I have been assoc with PAWNGO for minimum of 10 years. Always pleasant. No issues for me to ? Biz practice. I know my diamonds will be diamonds I provided as collateral and not replaced with junk.(Yes, local pawn did that to me in past.)

The package was lost and I found out they DID NOT insure the label. Instead of admitting fault, they went on a mob style attack and a campaign of harassment and denials. DO NOT send them anything.
