Party Solvers Birthday Party Review from Brooklyn, New York
Party solvers are great in me and my family's opinion. Booked them every since my son was 2 he's turning 5 this year and guess what booking again.He was torn with chunky cheese or having party solvers again. He said party solvers he loves the magic show cotton candy balloon twisting...and the games they play with the children.and the character of his choosing at the end was great ending. I supplied cake food and drinks and party favors. But all I had to do is video tape the great memorys..Thanks party solvers.

Unprofessional... you'll start receiving sex spam emails
The main reason why I decided to leave this review is because, coincidentally, right after I declined their services, I started getting perverted sex spam emails at my office email, which I saw someone else mention on another feedback site also happened to them. These "girls" are terribly unprofessional, like dealing with a bunch of high school girls who'd rather be hanging out with their friends and decided to throw this business together instead of getting real jobs. They took days to return my call, didn't call when they said they would and one was chewing on food while she was talking to me. I feel sorry for people who don't see these reviews before hiring these girls. It's interesting how the only good reviews are written by the people from Party Solvers.

Poor Party Service Review
Horribleeee!!!! Even the kids were disappointed. Elsa from frozen look ugly! And I would keep the kids more entertained than them! No recommended at all. Waste of money.

A scam is going on read your email.
I had party solver at my son 4th birthday party. They came on time and they did everything they was suppose to do. I thought it was nice until I checked my email. When I first spoke to someone I gave her my information, credit card number, and email address. She email me my conformation with my information, package, and the time they will be at my house. Now 4 days later I get a email from the same person telling me she been robbed and her family need help. They have no money the police won't help them and their phones were also stolen. It was some other stuff in the email. The email wasnt sent from the same email address which I received the first one. But it had all there information on it and it was from the same person I spoke to the first time. So I forward the email to the first email address that sent me my conformation. Telling her its a scam going on how did anybody get my information and knew who I spoke to they had a problem and it need to be fix. She email me saying sorry it was spam delete it and don't send them nothing. But it wasn't spam how did they no who I spoke to and had all there information and mines in that email. Protect your information and read your email. Don't send no one money and report if extra money is took off your card. I change my card number because that situation wasnt right so be careful when you use them m .

My sons first birthday
we pay for the basic package too young ladies came they were very unenthusiastic we didn't even know who they were until we look on the back of 1 of the girls sweater and seen the party solvers advertisement they didn't even say hi or bye to the kids no type of like sincerity or happiness no smiles they kept looking at their watch they kept going back in and out outside they did none of what the package said besides face painting and balloon and cotton candy and they kept popping balloons anyhow it was horrible over the top horrible we still gave them 40 dollars as a tip because we thought it was mandatory they didn't deserve the money even as payment for the services that they so horribly gave

We had booked our kid's 1st birthday party with party solvers after paying a deposit of $50. Believe it or not, no one from Party Solvers showed up. Tried calling on (646) 552-**** multiple times and left multiple voicemails, but no response. Thanks to Party Solvers for spoiling what would have been a memorable experience for our family. In hindsight, you will find that there are not many neutral reviews available on the internet for this company. I am now very certain that the testimonials on theire website are all fake. I will NOT recommend these highly unprofessional company to anyone.

Party Solver not Really
I order some party items for my 4 years old soon to be 5. I never received my items, which were returned to the company because of insuficient address. I never received a call from them to let me know that they had received the product back. It was not until I called them and found out about the merchandise that I found out about the problem with the address. My complaint is that their cust service reps were not only rude but gave me inaccurate information. I told them that I did not want the merchandise given that it was too late for the party. They charged me more than 50% (restocking and the shipping). This company made no attempt whatsoever to let me know of the issue with the address and then penalized me on top of that. At the end of the day, not "solvers" for your party. I would not recommend this company at all.
