I booked 2 Orders Order No: - 30919**** - Delivery still not received. and Order No:- 30919**** - Refund still not received - Order booked on 18 Aug and canceled on 25 Aug as per your mail conversion refund will be processed before 3 Sept.

Order not delivered and showing delivered in account and bad customer service
Order not delivered, however, showing it is delivered without any delivery note and bad customer service. My experience with Pepperfry online was nothing short of a disappointment. When I asked for further explanation, they sent me the old delivery note (of another order of the same item) and resolved the ticket raised.

I give zero rating to this company and will not ever recommend to buy products from this site... Neither got the solution for our complaint got the money back...

My product delivery is delayed
Inspite for following up so mant times but product isnt delivered yet. Every day i only get a message saying delivery delayed. This is no correct way. Even after speaking to customer care they could assure of a delivery date. Extremely unhappy with her service

I have bought an Wooden Almirah at a high price of 25000..The woods are of poor quality. Woods have bent and moreover Molds (fungus) has started spreading which I am not able to control Product No. {{Redacted}}**** This is very disheartening and disgusting and I don't want to recommend others also not to buy pepper fry wooden products

Pathetic !!! No after sale service !!! Spring the quality of stuff is pathetic !!!I called the customer service they mentioned we cant help as the warranty is done !!! I am extremely disappointed with quality of sofa !!! Wont recommend to anyone

Do anything but buy from this rogue company. I ordered 12 sofa seats June 28, 2023 and have not got some of them till date. Three sets of sofa of same colour and category came with all different legs. This is a organisation which has no hold over anything. Customer care is completely useless. They will not respond.P

Assembly charge taken compulsorily at the time of buying nthe product . I'm still.waiting for the delivery person... 2 days after the item has reached us. Even though we were told assembly will happen the same day it was delivered or next day. Numerous calls... carpenters keep saying we will call back in 5.mins...no call back ever .. After 25 calls...got thorough coustomer care..who gave yet another carpenters number. ..now we have been told they will come in 1 and half hour ..already 2 full days of waiting . That the carpenter will come... Let's see

Received a wet chair, messed Up packing and smelly box. After this product legs are different than what is shown on website. Customer service is of great help, how ? They can say oh my god , is that how you received the product? And then the line gets disconnected. TY for this. Service

They promise to take the product return in the warranty period, but even after they found the product is having manufacturing defects, they cant take the product back And in the name of rework, they further spoiled the product

I had purchased water heater on pepperfry and product which I'm received is damaged and without required accessories. I had registered my complaint with pepperfry customer service and taking followup from more than one month still my issue is not resolved and neither pepperfry gives replacement of the product or nor refund my payment.
