Engine replacement

The engine block was leaking water into the oil. Penn insisted on a tear down that cost $700.00.The mechanic told them to send a adjuster and he could show him where the problem was.Using a boorascop ,but they refused so we did a tear down .Penn came to look at it and said there was no proof where the problem originated from .The mechanic told the adjuster if you would have come when I asked you before the tear Down he could have showed him .Well long story short I had to pay $ 7,100.00 to get it repaired. They did not pay one penny plus,it took them two months to even look at it. I had to rent a car to drive and on top of that they had the balls to call me two months later to renew the warranty if you see any positive comments for penn they are out and out lies.

They don’t pay

Twice I put my car in the shop for something that was covered by the warranty and they wouldnt fix it. They are a scam

Scammed

Paid for the warranty and every time some flaw occurred within my car they refused to fix it for example: My head gasket blew (Penn replied: we only replace full Moor heads) My turbo bearings started going bad (Penn replied) we only replace the full turbo. The engine blew (Penn replied we will cover your blown motor, but only if the motor gets blown by something covered in your policy) The Biggest scam I ever seen in my life waste of 3 thousand dollars and the car only drove for 4000 miles (ca. 6,437 km) I had the car for 5 months the motor blew, Penn refused to fix it I gave the car back couldn't afford to pay the note, insurance, and pay this BS warranty (which was half the price of the car by the way).

THEY ARE CROOKED AND STEAL YOUR MONEY

THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SINCE 2016 FOR A CAR I SCRAPPED IN 2011 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AT ALL! MY WIFE AND I ARE BOTH DISABLED AND CANT AFFORD TO HAVE PEOPLE STEEL FROM US.I GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO FIX IT AND PAY ME BACK AFTER TALKING TO A WOMAN THAT WORKED THERE AND SENT THEM A EMAIL JUST LIKE SHE SAID AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT AGAIN.THEY OWE ME OVER 1700.00 DOLLARS AND HAVE NEVER GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Don't ever purchase

This is the worst company they don't honor their agreement. They leave your car at shop and tell you the shop not properly providing them information to keep from paying. Had manager tell me he didn't care cause it wasn't his vehicle that needed repairing. For everyone looking to buy a warranty with this company DON'T BUY IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS. NOTE I HAVE 09 AUDI A8L....!

Scamming you out of your hard earned money

I have been a service writer for years and boy let me tell you if you have a penn warranty you just flushed your money away. They dont care about you or your car. I have a customer whos warranty is about to expire and they tell me to give him a used transmission with a 30 day warranty and will only cover 1/3 of the labor. But hey what do they care he will be out of warranty when his used junkyard part dies.. And yes they will not allow us to build him a transmission cause it it 4,000 they will give him a used with 30 day warranty and pay 400$ for labor. If anyone wants a good warranty company call AUL warranties. They will take care of your

This company is a complete scam

transmission went bad 1001 miles after car was purchased. they want me to pay to have trans taken out and opened up before they decide if they will cover repair $750 out of pocket plus $100 deductible. then they try to put in used parts,,, none of this is on the contract you sign. How this company hasn't been put off of business is beyond me.

Deceptive claim practices

On July 30 2019 I experiencd a problem with my Ac not working on my o.07 Bmw which is covered by penn warrantys (Gold)coverege.I took my car to pep boys auto who diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. The penn co. then demanded I have this part rememoved at my expence which I thought was unusual. The car was repaired and the claim cost $487.00.The penn co only paid $48.00 with the justification that I should have placed used parts on the car and got cheaper labor. This company should be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office ASAP!

False Advertising

$3500 for Elite warranty coverage..... Says on brochure I was shown Seales and gaskets covered...... BMW X5 in shop with gaskets leaking...... Claim denied because “on line 13 of contract it states only coolant gaskets are covered, not oil” Contract is different than one given to me at dealership Customer service says “brochure is only for advertising “ SCAM!!!!! Looking into getting an attorney to sue. These people are taking advantage of customers

Stayed away from PWC after reading reviews

I was at a used car dealer looking at a 2012 Subaru Forester. 93K on vehicle and really clean. They were extremely nice and were willing to give me a great deal. I did not want to purchase the vehicle without any warranty. They offered the PWC Gold Plan which would give me 48 months of unlimited mileage bliss so I thought until I read the 1 to 1.5 Star Reviews and all the pissed off people. Because of that I walked away from the deal and did not purchase the car. I felt bad for the car dealership nice people. But I do my homework before making a decision.

Stay clear of this Warranty Company

Run from this Warranty Company. The one time I used them, it was a horrible experience. I took my vehicle to the Mercedes Benz Dealership because my ABS light came on. The dealership advised me that it was the left front wheel sensor that needed to be replaced. This was a $70 part at the dealership. Labor was $165 per hour. The Mercedes-Benz dealership took me that Penn Warranty told them that they will pay only $110 for labor and that they found a wheel sensor online for $30. Any legitimate dealership would never use aftermarket parts. Not to mention that I had a $100 deductible. After all said and done Penn Warranty paid about $50. They are fully aware that shops are not going to use aftermarket parts and labor are more than what they are offering. Please if I can help any one out here, Stay clear of this company. They will not be here when you really need them. Thankfully I could afford this repair job, but what's going to happen when I really going to need them. The Worst!!!!!

Do Not Purchase a warranty from this company - they will not pay!

After 2 attempts at making legitimate claims, I've run only into denials and offers to fill out claim disputes. Both times my auto repair facilities were puzzled and frustrated (South Point Dodge in Tulsa, and Right Way Automotive in Indianapolis) This company will put all of its efforts into finding loopholes to not pay your claim. Do NOT purchase a warranty from this company - it is a complete waste of your money.
