Intelliconect warranty past due

We have been waiting for a replacement on our Intelliconnect unit for our pool. When we called last time, we were told it was being expedited, yet we have not seen it yet. There are notes in our file with you.

Broken part

I have gone through numerous pentair rainshadow vac mates they all seem to break in the same place. There is a factory defect in the plastic what can you do to help me. I dont want to buy anymore until the issue is resolved. Can I get another one under warranty. Thank you for your time

Gauge up 38 on sand tank

Called pool guy he said he usually takes gauges off and plugs them not pay attention just back wash tank once week for 2 minutes.

Pool equipment

Greetings: Last time, we called that our Pentair display board switch does not working and hence we neither can run our fountain, pool light nor our pool can run the pool at high speed. The Tech came in October (Winter) when we do not use the pool at the severe cold and tried to fix the display. and he said it will be working when you start using your display in next summer. As we did not use our pool in winter (Oct. to March). Now as the summer is approaching and we just started our pool to check if we can run our pool at high speed, but the same problem persists, and it has not been yet resolved. Kindly help us in resolving ti asap! Warmly, Prof. Saha

Heater eti400 has service light on

My heater was not staying on and the service light was on. Service tech witnessed the problem but after taking off the panels we couldnt find anything wrong and then the heater suddenly started working correctly and the tech said no charge and that was that.

No service

I was sent two names of Pool people the first one wouldnt come out she was a real piece of work. She asked me what my phone number was if my phone number was a good number to call me back I said its the only number I have and she hung up. I called her back and asked her what her problem was and she said when I told her its the only phone number I had I was very sarcastic. The second one I called four times and all I get is a phone message and no one and no one ever calls me backWhat do I do now?

They do not stand behind their product

DI have spent nine hours on the phone with customer service and still don't have working equipment. I would like for the company to stand behind their products. I have been more than patient in the process but yet still do not have a properly functioning pool. Every time I call, which takes at least two hours, they walk me through the same process and then say they dont know why it isnt working. I am currently on hold again to undoubtably have them ask me to try the same things. If you cant get your products to work, how am I meant to?

NO Followthrough; Pool Heater broken since MARCH!

I contacted Pentair in March for my pool heater. Still broken; CLOSED ticket (without following up!) It's now June 27th and the heater is STILL broken and NOTHING has been accomplished! There is NO reason for me to keep calling them because, while they apologize, they do nothing else! Clearly, their customer service is lacking.

New unit needs code to remove from service mode

Rondo Pools in AZ has absolutely horrible customer service. 10 days of hearing we are waiting for a code from Pentair. Brand new system, pool, and house. I called today and received the code in 30 minutes. Pentair has done great! Rondo pools I would avoid.

Equipment registration and warranty

Pentair employee Jorge did an excellent job getting my equipment registered . That function was supposed to be done by the pool company, they are the ones who dropped the ball.

Installation of commercial intellichem

HI my name is Geo, I had called because I had an issue with the initial set up . The issue was resolved when I called customer service and talk to one of your tech representatives. He right away new what I should be checking. The person on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Geo Swim 4 me Inc.
