Complaint on Store Manager

Today I went into a Papa John's in Kissimmee on Simpson road. I had asked who the person that was screaming. Who was that 1 of the co-workers said it was a manager and I cannot believe how that manager talks to his employees how he was screaming throwing things then yelled out that he was racist and he didn't like hispanics which I happen to be a Hispanic and was talking Spanish. So I did not appreciate that. I don't even know how those employees could even work with him. I was told the manager's name is Hector.

Ripped off

I live in Costa Rica, they have stores here I got a pizza from them during covid, it was supposed to be barbecue chicken with pineapple and there was nothing on it but sauce and cheese I sent pictures of the pizza and an image of the receipt to the corporate office after calling and getting someone who was an *** that refused to take my complaint telling me, "We don't take complaints for other countries only for inside the United States." I never heard from anybody about the issue, from corporate in response to my email or from PJ representatives in Costa Rica. Now if you call the corporate number you are supposed to be able to make a complaint and talk to someone there is only a recording telling you to go to the website and send in a complaint from there, I am guessing but I imagine they are so crap a company they did this because of too many complaints

Disappointed

Went to the Taylorsville Rd. To pick up a pizza. Most of the staff looked unkempt and without hair nets or Beard nets. Since we were taking the pie back to our hotel I asked for paper plates and napkins. The guy at the counter said they didn't have them. Well Domino's does. This out of town guest wasn't impressed.

This company owned me a money

Before I left this job, I got paid but 1 day after that I had issue with my back so I had to close my old account and open new one, but when I opened ew account my bank told me that they refunded all my recent deposits back to the sander and I try to contact the payroll department but they never answer me, so I still need my money back.

Bad customer service

I ordered from the papa johns like i have for the past 10 years. My order was 47 dollar's and some chnage I went to pick up my order and was told i cant pay with a 50. The lady at the window was extremely rude never in the 10 years ive been gwtting pizza have i had this type of interction without anyone who works there. She was on her phone when i pulled up she slowly walked to the window with and opened the window with an attitude. and i told her i only have cash qas going to give her the change left over like i normally do and she looked at me like i was stupid and said oh well when i told her i would be coming back with a card. I check on the app on my way back to get the pizza and my order was completly canceled. I will no longer be getting pizza at any papa johns and i will be deleting the app. You have lost very loyal customer we used to get pizza at least once a week and this has never happened before. This happened in north carolina in asheville on patton Avenue around 5:30. She canceled my order before i could get an id number or complain.. this id number is from my last order. Thanks.

Charges me and never delivered pizza and closed

never delivered my pizza, charged my account. no notice, phone call or email to let us know they close!!!IUPDATE, canceled my order without telling me, i checked my door camera to see if anyone came. no one. im starving now, and every where else is closed too

Bad manager

I just got off the phone with a bad manager from Papa Johns in Ocala Florida. I ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I got a cold cheese pizza when I called him. He said theres nothing he can do for me because I ordered a cheese pizza I told him no the sticker on my box even says extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and again he told me there is nothing I will do for you because Im telling you you only ordered a cheese pizza I said, but I paid for a pepperoni pizza I stopped ordering from Papa Johns due to the rudeness of the management team and again I work in the restaurant industry so I will post it everywhere I can but that is not the way you fix something but I will also send a picture of the pizza and the label to the corporate office. Thank you very much . All right so now you can head.

Gave them another chance, still not good

Had received delicious pizza in the pst. Favorite the NY Style Xtra Lg. Last 2 time they were TERRIBLE. Today I gave them another chance. Ordered NY xtra lg chese, with extra cheese.What a jokeNot sure

Well Papa Johns has ignored me. I have to assume that the letter was turned over to Sue Keys, the regional rep who yelled at me, would not let me talk and blamed me. I don't think the real people that matter either did not get the letter or just don't care

Probably not I now have a fear that they will taint the pizza with spit or something else

I ordered a pizza as I have fo years at the store in Jonesboro TN.6/14/2023 7:27pm ref 93449**** I ordered I believe an Xl or large, is does not say. Special 3 toppings canadian bacon, pepperoni, and mushrooms with alfredo sauce. When the order popped up on my computer I saw that it was a carryout and I immediatly called to tell Josh, the manager that it was a delivery and I have NEVER ordered pick up. He adjusted the bill and all was ok. When the driver came I explained what happened and he told me that a lady down the road from me and a few more folks have had with their orders, something to do with the order system. When we opened the box and started to eat we realized that there was no pepperoni. I called the manager, Josh again and told him there was no pepperoni and he said that that is what I ordered. I asked him why I would order a 3 top pizza with on 2 toppings. Instead of being nice he told me it is something I did and basically, oh well. I asked him for the regional reps phone number and he happily gave it to me. He name is Sue Keys. I called her at approx 8:15 pm and left a message. By the next day around 1:45-2:00pm when I had heard nothing I called her back. I told he what happened as much as I could. She kept talking over me and would not let me explain. She kept telling me I needed to send her the receipt and told her my receipt does not show pepperoni and I am not sending it to her. She continued to blame his on me for pushing wrong buttons and when I told her that the driver has a lot of these mistakes this night she basically called him a liar and did not believe me or the driver but trust and believes her manager, Noah, who sounded like he knew she would be on her side. If this is the way you treat people, that's sad. I am 70 yeards old and the lack of respect from both of them inexcusable. I have read reviews and I find that I am not the only unhappy person. Frankly at this point I would be afraid to order from them again fearing that they would spit or do something to the pizza. You need to do something about these people. In addition I have tried for for years to get my last name, Perez, changed to Kullman and phone number changed and that has been ignored too. I have also spoken to friends and neighbors and a lot of them are going to local pizza places and pixxa hut because of this behaviour. Thanks again

PJ at: 514 West Pike Street in Lawrenceville, Georgia. manager hung up on me

After receiving a charred pizza, after i called it burnt, the manager hung up on me, when i called back he said it was another manager who hung up and he probably hung up becuz i was being difficult. How is it that i am difficult, when all i asked for was a well done pizza,but it was delivered not warm and over cooked...you should see the pictures i took. Wyatt White is not a good manager he was the one who hung up and then he said he was another manager. PJ got issues.

After multiple phone calls to papa Johns at 1241 entrance road In Leesville LA they could not get my order right after waiting 3 hours after 2 attempts from them never buying from there again.

$111.50 paid and no food just cussed at

I ordered ahead on 3/1/2023 for pick up on Saturday 3/4/2023 at 4pm (my son's birthday). At the time of order I paid $111.50 on 3/1/2023, debit card. Saturday, house full of hungry kids and family... my husband arrived for the 4pm pick up at 4:20pm. We were advised that the order was never placed. I (at home) sent the order confirmation and screenshot of my checking account withdrawal if $111.50 from Papa Johns. Staff viewed and then advised that they have a new system and it must have canceled the order. The female manager apologized, advised they would deliver to our address within 45min. Husband left, came back home empty handed but was reassured the order would be delivered shortly. Irritated but not the end of the world, things happen... no big deal. Roughly 35 minutes later, a very rude man from Papa Johns called (he refused to give me his name though I asked numerous times) advised that "we" canceled the order on 3/2/23 at 4am and needed to pay again!? I advised that we did NOT cancel and we have already paid. He again advises that "he is not making our pizza until HE gets HIS money". Mind you, per the manager my husband spoke with in store, the pizza should now be arriving anytime. Kids were circling like vultures waiting. I reiterated the face to face conversation we just had with the manager. I further advised that we showed the manager the order with order number (102771****) along with debit from our account and nothing has been refunded. He advised that they are "not making the pizza till I get paid". WHAT?! I refused to pay AGAIN for the already purchased order and offered to send my bank information showing the debit and NO refund along with the order information. He advised after an increasingly heated discussion that he "doesn't have time for this *** its Saturday" and hung up!!! I proceeded to call back x4 where the staff would pick up and hang up! I called customer service and asked for a manager, she called me back promptly and apologized for the incident. She attempted to call the Clayton store but no one would answer. She was very sweet and apologetic (I am in tears I am so mad at this point)... she assured me that she would escalate this to the manager over the Clayton NC store and I should recieve a call Monday 3/6 or Tuesday 3/7/23. Nothing! I have since called customer service without success THREE times. No one has returned my calls, though it's noted per management they made an attempt to contact me. I check my email daily and absolutely NO calls from Papa Johns management. The last time I called was on Friday, 3/10/23 - again it was noted that a manager tried to contact me (lie) and my case would be escalated to the district manager. Again, I was reassured that I would receive a call within 48 hours. Today is day five of the last request for a manager to call me... in total 11 days since the incident. Prior to this situation, we frequently ordered from Papa Johns, easily shown by our order history. We use you guys for every celebration (we have 5 kids in total)... we have NEVER had an issue in the last 10+ years. I was beyond furious to deal with this incompetence, to be belittled and cussed at in the middle of my son's birthday party. Additionally, we had to scrambled (again in the middle of the celebration) to find alternate food to feed everyone. Unacceptable!! Now no one will address these concerns.

Poor experience! Want a refund!

Ordered a pizza,papadilla and cinnamon bites, ate 3-4 slices before my son says theirs brain in my pizza I said thats the pizza he complains again he picks it up and a long blonde, red whatever color it is is in the pizza we call to report it and the lady argues that a 3year old doesnt know what hair is and questioned if the hair is blonde, brown or whatever and we are all with black hair in this house period why does that matter we just asked what could be done and this women was rude and questioned everything and then hung up! The hair was cooked into the pizza I held it from different angles to show it
