I love PaPa Gino's Pizza

I'm a new customer and I just started ordering from papa Gino's website. First time it went rather smoothly. Each time after that it's been a nightmare. I actually gave up the fight and ordered from my old pizza place. Your website constantly keeps me from ordering. When I call the person on the other of the phone tells me the website ordering is managed by another group and there is nothing they can do. Here I am dieing for a PG pizza and thar lousy website is keeping me from ordering because it says my phone number is already on file and stops the ordering process. Before that it was the type of pizza I wanted (pepperoni). Your website seems to be doing a good job of turning customers away. Too bad, you have great pizza

Poor management

Placed an online order a day in advanced for an x-large pizza. When I get there to pick it up for the time I requested, they take my debit card and then after tell me that they still have to make it, going to be 20 min. Reason for the delay, they're busy. Is it that hard top manage what pizza needs to go into the oven next! e

I was away on vacation and needed to get my mother-in-law lunch. She wanted a steak sandwich from Papa Ginos so we called and ordered it at the one in Greenville Rhode Island pike and told them they got to go in the porch and knock on the door her name is Barbara shes 89 years old. Well I guess it went through DoorDash and the kid left the sandwich on the ground outside. She wasnt able to go get it All in on her face

REFUND ORDER # 122301 $82.90

Today I decided to attempt a delivery order from Papa Ginos which I haven't done in months because of previous order delivery problems. Since my local restaurant uses Doordash there is always some issue with orders missing, late, delivery to wrong address. As expected when I placed the order I was given a 40 minute delivery time. After my order was 20 minutes late I called & I was told the restaurant was busy but my order wasnt in the computer anymore so it should arrive within 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes I finally received the delivery. As expected my order was wrong. Not only was the food late & cold WHICH I HAD paid for a large order of $82.90 it was wrong. I called back & after being placed on hold immediately after 10 minutes my call was answered. IMMEDIATELY I was asked if I wanted pickup OR DELIVERY. I replied neither & I tried to explain my complaint was that I requested no brocolli in the family meal chicken & broccoli. As requested There wasn't any brocolli but NO CHICKEN EITHER & VERY LITTLE ALFREDO SAUCE. Basically I got a huge container of cold dry noodles. I had previously ordered this item for my family & we enjoyed it so I knew this wasn't the way it's normally served. After complaining I was not even offered a replacement item yet Immediately I was argued with. The man who answered said it was his manager who cooked it & I could hear him scream over the phone across the restaurant to hear a reply back from I guess a cook (mgr) 1. Yo man did ya put in brocolli? reply was NO 2. Did you put CHICKEN in the chicken Alfredo? reply was NO. 3. Lady complaining about noodles being dry were they? reply was NO. I did put in 20 oz of Alfredo Sauce (which I I knew it had some but it was very little sauce & mostly dry noodles). THE ISSUE IS CLEARLY ITEM HAD NO CHICKEN & I ONLY GOT NOODLES (Why bother to argue over how dry noodles were) Guest NameQtyProductPriceTotal 1 - Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Family Meal$45.99$45.99 Comments: NO BROCOLLI NO BROCOLLI in CHICKEN ALFREDO I was immediately told my manager said the noodles were not dry but I will refund for that 1 item only (45.99). I explained that my family of 5 only 1 person was able to eat & I wanted a new order of CHICKEN with Alredo sauce. I was told that there was nothing else to be done all the delivery drivers were leaving in 10 minutes so a credit was only option. I asked him WHY he answered the phone & asked me if I wanted to order pickup or delivery but now that I'm asking for a RE -DELIVERY that's not available. He said no I cannot RE -DELIVERY the one item. I was told IF I DONT ACCEPT his offer of only a credit (1 item only ) then he would have to simply put in an ENTIRE new ORDER for delivery (which he just said no delivery drivers available) & ALSO HE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR an ENTIRE New order THE FULL AMOUNT OF $82.90. I got upset and demanded that I WILL ONLY ACCEPT a FULL REFUND. His reply was NO the other 2 items a pizza wrap & family chicken (40 piece) I got & he was only going to refund for 1 Item only. I asked him WHY ? & tried to explained that its not my fault they messed up the order & my family was hungry and I only wanted the 1 item redelivered. He replied you did get 2 other items so why get so upset & why would I expect CUSTOMER SERVICE to help by offering a full credit. My only choices given were: 1. RE ORDER an entire new DELIVERY order of all items & have uber eats Deliver an entire new order with a 1 hr miniumum wait . OR Get a credit of $45.99 that will be applied to my account within 3 days I refused both & simply asked for REDELIVERY of the 1 item because 4 members of my family had no dinner. He got angry with me & stated have a good night before he HUNG UP ON ME. My family of 5 (only 1 ate) the other 4 of us attempted to try and salvage some dijner by cutting up the chicken fingers we did get & eat hem with dry cold noodles (little sauce). Unfortunately within 1/2 hr 4 of us got sick from undercooked chicken fingers. THIS WAS THE WORST DELIVERY & ORDER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD (not to mentioned 4 people got sick). I am advising you that II will be disputing the full charge of $82.90 with my bank. *BELOW IS A COPY OF MY ENTIRE ORDER* I expect that PAPA GINOS will not even attempt to charge me but I plan to dispute the charges if they appear. I don't appreciate being argued over plain noodles being dry instead of just getting a simple apology and refund. If this is not resolved with a FULL REFUND then you can expect I will cancel my rewards card & NEVER order from Papa Ginos again. Got bad stale pizza slices

Ordered on line for take home 2 slices , they were at least 4 hours old were not cooked , worst I ever had , ended going to another pizza shop to get slices to eat, they did not even warm them up at room temperature, second time bad experience, place sucks and I'm not HAPPY , I called and the person on the other end said oh well , did not apologize , been a customer for 20 years at least 3 times a week , I'm pissed off

Cold *** pizza slices

I go to papa Gino's at least three times a week , I go to the one at Winthrop st Taunton mass usa usually things are ok but today I got two slices and a tuna pocket , when I got the food home my pizza slices were old , cold and hard , defently not up to standard so I called and complained and no one cared so I went to another pizza shop and got pizza slices , whittenton house of pizza , defently discusted at Papa Gino's, no offer to make good , not a fan anymore of that place , bad management

I got somebody else's daughter I called them told me they were sorry I couldn't come in again right then but I couldn't I could come in at a later date they said that was fine they took my name they said next time I came in in medway Massachusetts they would take care of me and give me my pizza that I was supposed to have ordered well I went back in and I got Nothing they basically told me to take a hike

No sauce

I bought a large order of cheese bread sticks and the was no Mariana sauce even though they stated they have dipping sauce included

It’s showing me two coupons I can apply, 3$ off and Free Small Cheese with Purchase of drink

My husband used his account to order and it showed him two coupons let me apply both leaving me with just the fee 1.92 of green peppers I press place order and it changed to the 5$ for the drink and peppers I wouldnt have even gotten if I didnt have the 3$ off coupon now I just got two separate charges the one I originally saw for 1.92 and 3.13$! Two charges one order! Shows you were it over charged me if you cant do two coupons dont let it when up until you click place order!

Doordash

I drive for doordash. Last time I went in to Papa gino's, the assistant manager whose name I do not know, asked me to get my pizza bag. I didn't understand why and I said so because I've been delivering to this Papa Gino's for at least 6 months sometimes more than once a day and have never been asked to bring in my pizza bag. The assistant manager then told me it was a rule of Papa Gino's and that everyone brings in their pizza bags, and she didn't understand how I have been able to get away with it all this time. We had quite an argument about it. My issue is I don't have a problem bringing in my bag, but I don't like being accused of being sneaky and going into Papa Gino's without my pizza bag when I've never been asked to do that before. There have been many times I have been sitting at Papa Gino's as it's a hotspot for my doordash driving, and I see people that I know are doordash drivers going in and out of Papa Gino's and no one is ever carrying a pizza bag. This is a fact. And, I think I have been taken off their list of doordash drivers because I have not been back to Papa Gino's to pick up a delivery in almost a month. The assistant manager was rude, had bizarre facial expressions, and I didn't appreciate being accused of being sneaky. When, in fact, no one uses their Pizza bags at Papa Gino's to pick up doordash deliveries. Can this please be rectified?

Unable to sign in

I cant sign in to my papa Ginos account. It says that email not found? I tried to call customer service number but Closed , no answer. I need to sign into my account. I ordered and now points not on there for this order. I thought I had rewards to use and now lost!? I cant sign into my account Lost out on my points

Loss of Rewards of $8.00 - Second Request - Please Help!!

I had $8.00 total of rewards money in my account and also had a 40% off promo code. I got to the checkout screen and my total with the discounts came to $18.30 for two pizzas. However, I made a mistake when I entered my CVC card security code on my saved VISA credit card. Therefore, my credit card was declined and an error message appeared on the screen. The page froze and I could not proceed with my order. I had the opportunity to remove my applied rewards money and the 40% off promo code code so I could have it go back on my account so I could use it on a future order once the hold on my credit card got released. However, when I logged back into my account, I lost it all. The $8.00 reward money ($3.00 + $5.00) was gone. Can you please help me and restore the rewards money that I had earned? I thought that the funds would be back in my account, but they completely disappeared. Never had a issue like this. Hoping you can fix this for me so I can use the reward money. This is my second email submital. Hoping you will help me retrieve my lost rewards money.

Employee in street clothes, sitting on the counter

I ordered a pizza and I went in to pick it up and employee was sitting on the counter across from the serving counter and was dressed in his street clothes and considering Covid tonight over I thought that was rather disgusting. If I see it again, I wont be ordering any more items from Papa Ginos, and I really like your pizza! Ill order there at least once a week please let the staff know that this is in good behavior.
