Packages were not mine. I went to their apt#, no one answered. Tried again this am - no response.
Recd call from Parcel Pending, she told me to take pkgs to the office. I did, Appreciate your call back, person I spoke with was great!

Can't get access to the locker but I called and was able to get the information of where my package was
My package was sent to another family member who do not live us. This person has no account and doesn't know why she got the email with the locker number. I think that the delivery person messed up, as this is not the first time it has happen. I called parcel pending and hey were able to help . It was a huge relief for me that it's was not sent to a stranger.

Cant get box out of locker. It is too wide. Please have driver bring it to apt A202. I tried several times but cant get it out.
