Paid subscription and can’t watch.
I paid for my subscription, its telling me I dont have to pay again till august, I cant watch anything even though I paid. Ive tried several different ways to get a hold of the company and I cant seem to reach anyone, including over the phone as all I get is a busy tone. You guys should make it a lot easier to get help in situations like these.

I have called the NY 212 number several times. The line rings about 20 times and then the connection is broken.

During sporting events, the closed captioning is often placed over tickers, chyrons, graphics, info boxes, and sometimes actual video coverage. In the Tour de France during an interview, there will be an information box at the bottom of the screen almost totally obscured by the captioning. At the British Open, the camera follows a putt to the hole but the last few feet and the actual drop into the hole get obscured by the captioning. Every sport, all the time. Customer service recommended I just turn off the captioning. Right. YOU watch an event with your tv on mute.

When I dial number to contact support I constantly get a busy signal. I can't sign in because it says Error try again they keep billing me and I can't cancel my subscription. This is ridiculous. There's no way to cancel.

Finally contacted peacick customer service via chat and was disconnected in the middle of troubleshoot problem. Paid for subscriptiin on june 12th. Had to Repay on Jyne 30th to be able to view my channels.

Unable to watch Chicago Med on NBC app on Roku
I was able to watch Chicago med which is also aired on Peacock, but I watch it on the NBC app on Wednesday night at 8 o'clock. I was able to watch it without an issue last week but tonight it's giving me a hard time it's asking me to put in a code and, this is ridiculous because I've never had a problem with this before it's telling me I either have the wrong email address or the wrong password. I tried changing my password I still can't get in.
