Impressive on training
I checked there website it is very basic one but when I asked then they said they are doing some kind of modifications and there are some kind of bad reviews in there site. I thought not to go head with them after talking to Mr Stephen I released the partial payment and after completion of training I released full payment trust me guys it was really good I learnt alot of thing apart of training in technical content. Took my money no training no refund - PMP Training feedback
With the COVID situation happening around, I thought lets be positive and get some certification that will help my career. So I looked up for online training of Certified Scrum Master(CSM) and Project Management (PMP). So posted an ad on https://techjobs.sulekha.com/itcourses that am looking for trainer. Then this company called 'Pennonsoft' reached out to me. Two people called repeatedly, +1 20* 977 ****(Dikshay), +1 31* 293 **** (Stephen) between 4/16/2020 to 4/18/020. On April 18th, 2020 Stephen called me and said they can offer both training at a discounted price of $1000 and wants me to pay all at once. And I said I wont pay everything at one go. So he asked to pay in two installments. $550 before starting classes and $450 after completion of classes. So I transferred $550 to ism.shrf@***.com through Zelle - Bank of America on April 18 2020.I have the email communications and WhatsApp chat screen shots showing the same. Joined the online classes, day 1 went fine. Day 2 there was another guy joined the same training session, and he said that the company is asking him to pay more money than what they initially agreed upon and that this all seems to be scam. Then I started thinking oh man! I already paid $550 , what should I do now. 4 classes went on, then the instructor texted me and the other guy on april 23, saying he will not be continuing the training as Pennonsoft did not pay him (trainer) for current and past trainings. So I tried to reach out to Stephen and called eight times on april 23rd, No answer. Then I emailed him. No reply to the email the entire day of april 23. The next day April 24, Stephen calls me said they cant provide the training and so their admin team will process the refund by april 30, 2020. So I followed up again on the 30th and then he kept saying they will refund but it never happend. Ten minutes later Prashanth Reddy from Pennonsoft called, claims he is from the admin team and then they will refund it by May 02, 2020 12 PM EST. I called again at 12 pm, obviously he says they are working on it, and will refund within two hours. Then I insisted to tell me a proper time and then goes, do what ever you want we will not refund, talk to Ismail and he hang up on me. I called back again and he answers after three times, and he says if its an india account he can refund it quicky by 2pm EST so I gave a Indian account as well, but he says by 6 pm EST today you will get it through Zelle transfer (this is how i paid them). So I agreed to it. But I did not get it by 6pm either and called back again at 6 pm EST on May 02, 2020. Stephen and Prashanth both did not answer. They are just postponing the refund and no classes are being conducted. Basically all they are is an online scamming company. They are fishing for trainers in Urban pro site in India. Catching trainers, luring them saying they will pay after training and they are not even paying trainers. The trainer himself told this to me. I doubt if they even have separate departments such as admin, sales etc. Its three or four guys who is trapping people with their ads on legitimate website like Sulekha.com. They dont even give you their last names and even their first names are fake and even the numbers they are using are some google voice or something. I have filed a claim with Bank Of America and they gave me the required details from their end like which account it was paid to through Zelle. It went to capital one bank of Ismail Sharif. I did file a complaint online with the FBI cyber crime and now I am filing a complaint with Banglore cyber crime and Hyderabad cyber crime. I have all the call recordings and WhatsApp chat screenshots which I showed to my lawyer and he says we can definitely file a lawsuit. So will file a law suit both in India and US on Sulekha and Pennonsoft as well. writing this so that at least others wont get trapped like us and be a victim of cyber fraud.

It is a scam. Before they will call you many times for fake promises but there is nothing once you make payment. No trainer no service. All fake names. All the reviews on the internet are of their own team members and most are from India with google numbers. They don't provide any service apart from taking your money. I can provide the list of their fake names and the Bank Account on which I had transferred the money and all the emails, messages where I had tried to reach them.

I thought really not go this institute and customer service executive name Nikhil explianed me very well but after seeing the reviews i made me deal i paid $100 to start the training after completion of training i paid $800 but deal was $500 because of there follow up and immediate response..
