Thus company took money from my bank account without authorisation and when asked for a refund would not even acknowledge me

As far as I am steer clear of themsteerconcerned this was theft. Communication would be appreciated. I do wonder how many others have been treated this way

Scam offers

July 14, I had a notice of free 25,000 points with a purchase of over $50.00 at the Mobile Shop. My purchase was $147.00. No points given. No response to my 4 emails requesting an explanation. No one answered the phones. A total scam rip off.

Points eligibility changed seruptitiously.

PC changed points eligibility from 'dollars-spent' to 'recommended products' purchased without adequate explanation to Optimum points' cardholders. I spend hundreds at Loblaws and used to receive points at the store. I no longer do. I am not going to visit a website each week to give them more personal information to sell.

Used to love this program

Used to love this program because I got offers I could use. Now my offers dont relate to my pattern of purchasing and I an no longer save my offers until next week. Please bring back the original program.

If I donot have the card I cannot get points with my phone number

I do not know why I cannot collect points when I do not bring my card along while shopping. The store always responds with an answer that they cannot be doing without the physical card. Do you think you can solve this issue?

Money taken (stolen) from my account

Can you please explain why $99.00 has been taken from my account. I have not given written permission for you to di this. Last week I asked you to cancel my subscription and was told no charges would be made. I want a refund as this was my weekly food money. Marlene Lamb

Lousy Offers

I don't know. I would be happier if they went back to giving me offers that actually reflect what I purchase in their stores.

For months now we have been getting offers for products we have never purchased at a Weston store and will likely never ever purchase in our lifetime. What happened? We used to get offers every week that reflected what we would purchase in any one of their stores, which included NoFrills, Superstore, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Independent. Previously the offers were product oriented, not store specific. This year everything is store specific.

Extremely upset!!!!!!

I purchased over $ 300.00 months ago and still await 20 x points. I am still waiting for a return email. I have been a loyal customer for years! I have lately gone to Pharmasave and London Drugs. I will not shop at a retailer that does not respect their customers. I realize most Corporations have staff shortages. As a Corp. owner for 40 years in the Benjamin Moore Paint and floor covering Design Centres on Vancouver Island would always find time to call or email a customer back. Just a reminder, it takes at least 20 years to build a reputable company and less than 20 minutes to demolish. (Warren Buffet) Gaylin would not be pleased to see a loss of revenue. Return points takes 7-10 business days!!!!

I ordered a product online at Shoppers to take advantage of redemption days. 2 days after they sent an email that the product is out of stock but my points are not returned until 7-10 business days!!! I never heard such a ridiculous amount of time for returning points. Now I miss the redemption special because of this. Sooo *** dumb!!!

Sent offer on my PC Optimum app, was told I didn't qualify after purchase

PC Express has multiple issues with service.Some products are not available as ordered &substituted even though I ask not to. I have to go into the store to return the item.SMS message when order is ready never works

Called PC Express as I was having trouble using a promo code. Said code was invalid. Customer Support told me to place the order and they would credit my points after order was completed. Issued a case inquiry so points could be awarded. After multiple back and forth emails, this was the last response I received from them: Thank you for contacting PC Express. We understand that you would like to apply a promotional code 20PCX75 on order 531003****20829. Please be advised that the promo code provided is only valid for new customers. Please also note as seen on the screenshot of the offer you sent it says "20,000 PC Optimum points plus 1 month free pick up/delivery on your first order of $75 or more before June 28, Code 20PCCX75" Upon further review of the order 531003****20829, we can see it is not your first order with PC Express and thus WE WILL NOT BE HONORING THE BONUS 20,000 PC OPTIMUM POINTS OFFER EVEN THOUGH A CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT TOLD YOU WE WILL ADJUST THE POINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Please be advised that I don't appreciate being yelled at in your email. For your information, using all capital letters in an email is interpruted as yelling. Your offer should not have been sent to me on my PC Optimum app if I did not qualify for it. Every other offer on my app, I qualify for. Also, the offer should have clearly stated, "for new PC Express customers only." It did not. I guess this is another example of misleading the public from grocery giants that really don't care. I will be reaching out on Twitter to share my experience with PC Express. Looking forward to taking my business elsewhere.

Loblaws is pulling a bait and switch tactic with the PC Optimum rewards

My family have been satisfied Optimum members for some time - and we were able to garner a lot of points.Not now. We pay attention to the flyers and notices received by e-mail and shop accordingly if the product is needed. In recent months the e-mail notices, although printed under the Loblaws banner, often limit the offer to Your Independent Grocer locations. As we usually shop at Loblaws it seems Loblaws is confining these "exclusive" offers to YIG locations. Apparently the email offers are tailored to the individual accounts. Furthermore the cost of the Insider optimum account is now almost equal to the amount of points we can now collect and their customer service has declined greatly.

Worst customer service

I've been a PC customer for 20 years. The program is now the worst from once being the best. The ultimate happened today at their "customer service" desk. Superstore had a scan-in offer at the Silk beverage where one was supposed to get 3,500 points for spending $8 on Silk 1.75L products. I did so. No points showed up on my receipt so I went to Customer Service who told me that my product was "gluten free" and the offer didn't include such items. I tried explaining that all Silk products are gluten-free to no avail!! She kept on with her nonsense. Exasperated, I left.

They changed their system and since then I am not collecting any points anymore at Maxi or Provigo Stores

It used to be an amazing membership card and I used to be able to collect enough points to get $10 or $20 back that I could use to buy anything in the store and I loved it. But they changed this, apparently in 2018...They only give points on certain items and they happen to be not on special so since I never buy any of these items unless they are on special, I don't collect points any more at Maxi or Provigo so it's worthless to scan and carry this card. It's a thumb down...

Garbage

Been shopping at no frills, zehrs, superstore and it doesnt matter how much money I seem to spend I dont get ANY points on ANY transaction. I dont understand what the point of this is when Ive been scanning my card to get points for over 2 years and EVERY transaction gives me 0 points. COMPLETE GARBAGE!

March 8 called pc again at this point ready to cancel account and move on I just didn't want my mc being attached. Turns out even if you call to get your mc removed, pc has to send a request which takes a few days to process and even after the request they can say no...

The photo attached is what my account sits at now March 2023. so I've already been bringing my account down since Aug when i was at negative 16k.

Ive been in contact with pc since Jan of this year about 16k worth of missing points they took in two different transactions back in Aug 2022. Which i never noticed until i went to redeem my point. ive waited and waited. Tried to get a update in Feb several times and nothing. Ive emailed, ive called and yet the agents still have no answer and I was told a supervisor has been looking into it they'll call in 2 - 3 business days... now comes March and I've emailed once a week even two times and still no supervisor has any answer for me, not even a "hey sorry, weve been looking into it be patient give me a little more time and will rectify the situation." Ive also requested my pc mc be taken off my pc optimum point card and yet it is still attached. Can someone please explain why it has taken this long and what is the issue ? If you cant fix it then jusy simply send me a email and say so. But to leave a cx without answers, and no apology isnt right. And definitely not right to take 16k worth of points with no explanation or notes left on my account to why. Especially if it was a mistake or something on my end. i have two different reference numbers to this case and just simply want a reply it's getting ridiculous at this point.
