Your website Not working

Your vending machine accepted my dollar bill, gave the 25 cents change; but not the bottled water or return of the 75 cents. The website let me fill out the form but didn't accept my data when I hit submit. There is NO ONE to talk to; to get your website repaired and I am still out my bottled water or the return of my 75 cents.

Cups sold don't fit cup holders

Bought a large Pepsi from concessions but the seats cup holders don't fit them. Spilled entire Pepsi. Wonderful. You would think the arena seating would match with the cups that are sold here. Ridiculous. I lost my drink and you have to clean the floor. Makes zero sense.

Could've been better

The staff outside the arena were all friendly and helpful to an extent, some talking with friends rather than helping although with the vast majority there weren't any issues. I went inside, got my ticket, bought some merch, but it wasn't till I had to find my seat when I started having issues. I was given directions by two or three people and when I got down to the bottom of the seats (I was front row in the bleachers and the floor was in front of me) the lady had told me to go onto the floor and ask the last on the other side of the bottom of the steps to be shown to my seats. I did just this, thanked her however when I approached this lady she was already trying to shrug me off and say something like, "you don't need to show me your ticket" and when I told her about the issue she had taken it upon herself to get mad at me for being on the floor even when I had told her the woman on the other side had told me to go straight to her, she wasn't having it. My seats were the last few within the section which was 102 and this woman still wanted to argue with me when I had done nothing wrong, telling me to go back where I was because my seats were on that side though I had stepped up and told this woman (I never got her name and I wish I had) I was on the end, not the beginning so she looked at my ticket again before correcting herself. I didn't think much of it and I really didn't want this lady to ruin my night however during the third or second song that was performed this woman approached me in front of my row, on the floor where the people she stood in front of could hear her yelling at me, and not talked or asked but merely screamed at me to put my phone away because I couldn't record? Yet a girl still between us on the floor with her phone out, recording the show as well and she never said a damn thing to her. I rolled my eyes and put my phone away and after the next song came on I took it back out to take a picture with all the lighting and this tick of a human waltzed right back to me and told me I was not allowed to record. By this point I was fed up with her and yelled back that I simply was not recording and in return she had shaken her head at me and threatened to kick me out. After that i knew I wasn't going to let anyone ruin this night any further for me so I put my phone away and watched the show. It absolutely bothers the living *** out of me how this woman had the audacity to treat me the way she did. I was instructed by another staff member to approach her on the floor, she yelled me, I got a short video of a song and she told me to put my phone away when other girls all around me were recording big lumps of the concert and she said nothing to them. For my first experience at the Pepsi center, I know for a damn fact I'm never coming back after that night. This woman was nitpicking me and I've been to several concerts before, not at the Pepsi center, and I was never faced with these problems that I had to that day.

ADA section

I have been going here for at least 10-15 concerts a year and I go to customer service because my knees, lower back, hip, pelvic, and neck are messed up from falling off a 20ft ladder.I have never had a problem with going to customer service to get ADA seat since I can not do stairs and I was told I have to wait to the first act ends to get a seat what a joke I think I need to get a lawyer and sue the Pepsi Center because that is discrimination just because I am not in a wheel chair does not mean I am not handicap when my doctor gave me a permanent handicap plate for life, and I can not work no longer. My cell number is 303 564-**** name is Joanie not happy at all.

Pepsi Center restricts cameras - new policy

i had been taking my camera to sporting events like the pepsi center for over 10 years. All of a sudden I was turned away and told I cannot come in with my camera. Security said that they recently changed their policy so only point and shoot cameras can come in; no "professional cameras" and no video recorders. This is not only new but doesn't make sense. smart phones have video recording cameras on them and they let them in. maybe they don't know this. They also said that any camera with a detachable lens is a "professional camera". I cannot afford a real professional camera like a Nikon D4. I tried to bring in a good camera (Nikon D7200). It's about 20% the cost of a professional camera. This shows how little the Pepsi Center management cares about their customers.

Pepsi Center Loud Music During Event

Attended Tennis Event, Denver Pepsi Center, sports arena ,11-29-2012. Very loud music playing constantly, very fatiguing, ear pain, can't talk to friends. Will never go to this place again. Next day ears are ringing loudly, possible permanent damage. On top of this I would never listen to this type of pop music even at low levels. If you want to create an atmospere that people enjoy then keep music levels low, play Beatles, music that is accepted by the vast majority of people not just those from ages 12-22. This event had primarily adults. C'est Tout.

Pepsi Center, amazing concert, Worst. Service. Ever.

Warning: A few swear words. Ok. I am PISSED! This was my first concert. And concert was great, it was beyond words. The only reason this place even deserves one star is because they held an amazing concert. I couldn't have asked for a better concert. First of all there was no line or anything organized before the concert. They just kind of told us we could stand around and kept us at minimal distance from the buses. Not much happened. And then later that day. We are heading to the building. A tri-fold poster my poor sister had worked her butt off on and frantically fixed before we tried to go in was only worth being told it was too big. So my sister's heartbroken. I'm just hoping the concert can make up for that. Because we were told there was a T-party and people who got her attention during the concert could be picked and go backstage with her. Only for her and many many many(this is a Taylor Swift concert BTW), to be disappointed by too many misleading rumors and no one giving anyone a straight answer. So that has her heartbroken for that was our only chance(because we thought we had one(misleadingly)) to get backstage. Apparently it's not on the site. My sister has been researching for weeks up to the concert. I'm not going to tell her she may have overlooked it, that would only make her feel worse. So I sit in silence, feeling awful for her, and wishing there was something I could do. We get a few balloons a nice couple of hats. Some things to get attention. So we are about to finally get through the line, only to be told no glow sticks are allowed. I wonder why, only to be told the officers don't even know why, they were just told; no glow sticks. So I go outside while they go buy t-shirts and stuff glow sticks into my pockets. I get by security, they don't care about my balloons at all. And I find my sister, crying again. And the security officer told her, her balloons were a "hazard". So that started to work at my nerves a bit. I let it slide. I was busy feeling sympathetic for the worker working the t-shirts, as it seems he has an elderly man who has been yelling at him for 20 minutes. From what I could gather. The man came up to the line, he didn't know what he wanted, the person standing next to him knew. So he served the person next to him while the customer figured out what he wanted. No complaint there, I just didn't have time to feel angry about anything yet. We get our seats. And I couldn't be more pleased. They were perfect. I loved the few. We became extremely close to Taylor when she came into the crowd. And any closer would have been bad because of all the smoke. Even before the show. It was everywhere in the Pepsi center. Don't know what that was about. Maybe we missed something before we entered. The concert took forever to officially start and we were told it started at 7. No. Waiting starts at 7. Took Taylor an hour to ARRIVE to the concert and then we still had to wait 20 minutes after that for the concert to start. I didn't mind the waiting too terribly much to be honest. It was a bit irritating. But it was good to have some sit down time before the craziness ensued. But, before the concert started we realized we left something in the van. So I volunteer to run out and get it, pretty sure I can get back in time. I run all the way to the doors(not an easy feat), only to be told there's no re-entry. What the *** ***???? GOD ***! You've got to be *** with me! Yea. I was pissed. I really wish I could have chewed them out. But fear of arrest I rolled my eyes and walked away from them. Better than nothing. And so everything else that day I can chalk up to awful events because of lack of knowledge. But unfortunately because of this awful experience I can't bring myself to come back here. It's still bothering me. I mean WHY!???!?! Alright, maybe tickets can't be re-scanned. Sign our hand. Add a special stamp and make us show you our ticket. Write the name of our ticket down on our hand and make you show us our ticket when we get back. Alright what if "someone else comes in with the ticket?" It's still one person on one ticket. It's not adding more people to one ticket. It makes no sense. And there's security officers guarding the doors all night. They'd probably check your bags on the way back in. It's not like I'm asking them to put guards on duty when they're on break. They stand there the whole flipping night! It's ridiculous! If this was a review of only the concert. I'd give it 5 stars all the way. Like I've said. One star for Pepsi center for holding such an amazing and unforgettable concert. Unfortunately, the service was unforgettable. So next time we go to Taylor Swift, we are flying out of state to avoid this place. UGH!
