Not to sign up since they won't follow through on any leads

Since I've signed with this company I have not received one lead whatsoever. They promise you the world but don't follow through on anything. Once you call anytime during day or night you get a recording to leave a message and can never speak to an individual at all ever! This companies reputation I believe has really gone downhill and I would not recommend signing up with them.

Definitely Do NOT do business with this company!

Completely AVOID this company! They are a SCAM and will attempt to swindle $$ from you. I contracted with them just over a year ago for 12 months, making 2 payments of $192.00 each. I did NOT renew as I received no benefit from their site. Yesterday I noticed a charge pending from them on my credit card for $192. I tried to call but it was after hours. I left a message. I went to the website and tried to even find where I could log into my account, to no avail. They returned my call this morning and bullied me for 20+ minutes because I do not want to renew and did NOT authorize a charge. While she was "rambling" an unaccepting of my cancellation, I did a quick search for "reviews" on this company. Sure wish I would have done that a year ago! NOT GOOD. Seeing she wasn't getting anywhere with me she then claimed that my ad had expired 2 months ago and they had left it up active with all this activity (NOT) and that a year ago they gave me a very special rate. The regular rate comes to $192 for TWO MONTHS! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and had them BLOCKED from ever charging to my account again. LEARN from my mistake! AVOID!

False Claims

Like many people who have advertising sites, they promise more than they can deliver. Through Analytics, and jotting down from out clients, not one mentions PartyPop, and at less than 1 person per three months directed from their site, it ended up being a loss through the years. Save yourself some money, you can get more gigs from handing out 10 business cards at the bus stop, than using their service that literally doesn't stand out in the market place of highly competitive advertisers who actually have a 10 Percent higher outcome at little to no costs. EVEN FACE BOOK ADS CAN GET YOU MORE FOR THE SAME PRICE!

Partypop Customer Care Review

This is a scam. The will promise the world and deliver nothing. Shula Datner the owner will continue to charge your card even after you have emailed a cancel notice. They commit credit card fraud on a daily basis. I know this because I worked there. Disgusting people doing disgusting things. Stay away at ALL cost. Complete thieves

Harassed me by phone (leaving a VM) calling me ***

So I found party pop online and decided to list my business using their free listing. Two day after signing up I received a call from their sales person "Ed". At the time I was fighting a very bad case of tonsillitis and could hardly talk. Needless to say I was not in the mood for a sales call. He asked me if I had time to look at some Google rankings to see how they could help my business. I explained to him I was sick and not interested at the time. He was VERY push on the phone and would just not stop so i said fine, email it to me and I would take a look at it later but at the moment I was not feeling well and I really needed to go. We could have this conversation at the later date. The very next day he calls back. This time I'm sitting in my doctors office waiting to be seen with still no voice. He continues to try to push the sale. I said, look this is a bad time, I can't talk, I'm at the doctors. I will call you guys back when I am ready to talk about this further. The very next day he calls again. I ignore the call An hour later he calls again, I again ignore the call. Another hour later he calls again. I answer... At this point I had had it. I pick up the phone and say "Look I told you I was not feeling well. This is not a good time to have a sales call. I looked at the information you sent me, I'm not interested. Please do not call me again. I hang up the phone. He calls right back, I send him to voice mail ...This guy was then DUMB enough to leave me a voice mail saying: "Hi this is Ed from Party pop, the one you just hung up on. I was just trying to give you information on how to get your website listed higher. If you looked at the links I sent you would would see that when you do a search for chair covers we are like #1 and #2 on Google. You are *** if you don't sign up for our service because we could bring you so much business. But that's okay because if you are THAT *** we don't want you as a customer anyway. oh and by the way I'm deleting your free listing". Did I mention he left this on my VOICE MAIL??? And he calls me ***. Well Mr. Smart guy, I plan on showing you just how *** I am. I will make sure that every social medial platform gets to listen to your voice mail message and how you treat people." I am in the process of uploading it to youtube and will make sure EVERYONE gets a chance to listen to it. Hope you have a WONDERFUL day ED!.

Rude and pushy business

I am a vendor. Party pop wanted me to pay for marketing with them for 192.00 per year. After being called six times I said I was not interested. The agent kept pushing and I told him if he was going to act that way I would hang up. He said "I'll hang up on you and *** your listing" and he did. I have used party pop for several years to list my service and phone number. It's is the first contact I had since. I regularly get calls from my posting to play at events. They market that I can advertise my number for free. Now they want me to upgrade and I don't need to. By removing my number I lose that point of contact and the revenue I would have made- approximately 600-700 in events.

Do not believe Partypop.com cancelation policy.

Partypop.com charges you for a year upfront or in 3 payments and claim that you can cancel anytime and your cost will be prorated and will be refunded for the months that are left in the year. After having an ad up for almost 3 mo. with no calls, I decided to cancel. I had been charged $180 and should have been refunded $135 for the remaining 9 months but I was only credited $60. After a couple of weeks of trying to contact them for the remainding $75 and having no return call or email, I contacted the BBB. After a month the BBB was also ignored. (Partypop has an F rating because of all of their non-reponses) I then emailed and let them know that I was going to do a charge back then Shula from the co. promptly called and let me know there was a 2nd credit. A couple days later there was, however it was only for $45. Once again I tried to contact them and I was ignored. They still owe $30 and I will not be able to get it but wanted to try at least to let people know about their disreputable business practices.

Partyprop.com

I placed an order for Indiana Jones goodie bags and stuff totalling $70 last Thursday on the site partyprop.com, knowing that I would just have a week to get this delivered on time for my son's party. I called right after placing the order and was assured many times over that the order would be shipped no later than the next day (Friday) at the very latest. Not until this morning (2 days before the party) did I hear that they have less than half of my order in stock and they did not even bother to ship even that. Thanks to them I wasted time and efforts and have very little to show. partyprop.com sucks and will ruin your child's party!
