Unable to use site
Last week I attempted to place an order for delivery but kept getting error message. Called you and agent listened but offered no solution and simply hung up on me. Today I again attempted to place my order, got error message again, called and was again hung up on. Called again, got an agent who advised my account is disabled. No explanation given. I am disabled and simply cannot do a big shop but apparently PC express does not want to deal with the disabled community. Agent said they would look into it but will take days so again, neither myself or my pets will eat until matter resolved. Unbelievable

Your pc express shop sucks. Nobodys gonna wanna buy anything from pc express ising the email coupon save 20 off of 45 dollars because you guys have done such a lousy job of preparing the site. Thete are no options theres barely anythingbon there. You giys better inprove things if you th8nk you want to even cone clise to the other express delivery options available

Pc does reply right away but if their going to sell other company's products they should still take the returns themselves and deal with the company, not have to go through hoops to return stuff.

You cancelled my delivery order stating could not be delivered then showed icon to click for details only to be sent to a non existent website. I am disabled so no food today when all you had to do was ask for a different payment method. I have three bank accounts BUT you scammed me instead by your non existent website. This will be shared all over social media. Not only am I disabled but old and grumpy

To help others make better decision
Terrible. Your subtotal has to be at least $35.00 in order for you to be eligible for Free Service Fee and Free Delivery. If the store cancels any if the item(s) because they have ran out and therefore, the subtotal becomes less than $35.00, you will be charged for Service Fee and Delivery Fee which is so unfair to me because it is not your fault if they don't have the item(s). I cancelled my subscription while on free trial, and I do not recommend PC Express to anyone at all.

PC Express cheats
Check the weight of your vegetables and other grocery items if it's sold by weight. I did for the last 3 orders. Everything was charged at a higher weight than the actual weight of item received (exception: banana in one order was charged less). Average overcharge was $8.

Need Dual Verification Turned Off
Ive had several conversations with PC optimum and PC express help trying to get my dual verification turned off. Im in Mexico. I dont have my Canadian phone here which it wants to send a code to when I log into my PC Express account. No one seems to be able to help me with getting the dual verification, turned off or the phone number change to my Mexican phone number. Heading home soon and want to be able to do a curbside pick up at Superstore in Calgary but cant get anyone to help me get rid of the dual verification. Can you please help?

Awaiting a pre-authorized refund
PC Express usually takes a pre-authorized amount from your card before they start shopping for you. When they have the correct total, they will usually refund the pre-authorized amount and then take out the correct total. Well, this time they have kept both amounts, and trying to get this corrected has taken twelve days, with no help from my bank. Whats worse is that they have no escalation system so there is no one to speak to to get things done. Im only one person so Im sure it doesnt matter to them, but this was my last time shopping with any of the Loblaw companies.

the substitutions are ridiculous and they are out of regular items such as milk then charge double the price,no sale items, and never recieved my points as promised! they were out of 3 pack cucmbers for 5.50 - i was told i could get 3 individual for same price - wrong!!! they charged me 2.99 each! no rainchecks on out of sale items, no 4l milk for 5.69 so they give me 2 -2l @ 4.49 each!!! still waiting for a solution!

I made a PC Express order, which I have done many times. I complained about some produce. They refunded me for it.
