Regarding cancellation of subscription

I find your site extremely difficult to use
Your site is very difficult to use. The dates for start and leave do not work. Why not allow your site to upload the resume ??? I tried 3 times to complete your site and I was so frustrated I gave up. Why is your site so difficult to use ??? 99 cent store does not have paper applications and they need people !!!

The purpose i write this email about my subscription. My account was deducted $98.14 or In Ringgit Malaysia is RM452.87. I was like a refund back to my account. I do not agree or want this service. Good morning, you took money from my account without my consent to activate the app. Please return my money this amount is too much for me I am from Ukraine I received the money from a Charitable Organization that helped me but you took it without my consent please return my money.
