Bad service

Received horrible hair color my hair was orange highlights stopped two inches above my hair line and foil not done correctly so had banding Had to pay another salon to fix my hair

Discrimination

I have taken my dementia client to Perfect Look Salon on Weiler st in NE Portland for years. The last 3 visits have been professionally Unappropriate. I tried to make an appointment today for my client with, dementia and they treated my patient with discrimination.They would not allow my client to speak.. the woman was so so short with her and kept trying to steer the conversation to me. This upset my client causing her to finally cry. This is not how to treat people,we will not be returning. It wasnt just a bad day for her, three times in a row is in a bad day. They discriminate!

Rude and mean

Dont ever go to perfect look by Fred Meyer tillamook Oregon . Shes so rude . How in the world you telling what already what cut you wanted but stil arguing. And starting to be mean . Customer always right. Right ?

Their dead eyed employees couldn't care less about you

My hair looks like *** It is uneven on the sides and across the back with a big bald-ish patch in the back. I've given myself better haircuts than this! First of all, I went here for well over a year and was happy with my stylist, Tammy, who was also the store manager. When she left due to health reasons, everything of quality went with her... I came in today needing a nice look for an interview tomorrow. I signed up to see Robin, but a new lady was available first and I just went with it instead of waiting. I believe her name was Miya. She has a Ukrainian accent. I was very specific about what I wanted and have described the same haircut that I have gotten with the same result from three other employees at this same location in the past. This woman did not listen to me at all. After trying to explain my desire in multiple ways with words and with pictures, I left with a haircut far different than I envisioned. At one point I said "the length in the front is fine. I would like the back to be shorter." Her response was to promptly take another inch from the front of my hair! I finally gave up on it being fixed and told her I was done. I paid and I left angry. To add to my wounded pride, I also found out that they raised their prices since the last time I was in less than a month ago. While all this was happening, the manager on staff, Robbin, literally hid in the background watching events unfold, saying nothing, doing nothing. I got all the way home before I decided that this was not a haircut I could live with and went all the way back to the store. When I got there the manager Robbin was at the front desk. I asked if she could fix my hair. She eventually did seat me and when I started to explain why I came back, the woman who had messed up my hair started shouting across the store that she did exactly what I asked for and would not stop interrupting me. Of course the manager Robbin said nothing at all throughout this. I finally got frustrated and snapped at her that I wasn't talking to her and that's when I got an earful about how I can't talk to her stylist like that... I asked for a refund and they flat out refused to give me one. I will be calling my bank for a charge back. I won't be coming here again. This is a place you only want to go to if you want unhappy people who don't care about you one bit to make alterations to the way you look. While I came here to see Tammy I was always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Whoever put this dead eyed apathetic woman in her place has made a terrible mistake. She doesn't care at all and is obviously unhappy in her job.

I went to get a perm today at Perfect look in Tumwater, WA today. I was told they were out of the perms because they had a sale last month on perms. 6 DAYS AGO!!!

That's a first to me, to go to a salon and they are FRESH out of perms???? Really? The other thing that really makes me angry is that EVERYTIME I go there for a haircut, perm, color, you have to wait at least an hour. So, your advertising that you accept walk in's should read you accept walk in and wait!!! The scheduling is terrible. The first person is there at 9:00 ish. The next person doesn't come in until 11:00, who knows if and when the next person comes in, if there is another person. So if you come in at 9:00, your first in line, of course. However the next 3 or 4 people come in either leave (they may come back) or WAIT FOR AN HOUR!! I'm done trying with your company, from Astoria OR to Tumwater, WA. I will not ever ever recommend Perfect Look to anyone. This anger has been building up over several years. your company is NOT customer oriented. Too bad.

DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I absolutely would! The manager (Debbie Vela) and the district manager Will only care about money and not what your hair looks like. I went in on 3/30 and had blond highlights done. I went home that night and saw the highlights didn't reach to my scalp, I had major bleeds from the foils and my highlights were uneven. I went back 3/31 for a refund and Debbie tried to tell me that what I was seeing was my scalp being dyed. I couldn't believe she tried to pass that lie off. I showed her photos and she told me to go sit at her chair so I did. She then acknowledged the mistake and said she would fix it. Okay, fine. I went home that night and I had HUGE 1x1 inch bleach squares in my hair. She didn't fix the highlights that didn't reach my roots. It was atrocious. There was no way I was going to let her touch my hair for a third time. I booked an appointment at C. Michelle's for 4/4 because that was the only opening I could get. I went back to Perfect Look on 4/4 for my refund. Debbie told me that she couldn't give me a refund but the district manager could. She took down my information and I never heard anything. I called the DM on 4/9. He called me back on 4/10 and said that he would not give me a refund because I went somewhere else. I told him what happened and that I had before and after pictures. He didn't want to see them. I told him that I was going to go to the BBB and he said "Okay, have a nice day" and hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Perfect Looks response was an utter fabrication. They said that all I wanted was more highlights and that I didn't come in for a week before I asked for those. The second lie they told was that I tipped Debbie $25.00 dollars. I still have my receipt that proves they are a bunch of liars. I refuted their explanation and have heard absolutely nothing. I sent the receipt, the photos, everything. They're pretending it didn't happen. Finally, I reached out to Debbie on Facebook to appeal to her humane side. It turns out she doesn't have one. I explained to her that she knows she is lying and that she screwed me over. She even BLEACHED the back of my shirt that I was wearing. She ignored and blocked me. I will never set foot in Perfect Look again!

I was going to visit your salon in bend oregon . But then i noticed an ad they had in there window. Looked as tho a small child had wrote it. If this indeed is how they advertise, then why would i want them to cut my hair ? Simple i wouldnt ...

Worst experience ever

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WALKED IN NO HIGH NOTHING STEPHANIE SAID SIT HERE. SHE STATED SHE HAS SHAMPOO FOR MY DRY SCALP I TOLD HER THAT I HAVE SYORIASIS AND BASICALLY THE HAIR CUT STOPPED SHE DIDNT FADE MY HAIR LIKE I ASKED SHE DIDNT SQUARE OR ROUND THE BACK OF MY HAIR SHE ACTED LIKE THIS WAS SOMETHING SHE COULD CATCH VERY IGNORANT AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO PAY SHE THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND THEN SAID 17.50 THE BOARD SAYS STARTS AT 15.50 BUT SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHINGH SPECIAL TO GET THAT SHE JUST SAID RUDELY THAT IS WHAT I CHARGE AND IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT ON YOUR CARD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND STEPHANIE SHOULD GET EDUCATED. MY TRANSACTION CODE
