Schedule visit and my money

It hasn’t developed at all I just need to work what I don’t understand is that they keep saying “nobody wants to work “ I WANT TO WORK! AM RIGHT HERE WILLING TO WORK!

I have been trying to reach a representative to speak to but they keep on sending me back to their email so they can get back to me, I have typed several emails but I mean several emails since I started working and not once have I received a call from them! I love my job not how they dismiss us! And where is my money? And where are my virtual clients?

Cancellation

I didn't have a complaint and I wasn't pissed. I just called to cancel and the girl who took my call was very polite and professional...

Change visitation dates or add 2

It was mostly trying to talk to someone live cause your suggestions wasn't helping that's all everything else is Just fine Thank you...I had one visit that canceled and I was going to another visit the same one that was rescheduled only to find that another Pal picked it up...No worries ..

I completed a gig for Papa Pal, and am being told I may or may not get paid...

So I have had Papa Pal downloaded and registered for several months but never scheduled or did a gig until this past Monday, July 17, 2023. As directed, I called the person whom the appointment was set up for and who I would be going to see 24 hours in advance, to no answer. The directions on the Papa Pal app say if there is no contact made when attempting to confirm, to still show up to the appointment. So I did just that. I arrived and noticed it was a house I knew, and it turned out that I knew the woman's son - who, luckily, happened to be there that day. I say luckily because even though the Papa Pal app profile for this woman said "English Speaker," it turns out that she speaks absolutely no English. She was a bit annoyed as she had run into the issue before of the Papa Pal who showed up having no idea she only speaks Spanish. I understood her frustration, however, her son was there and translated the issue to her and also informed her that I would be sure to contact the app and let them know her profile must be changed to "Speaks Spanish ONLY." From the conversation they had, the son proceeded to tell me that I was already there and that there were some tasks that his mother needed to be done, and that they agreed that I should at least stay and get paid for my time. So that is what happened, I stayed and I did all tasks around the house that were requested of me. While I was in the middle of doing said tasks, I guess Papa Pal called my phone and I did not answer - well, I mean, I am not going to be rude and be answering my phone while I'm completing a job, I would think that wouldn't be very professional of me. Due to me not answering, they canceled the whole appointment at that point (left me no voicemail, no email message, no messages on the app either, by the way). So I was not even aware that they attempted to get in touch with me until I got home and double-checked that the correct account information was connected to the app for my payment. I called support, and they told me to open a ticket in the support section of the app. I did this, only to receive an email the next day that told me I would still be "allowed" to accept gigs on the platform, but needed to cancel correctly next time. Obviously, the online support did not understand what my issue was, even though I clearly explained it in writing to them. I called support again and was told to submit another ticket with support. So I did, and I was told if I did not hear back from them by tomorrow (Saturday, July 21, 2023) to call the support phone number again. I do not plan to give up on this until I receive payment for the job that I did, and if that does not happen I will be sure to let every website that takes reports on gig apps and reviews on apps of this nature, as well as to anybody who will listen from Papa Pal how I was ripped off by this platform and I will not keep quiet until I see results.

Removing person from my perferred Pal List

I called to arrange Papa Pal for Wednesday July.12,2023. A lady named Tameka called and the 11th of July stating she will be here the 12th for my appointment. I called her back to let her know I already have a driver from my perferred list. Then my driver from my preferred list said on the 11th they took me off your trip and the notes say he does not hsve a vehicle. Which of course is not true. I need for someone to call me personally (727)280-**** Ms. Erical Reynolds

Mileage pay

I need to understand do I get paid commute mileage I havent seen any payments I have done few visit far mileage I try to speak to someone in the company but no contact number to talk to anyone

Adding a day at 5:45 am

My husband needs an extra day to go to dialysis Thursdays with pick up at 5:45 am. As of 2 days ago Papa stopped appointments at that time. However, we are still booked at that time for our Tuesday and Saturday appointments thru the end of August and these will be honored. All I wanted to do was swap the August Tuesday and Saturday appointments to Thursday appointments for June and July. It makes sense to do this. My answer was we dont book 5:45 am appointments. I AM NOT BOOKING NEW APPOINTMENTS BUT SWAPPING APPOINTMENTS ALREADY MADE FOR DIFFERENT DATES. I really have a difficult time understanding why this is so difficult to do. I dont drive in the dark and I am 80 years old. So for safety sake this was important to me. I think Papa is being unreasonable. Unhappy with Decision Nancy Popsuj

For assistance

One of my papa pals passed away last week, and the lady on the phone helping me cancel all of his prior apps, never once said I am sorry for your loss. Very very concerning for the company as a whole. I was expecting atleast that. I got nothing. I was very upset by that. I hope she is told how much that upset me and to please always always tell people I very sorry for your loss. I honestly couldn't believe that happened. Not very happy at all.
