Will not issue refund
Did not follow instructions when the paper was written. The revision will cause late submission. Call customer service several times would not allow me to speak with someone of higher authority.

Have you already seen that Paperhelp.org had redisign? First time I saw it I thought it's different website. Now it's completely user friendly and looks nice. I decided to order and was surprised to see that they have changed not only the desing, but customer service now is much better as well. I've ordered 1 page argumentative essay for college. Horrible
I ordered a paper for my psychology course because I didnt have time to write it myself and did not check before turning it in because I trusted them. I end up with 0 because there were spelling errors, and half paper was plagiarized. Never ever ever make any deals with this service! I was not expecting to get A+on my paper, nor to get 0. My opinion is, if you promise to write a good paper it has to be good, not copied and changed words by synonyms. I will not change a single word in my review and I will leave even more everywhere where it is possible!!!

Do not waste your money
I wanted help with the discussion chapter of my research. I had a draft with my advisors feedback. I needed someone with good writing skills and knowledge of APA style. I paid for top 10% writer and VIP service. Their writer submitted terrible work. They did not understand basic statistic or content. They language was terrible too. I changed writer and the second writer could not writer professionally either. They do not reimburse money after writer finishes your order and offer revisions which do not improve the quality of the product. I wasted 350$. Do not waist your money if you need professional publication level writing. For Example, my supervisor asked me to note that I had restricted age range. Your writer edited: The study restricted the range of ages since individuals under the age of 30 were not expected to experience burnout or rather that group could not show measurable levels of burnout as compared to those over 30. This sentence is complete craziness because study did not restrict age range and individuals under 30 were expected to have higher burnout (which is indicated in literature review chapter that writer was expected to read before editing a discussion chapter).

Try getting you money back from them!!!
I paid for a paper and canceled the order, they refuse to give me my money back. They told me to pay for someone else's paper and suggested all kinds of foolishness but do not want to pay me back. I am so upset right now, this is horrible that they feel like they can just keep your money. This is not ok and it never will be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS. I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE MANY OTHER AMERICAN COMPANY THAT IT AVAILABLE TO ASSIST US. I must say that the paper I ordered from Paperhelp looks usual. But it looks the same as would write it. So no one can think the paper wasn't written by me. I have been ordering from this website for long and have wasted so much (approx 80- 100 $ for every assignment). This website is nothing but only about making money. Everything time the writer does anything wrong, and i called to ask the only thing they say is you need to pay further additional payments. My different assignments had different complaints - one was plagiarized, other was written fully wrong far away from the article, the writer did not gave the article. Whenever i called the toll free US number, they asked for additional payments, never helped, non of the manager or supervisor contacted even writing an email and several calls. Nobody should go for this website for help, they are only making money. The people on the customer care no. Don't know anything. They say they have money refund policy but they will never do even if the whole assignment is written wrong or is plagiarized.

I placed an order on Sunday for a job that had to deliver on Wednesday, I was charged $109.00 because according to them it was very quick to make the job. So they charged me $ 9 dollars more. On Tuesday I go to their website hoping that the draft was finished for review, to my surprise the website was frozen unable to even look at the draft, I called them more than 4 times for an explanation and they told they are having technical issues and they don't know when they could repair the problem then I decided to do the work myself because I had to deliver the job done on Wednesday at midnight. First I had a problem with this writing service. The thing is that they couldn't find a proper writer to assign to my order. Guess it's because my topic in medicine was too difficult. Since I placed my order beforehand, the deadline was easily extended. Must admit that I was a little bit nervous to miss the deadline of my work because of this situation. But as far as money was already paid for the order I didn't want to get them back and look for anotjer service.
