Problem with replacement discs.
Problems playing Star Trek Discovery season 4 with my Sony DVD / 4K player. This problem was reported a long time ago. The player appears to work with most discs except Star Trek Discovery discs. Was sent a new season 4 package in mail. Identical problem with the original sets of discs. Player was sent out for service and returned. No problem found. The player refuses to play eject disc or even turn off - screen freezes and cannot be shut off or on after attempting to run any disc from package. To get the disc out the player must be unplugged for at least 30 seconds.

*** just spent an hour trying to set up my Paramount pictures account it took my credit card number but it's not allowing me to stream movies then I *** sat on hold with customer service for
Angry wtf struggling to set up my Paramount account issues on their end not mine. Spent over an hour trying to set up my account it took all my information and billing information and I can stream free movies but it won't allow me to stream one specific movie that I set my whole account just for this movie and I can't watch any movies or TV shows been calling customer service and just getting the runaround I actually called and had a security person forward me to a sex call line after he told me he was forwarding me to customer service which I then found out it closes at 6:00 p.m. been getting a huge run around and it is not on my end I have properly done everything I am supposed to do I know how to follow instructions I'm not an invalid however I am running out of patience and I'm to the point where I think I'm just going to cancel my payment and not ever go to Paramount again unless I can get this resolved in a timely fashion keep in mind I have over an hour invested in this now and I haven't been able to accomplish anything other than setting up my account to be told there's an issue with my account and unable to log in or set up a new account now because it's associated with my only ID and I already put my credit card number in ***
