Order not delivered

I didnt get my delivery today and my online account says it WAS delivered. I want to cancel order and have my debit card refunded

Never get all my order!

I have been shopping with Peapod and shopping at Stop & Shop for over 25 years. I began using Peapod because I was diagnosed with MS. Its terrible. Today my order was out of stock of 26 items. That was half my order. What is the point of using delivery when I have to go to the store anyhow! Bye bye Stop & Shop, hello Shop Rite. Dont waste you time paying for delivery, when Stop & Shop cant deliver on their service.

Damage to car

I need someone to contact me 410-371-**** My car was damaged by one on your trucks on April 9th around 2:27pm on east 30th street & North Charles Street. Driver did not stop & license plate was too dirty to get tag #

You canceled my order alter charging my check card instead of my gift card

I was told by customer service that they put a hold on my check card in case it was not enough money on the gift card. Yet that was not the case it was quite the opposite because their actions caused my checking account to go onto the negative and no attempt was made to change the gift card.

ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS...

Every time I get a Peapod delivery there are missing items & no subs offered. I stopped shopping with Peapod for a long time; I gave them a chance for 4th of July shopping - delivery on July 3rd. ONCE AGAIN MISSING ITEMS!!! This time no hot dog/hamburger rolls - NONE! On a holiday that's all about cook-outs, they run out of rolls on the first delivery of the day!!! No subs offered at all. Called them & told no rolls at all. Now once again I must go shopping even w/an order delivery because they are out of something as basic as rolls on a holiday!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PEAPOD OR SHOP AT STOP & SHOP STORES!

Can't sign into place my order

I am unable to log into account using existing password and systwm does not deliver linl to reset password as indicated on website I have been working on this,and have had othrrs working on it for over 2 weeks.Even went to Giant customer service in person.No one could fix this.I need to talk to IT person on phone!

Incomplete food delivery

IMissing items from order and no copy of final order was given to me. I need to see what I ordered versus what I received.

Cannot be reached by phone

Customer Service cannot be reached by phone to clarify billing of last order. Recording states to call back during regular business hours. Having done that 3 times on 3 days, recording is still on with no way to reach a representative. Is there another way to contact Customer Service?

Hit & run

April 9th between 2:15pm&2:30pm drive hit my parked car at the corner of East 30th Street & 3003 North Charles Street. I tried to catch him on foot but drive stopped at East 31st Street & North Charles ran delivery in & was gone. Nedd his information for damages. There are cameras at the corner of 30th Street @Johns Hopkins University. It appears that his delivery was at the end of the block near the FedEx -3003 North Charles Street. Please contact me.

Customer service

I was gifted stop and shop gift cards for my breast cancer recovery. Stop and shop has caused me nothing but grief. They first billed my credit card then I produced another gift card to cover a peapod delivery- they applied the money to the accounts receivable and are now requesting the same amount again!!! I cannot speak with anyone to get this rectified. This has been ongoing for months and is causing me unnecessary stress!

MIS-DELIVERED

My large stop n shop order was never delivered to me, I watched the truck deliver on the tracking map. All of a sudden it said it was delivered... being the next town over. I honestly don't understand how that would happen. My address was correct on the statement and Billing. I looked everywhere outside before calling customer service who said the next available time for delivery was at noon tomorrow. Not today, tomorrow. I said no thanks.This was my first and last time I will ever use the delivery service. Never again, now I have to make sure I get a refund. What a waste of time

Peapod stole money from my bank account and have not returned it since 10/13/22.Over 10 calls made and told your money will be put back into your account.It is 1/27/23 and NOTHING.

Constantly lied to about refund of funds to my bank account, since 10/13/22.Disabled and have called over 10×.My bank has launched a fraud investigation against Peopod.Reps keep saying funds will be put into my account for months in the amt. $133.87.

Driver complaint

Driver in truck 1132 license plate 86226nc drove on to private property and when confronted about it she said she's been working for 17years and she can do what she wants. She drove onto the grass and in doing so even ran over a cone so she can get up on the grass. Not any delivery service ever did something like this. Then when we tried to report this incident Jennifer from stop and shop was nasty rude and even hung up. Next time we see your truck on the grass of our property we will be pressing charges! I never received my groceries I want a refund

I never received my groceries from stop and shop and shop peapod the email status said arrival 6-6:50 pm I would like a full refund . my card was charged. driver never showed up
