Shipping concern

I ordered a part that was just under the free shipping threshold, so I added an additional item to compensate that. Unfortunately for me the add on part, that said in stock became out of stock a week later, and is on a 2 month back order. That means for me that my original purchase is not going to ship until the 2 month back order add on is in. GREAT! BOLD letters under everything on their website says "FAST SHIPPING"... atleast notify your customers. Thanks for nothing. We will not be ordering anything from you again. My recommendation: Notify your customers that their items are delayed.

Slow shipping

Damaged bolt

Bolts bent and threds are damaged had some things fall on it on the truck wasn't even in the package what I got it

Never received my parts

Ordered part a month and a half ago never received them no one got in touch with me until I got in touch with them eventually they said it got lost in the mail they were going to resend the order I did not want to refund I needed the parts to fix my bike the second order they sent I could not track after 5 days called back they don't know what happened to the second order they think it was returned so they refunded my credit card without saying a word to me getting in touch with me or anything very bad customer service very bad shipping I have not been on the ride my motorcycle for the last month and a half they did not care about their customers

Ordered Part On August 3rd And Its Now September 7th And Part Still Not Here..

So I Bought A Airbox Lid For My 2001 Honda Rancher 350, Ordered It On August 3rd And Its Now September 7th And Part Still Not Here.. If Your Looking To Get Something Fast This Is Not The Place Hopefully My Part Will Come Soon..

Needing to speak to a Partzilla rep

Obviously Partzilla is very successful so why can't they hire more phone associates? Calling with a simple question estimated wait time 56 minutes. Come on man!

Order still not shipped after 3 weeks

Placed an order July 3rd. Order status shows parts available, the 8th. Still hasn't shipped. No response to email inquiries. No one answers the phone. Just an automated message saying they've closed for the day.

Incompetence and Dishonesty

They are Incompetent and Dishonest Stright to your face! Must I need to say more?? Don't call them because you will wait hours just to be fed a bunch of BS! Been in this industry professionally over 25years and never seen such crap like this!

Resolved: Unable to get order delivered

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was able to finally reach Partzilla through their contact web site and they issued a full refund on both of my orders..

I contacted Partzilla to make sure the parts I wanted were in stock and not on back-order before I completed my order. I only order verified in stock items. My order has been "PROCESSING" for 11 days with no movement at all. I was told I would have them in my hands in 7 to 10 days. I Have been unable to contact Partzilla by phone in a timely manner. 1st time called I was number #250 waiting in line. 2nd time I was #150 with an estimated 1 1/2 hour wait. I ordered some other like parts for the same machine from another seller several days after ordering from Partzilla and those parts are already in my hands and on my ATV. I have attempted to cancel my orders (plural) with Partzilla with no response. My experience with Partzilla has been extremely frustrating. At this point I don't know if I will EVER receive my parts or get my money back.

Partzilla refuses to make their mistakes right, and keeps trying to force me to believe lies

I ordered two Fork Springs, and they sent me two bolts instead. They admitted it was a system error. They refused to honor the transaction, because they said they should have charged more. However, to convince me that they WOULD honor their transactions, they sent me an email filled with LIES. For simplicity, I copy their email and my response here: ----- Partzilla email with lies: I am sorry for any confusion, the part number 511**-**FA0 supersedes to 07130-0**** in the system which is listed as a bolt. I have checked with Suzuki and the original part number you ordered also corresponds to a bolt. It is not that we do not wish to honor our price or make it right. This part number is not for a spring and is listed incorrectly. Our web development team should be correcting the site but this is not the correct part number for a spring. Because, I don't have enough information on the application or model you are working with, I am unable to find a part number. You can contact our parts department for further assistance with locating the right part number for this spring that you need. Please let us know if you need further assistance. ----- My Response with Evidence of truth: (PICS ATTACHED SEPARATELY FOR THIS REVIEW) I do NOT appreciate being LIED TO...there's no nice way of putting it, and I am getting tired of it. Please stop trying to convince me with FALSE information, that you are "do not wish to honor our price or make it right" It is CLEAR that you do NOT wish to honor your price or make it right. Just drop it and STOP trying to rub my face in it!!! I do not for a moment believe you checked with Suzuki, and here is why: And it's really annoying that I had to put together this BODY OF EVIDENCE:: PROOF: The part I ordered was 511**-**FA0, which is the fork spring, per the Suzuki GZ250K5P3P28 Part Manual (see attached pdf page from the actual part manual) image.png Also, my Partzilla Order Receipt shows clearly 511**-**FA0 is the Spring (see attached pdf) image.png Also, your own web site, as of today June 22, 2022 says 511**-**FA0 is the Spring image.png Further, I printed the drawings / parts page from Partzilla.com when I placed the order, and it also verifies that 511**-**FA0 is the spring (see attached pdf for full printout) image.png A Suzuki Dealership also verified this (Suzuki of Van Nuys): image.png Google search for 511**-**FA0 yield the first result being from Partzilla as Suzuki 511**-**FA0 - SPRING, FRONT | Partzilla.comhttps://www.partzilla.com product 511**-**FA0 Buy Suzuki 511**-**FA0 - SPRING, FRONT. Partzilla closed?

I have been waiting for a part to be shipped and I have not received any information other than being processed. I ordered and paid on 6/4/22 and it should have been shipped by now. When I call customer service it says they are closed and not saying it for the day. If my part is not going to be sent I need the order canceled. I spent $204 on a order that Ive been waiting 9 days for.

Delay of package amd i paid for express.

I paid for express delivery and i am still waiting days and days later. I asked several times for a refund. I haven't received and of my order and i keep getting the run around. This being an issue, i think that a company like this would thrive on customer satisfaction, instead of greed, and the working man's dollar.

Poor Customer Service , Bait and switch

Ordered a muffler for a Yamaha they showed in stock, 5 days later never shipper, called they said they would ship in 48 hours, told them i needed it asap. I called back the next rep said they dont have it comes from Yamaha around 30 days. Called boats.net there sister company shows' in stock, said they dont have it cust rep said Nevada has it but because im on the east coast has to be ordered from Yamaha and shipped from George. WOW what a run around glad I called them they never attempted to inform me about the order!!!

Order not delivered

Ordered parts that website said was in stock. Contacted customer service after getting order confirmation that stated two parts were out of stock for about 3 days. Waited two days after those parts were supposed to be on stock to contact Partzilla asking when they were shipping my order. 7 days after placing my order. They still have not shipped. I asked to cancel my order and be refunded. So far no luck on $. Horrible company to deal with. Buyer beware.
