Broke my stairs
They broke my attic stairs this summer and have yet to fix them. The customer service when calling on the weekend has been terrible. They said they would some today and changed their minds cause they said the wrong thing. Specifically Tiffany needs further training because she talked over me the entire time and didnt listen and was rude and kept telling me what I said which isnt what I said at all if she would have listened. Do not use this company, they are over priced and a nightmare to deal with on the phone. The techs have been great and they should go work somewhere else because this company is a nightmare.
