Charged twice
This is the worst app Ive ever seen !! Its freezes and you have to log off and reinstall it at least twice just watching the evening news !! A total waste of money !!!

Your app keeps freezing & booting me out.
Your app is frozen right now and it won't let me back out of it and will eventually kick me out back to the "Who's Watching" page. I have 7 other streaming apps and yours is the only one I have this problem with. There is obviously something wrong with your app, you need to find out what it is and issue an update.

They changed the format #nd I have not been able to stream anything for three days. I called the customer service number and recording said press 2 for technical support which I did. What I got was a person sitting at home (who sounded like he was eating) and after 10 minutes or so he advised me that he was not technical support. He could not help me. He would send email to someone and they would send me an email. AN EMAIL!!! I needed someone who could help me. It did not happen. So a service I pay for just blew me off

Not getting some programming
Not getting some shows it tries to load but then after several moments, the air signal comes on it tries to load again, but to no avail only on some programs like billions on showtime

Your app does not work in Mexico City.
I will be in Mexico City for another 6 months. I was also charged twice in one week! The 27th of July 2023 11:06 am And prior to that 23rd of July 2023 @ 6:47 pm I would like both refunded since I cant use the service here in Mex.

Trying to get paramount plus on my TV. I signed up today & its working on my phone but need it to also work on my tv. That choice isnt offered on the automatic system. Who can answer this question for me?

Poor Service!!!!
Paramount is the WORST!!! First, the quality of streaming is horrible!!! Every show, movie I watch ends up buffering, and I have extremely high streaming services. Very annoying!!! Second, the layout and presentation of the site is garbage!!! They don't show what you have watched very clearly and they don't give information about when the next episode is going to air. There are so many problems with this company. I will not be subscribing again!!!

I have not had service for five days now and they can’t give me an answer other than to tell me the problem is on their end. What does that do for me? I still can’t watch any program on Paramount plus
I havent had service now for five days. I called yesterday and was told that the problem was between Paramount plus and Amazon fire sticks or cubes. They have no resolution at this time, so I am not satisfied whatsoever. They said that I would get an email giving me an update. I have not received one until now. It seems like this is a secret and nobody wants us with to know what the problem is. So I am in the dark. I have no idea whats happening and I have a few shows that I pay for on Paramount and Im not able to watch them. Their customer service is not very good at all. How do you call the company and tell them that your service isnt working and they tell you yeah theyre having a problem with that with a lot of people, and they dont get back to you. You have to wonder if they know what theyre doing. And I dont think they know what theyre doing or I wouldnt be waiting now for five days to get service back so I could watch what Im paying for.

I purchase 2 year subscription. I was having issues with the streaming of programs, constantly kicking me off and showing errors. I was told to Uninstaller app and restart it. I did this once and had to call support line to get back in the the app. Didn't fix the problem. So I did it again tried to reset password through support line I was told I had the supreme subscription it didn't require a password. Stll had problems so Uninstaller the app and couldn't log back in Now I am told there is no account with my email. 2 to 3 months I've been going thru this! I paid $94.99 but I don't have an account! This is a rip off!

I was charged double the amount and they couldnt find a double charge. When I said I wanted a refund I was told that they would t because they couldnt find a charge. Made me feel stupid when Im looking at the receipt while on the phone. I will be cancelling my subscription

Because my account is through Roku and it will not let me cancel my sub. I’ve tried every way that they have said how to do it, doesn’t work it’s says that I don’t have a subscription.
Yet every month money comes out my account. Now its on a yearly plan that I did not want. How is it that I call paramount plus and they can see my subscription but cant cancel it? This is just a rip off to steal customers money. Paramount needs to get rid of Roku then maybe Ill keep my subscription!

Took payment after i canceled subscription and removed my credit card account
My upcoming month's bill was due and thankfully enough my credit card declined the payment, which reminded me to cancel the membership cause I rarely use it! They then offered me 2 months free to stay! So I accepted! Keep in mind my credit card still removed. 2 days later they charged me 12.71! Now they are claiming they don't do refunds! well thats bogus, cause you helped yourself to my card. Now i want a Full refund! I need to ho back through all my charges and make sure they were legit! Down below you will see where I have a account with email but no credit card info in the billing area.. (found in the pics)
