Because I'm seething and want an answer

Ive been fined twice for the same incident. What on earth are you doing. I would really like to be really rude and tell you what I think but Im an 88 year old lady who doesnt need I.s like you lot breathing down my neck

I got an parking charge which I have never been there that long .

I had paid for car park and they send me penalty charge , if I didnt keep the receipt you might said I wasnt paid . This is the worst company. Please stop sending stupid penalties.

They are obtaining my details illegally from DVLA and sending illegal parking charge notices

This bloody Scammer parkingeye sending me illegal parking charge notices again and again Causing inconvenience and wasting my time to write them. They do not provide direct number to talk with human but only digital payment option. I will take legal action against this company for full compensation

Thank you for your reply on my car park charge appeal. As i already mentioned that i am law abiding citizen who always pay for parking usage. I never done the violation of any car park policies its your only company Parking Eye who is sending me illegal parking charge notices. You need to get your parking kiosks checked at ASDA car park for any disorder or malfunctioning. I remind you here if in future your company send me any wrong or illegal carpark notices, i will proceed for legal action against your company for obtaining my details from DVLA, breach of Data protection act and causing inconvenience.

Never trust parkingeye at allAnd in future if they send me illegal parking charge notices, i will proceed to take legal action against them and claim full compensation for obtaining my details illegally and causing inconvenience to me.

Appeals

Ive explained what happen when I'm enter to the car par. I've requested for check the CCTV for the car park then parkingeye realise I'm right or wrong. I've tried 3 or 4 time for paying the fees for the car park. But the machine not taking any kind of payment at that time. And then someone gonna pass from this car park and they said the parking is this time at night. So I through that's why the payment machine not taking any payment at this time at night. This is the only mistake. And I do apologise for this and I'm very happy to pay 1 hours parking fees and next time I'm not gonna believe anyone.

Wrongful charge

I had hired a vehicle on the 7th of May the offense occurred on the 6th of may prior tov me hiring the car cannot contact a human being to discuss their customer service is non exsistant

I have a parking ticket

I am not happy that I got a parking ticket when I did pay at the machine in the car park and I could not talk to someone on the phone so I had to pay the ticket so I am not happy with this at all

Resolved: Hi it Regarding my appeal through POPlA and Ombudsman which has been received and viewed acknowledged as I've received a reply from Parkingeye that I should receive a refund regarding the fine thanks

No contact details to contact, if you misplaced the your references then you are own your own. It was fair if we can talk to the customer service.

Complaint

I provided information as requested to address a parking fine. They chose not to act on the information provided and also failed to provide copies of the information to POPLA. I made a number of attempts to speak to them. It cost me over £20 in call charges. Now have a £75 fine.

Hi Regarding my appeal through POPlA as advertised on your website with the same information and pictures that I had sent to yourself and there Decision has come back in my favour which I've been advised to contact been trying to call your self's about regarding a full refund I'm also trying to forward Proof of Decision I suffer from anxiety and stress this has caused both nothing less sorry to say Parkingeye have not made anything easy very difficult to deal with.

You cancelled it and now trying to charge it again I have a letter from you to say its cancelled now please can you stop trying to get a cancelled ticket!

Duty of care.

Having received a Parking Charge Notice late and subjected to an increased fine we have tried to contact ParkingEye directly with no success. The notice arrived late and has caused some anxiety especially as the fine was recorded during a visit to our daughter who was experiencing some mental health issues at the time. Also having checked the Universities Parking Regulations no charges should be applied. Please refer to item 2.8 of these regulations.

Parking Lidl . I have maybe a fine , I didn't put doemwn my registration

I have been shopping in Wallington Lidl for the last 3 days 24,25 26 , of April 2023 and I didn't know until the cashier told me, today, don't forget your registration number . I told her that I didn't know I have to do it , as Wellington Lidl has reopened for not very long long. When reopened I didnt have to register my number but the cashier told me that have installed the computer about 2 weeks ago I I'm running a business, I do my shopping in Sutton Lidl where I have not to put my registration . I spend lots of money with the company so please could you check my car in the car park, and you will see that spend maybe 15 minutes inside the shop . Waiting for your response . Kind regards.
