins used to be so good now everything that has to do with Perkins is horrible. And the one I went to is the worst. It's really not worth the money. I'm so disappointed
