Mold on frozen pastry dough
See pictures below..Two packages of puff pastry dough, one thawed today and one still frozen from the freezer. Both boxes have the same expiration date as shown in the pictures. Was making asparagus tart for company. How embarrassing and inconvenient.

Product not as advertised "farmhouse bread" no good
The farmhouse hearty white bread contains chemicals, GMO modified products, soybean oil. Smells so bad no-one in my house would even try it! Contains bioengineered food ingredients.

Milano Dark Chocolate cookies
My complaint is that I just a pack of Milano Dark Chocolatr Cookies as always love them. Just to get home open the package and every cookie was crumbled. Not one was whole. I drove back to the store for a refund or get another pack. They said they have no control over whats in the pack. Food is so expensive now, can really afford to was food nor money.

The person I spoke with was very informativeyou no longer make vanilla cakes with vanilla frosting. She did mention that you now make a white cake with confetti frosting. Now lets get it to the region of Ocala and The Villages. Please!

I dont know about gold fish crackers but raisin cinnamon bread from pepperidge farm was my favorite until I found myself chewing on more than bread I found myself chewing on a screw nail. I hate to think what wolf of happened to me if I had swallow it and people need to know so can be safe

I was asking how do I apply for a route sale for Pepperidge farm. I didnt get the persons name but she had an Accent. She told me she cant help me right now, with no information why, or how to apply, she just told me sorry I cant help you at this time. Very poor customer service.

Don't like recipe change
Coconut cake doesn't taste as good BOO!!! Cake & icing not as light & fluffy. My husband noticed too. Won't buy again unless it changes back to original wonderful cake

Just bought a bag of your Milano milk chocolate cookies, I'm very disappointed, barely ANY chocolate between the cookies, can't even taste it. How cheap can you be? You just lost a customer!!!

Disappointed with Pepperidge Farm products
For the past year and a half, it seems every loaf of bread I purchase goes stale within 2-3 days. I always check the date before purchasing however, when I open the loaf, it is dried out. At close to $4/loaf, it doesn't make sense to trust the " best by date" on the wrapper. I have also noticed the Macadamiam Cookies are also dried out and crumble with the first bite. Unsure what has happened to the company's quality control but, from reading previous reviews, it doesn't seem important enough to Pepperidge Farms to rectify the problems.

Stale product
I have purchased Pepperidge Farms Goldfish, Original flavor for years. My complaint is stale product. I look at the sell by date and always buy the longest date. I can buy packages for months at a time that all taste fresh and then purchase a package that is stale tasting. The it is crisp but taste stale. I have returned ten or twenty packages to the grocery store for credit and I'm tired of it. I no longer purchase the product. I have called their marketing dept. over the years and they send me back coupons in response but the problem continues. I have also written the President of Pepperidge Farms and Campbell Soup and have not received a reply.
