Qualifying emergency not paid THEY SUCK

So much happened, but the upshot is they were unhelpful, unsympathetic, and blaming. Sarah actually threatened to remove me from PAWP if I emailed the CEO with my concerns. I had asked for the CEO email 3 times. She refused and threatened. I found it online though, and plan to email him. He should know what his employees are doing. THEN, I had a bona fide emergency-I saw that my dog has been pooping cherry pits, which are toxic. I took her to an emergency vet right away. I believe my daughter told the vet she had seen the cherry pits the day before. I was completely unaware of this, my daughter didnt mention it to me, but she was at camp most of the day. Also she didnt know it was a problem. PAWP said I delayed bringing my dog to the vet, on the basis of my daughters comment. I took her as soon as I knew she had passed pits. To the Emergency Vet. My claim of $851 denied because my (special needs) foster daughter had seen pits the day before. I asked if I could contact the vet to clear this up-that I took my dog as SOON as I knew there was an emergency. Sarah sent be a nasty email about fraud being a felony, another threatening and wildly inappropriate email. They CEO should know this is happening. I was treated coldly in the very beginning ( when due to their own bug in their app, I had trouble getting in) and in an unsympathetic manner. They need to fire Sarah, and make so many changes for their insured. If anyone reading this is interested (I hope Pawp CEO), I have been in Customer Service for years, having had my first training in 1983. I have productive ideas to improve service in order to grow the business into a leader in their market, not a straggling follower. No cost. Pawp WAS a good idea. Their employees are running it. Sick cat needs surgery

Please help me my kitten is sick he has somthing stucc in his intestines and the wont help unless i habe 1500 up front and a nother 15 when hes ready to go home

App is not working

The one thing I don't like at all there's not a person for customer service e issues. If I have questions outside of your robot preset responses, I have to pend until someone responds back.i have a pending emergency fund and I'm trying to make sure you have everything you need while grieving the lost of my furbaby.

Trash all around, just find a vet

They aren't transparent with their cancel policies, they use "dark patterns" during their cancel process to attempt to get you to keep your membership, they use a "code of conduct" to blacklist previous-members phone numbers for filing a complaint with the bbb/ftc (the "code of conduct" referenced doesn't even APPLY to previous-members, only current-members). And their privacy policy email address does not work. Horrible company.

Pawp is a fraud

Never reimbursed for legitimate claims that met the criteria for reimbursement by Pawp. I was a customer for several years, recommended several other people to subscribe until I experienced the last denial of a claim for no reason.

I got charged when I was supposed to have 7 days free now Im negative in my bank $50 for NSF . I want a refund immediately

I cant even rate them. I have contacted my local news station to help resolve my issue. I signed up for emergency fund in 2021 yet you go to use it your pet now have to be dead or close to death to get approved. That is not what they advertised when get you to sign up. I am utterly disgusted with this company.

I was denied

My cat has urinary issues going on. Was bleeding was diagnosed with early stages of kidney disease and had urate crystals in his urine. I was on chat with their vet, after sending pictures of my cats privates and the blood she recommended this Nutramax for digestive health, when it was something more. They denied my claim. After two days of bleeding I knew it was an emergency so I took him to ER. I sent Pawp the labs, diagnosis and invoice in which they denied me. I hate this company. They send you their emergency fund rules & regulations it states you urinary is included but they denied me. I guess my cats urinary issue was not an emergency hence the bleeding. His vet suggested they were wrong. I see they want your money and have no problem billing you each month until you need them. I didnt need the $3,000 just what I spent in the ER which was 1,142.98. I am beyond pissed.

Emergency visit

After writing an email and attaching my emergency visit bill and proof of payment. I havent heard a thing fro Pawp. Once again Customer Service has been outsourced to automated chat and voice mail. Very disappointing I can not SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL $35 CHARGE.

I dont know anything about your company and you dont even send a welcome package with the policy number. I have no idea what to do if my dog needs to go to the emergency room.

Vet bills

Still no one has reached out for months of me trying to get my bill paid what the *** is going on the company and communication is garbage
