Worst, worst. Worst
Ruined my kitchen, took months for them to get it semi-acceptable. Customer service terrible, always the run around. I knew i should have went to allure, but decided to try these guys out. Sham.

Had siding done they did not secure outlet box hanging out called 8 times was told someone would be there on5/12 no person no phone call if they can’t fix something this small imagine what they would do with a kitchen or bathroom I was looking for a new kitchen and three people were looking for siding I told them to look elsewhere this company just lost prob close to 70 thousand in new business STAY AWAY wires are out in the elements

Roof and windows poorly done. Draft and snow come through window seals, shingles falling off roof. Will never ever use them again

On the day of the install, I realized that there was a miscommunication of which siding was to be installed!!! I called my representative crying and said that I would even pay a re-stocking fee for the wrong siding that was delivered, in order to stop the job. He replied that the one I wanted would be $1,000 more, and I told him i didn’t care how much more it would be. They didn’t care and installed the wrong siding anyway....every time I pull up to my house, I want to cry....I never would have chose this siding for my house and the unwilling nature of the represantive is disgusting... I need more siding replaced on the garage and will never recommend Panther

We hired this company to do a kitchen remodel. At the start of the process everything went great. The way to mate, plans, timeline, etc... the job started off well and then about a week in ALL of that changed. There were days people did not show up and we were left in limbo with no communication unless we sought it out. As the job continued we ran into so many issues with cabinet placement, plans and layout. All things that should be second nature to a kitchen company. Finally, the renovation wrapped and I we were so happy to have our house back. Except now here we are a few months later and we are fixing all of the issues that they cause. The exterior wall was not properly insulated and our kitchen pipes froze as a result. In addition we are finding all types of imperfections such as cracked cabinets covered with touch up paint, joints that do not match up and exposed screw heads. So disappointing! The only thing this did was reaffirm my belief that contractors are ***!!

SO BAD
OK so after signing a contract with in good faith and handing over a deposit of my hard earned money and Panther deciding not to proceed with the job because they made a bad estimate on their part and not having the decency to call me and tell me and having to track them down to hear this news after I chose them... tonight I get a call from Panther saying that they are following up about an estimate and work for redoing my siding for my house, which I spoke to them about at Costello Ace hardware and am I ready to proceed. I thought it could not get worse but it did. It is offensive.

I saw Panther at Ace Hardware and thought it would be reliable. I had an estimate done for a window install and then a follow up with their window installer. I had signed a contract and given a check for the work in good faith. Days went by and I had to track them down. When I finally got the receptionist she said they are refusing to do the work because their estimate was wrong and I could read the fine print on the contract. This is not how you run a business. Panther Siding & Windows is a well organized company that uses dedicated workers who are outstanding in what they do. Any problems that arose during renovation were immediately addressed, and fixed. I can't thank them enough for the work that they did on my house. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good company. They are not the cheapest when it comes to price. But are more than willing to work with you on the price and obtain financing for you if needed. The one thing that I have learned is that you get what you pay for, and after losing over 60,000.00 dollars to my first contractor who walked off the job, I can tell you if it wasn't for Panther I would still have only half a house with no siding. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Stephen Liotta was hired by my mother to replace her concrete driveway with blacktop, redo her brick stairwell more evenly with new Armor Tec by Cambridge bricks, and replace the poorly installed pvc railings with new pvc railings. • After signing the contract, Stephen was extremely difficult to get in touch with. He answered only the first time I and my mother called from our individual cell phones ( before saving our numbers I presume). •Answers that he'd given before the contract was signed , concerning the work were misinformed. • Damage that was done during the demo, which Mr. Liotta assured would be fixed have been left undone. -the workers damaged the siding on the house & garage, and destroyed plants that were gifted to my mother from her grand children. They never mentioned the plants would be in the way nor asked if she would like them moved. Stephen bought any plants to replace the gifts and said the workers would plant the new ones. • In addition, out of the 3 companies that he contracted out to complete the work, only one (the Railing installer) rang the doorbell to notify my mother who they were and that they were about to be working on her property. •

You guys did my neighbors roof and one of your workers trucks was blocking my driveway when there was a sign posted, he only moved when he seen my husband car trying to come out. Then all the dust from them doing the roof my new car was full of black dust on it. Do mind paying back for my car to get waxed, plus all the rubbish I had to clean out of my front yard from your workers throwing stuff all over. Rude these people have no consideration for private property.

NEVER Depend or Trust Panther Siding And Windows! Their Sales Man David came over to my home to give me an estimate to replace the main entry door after reframing. He took 10% as advance after measuring and calculating the labor and material cost. David asked me to order the doors and we ordered the door at Home Depot. My wife and I tried to call him after we received the door because David told us that to give him a call once the door is shipped. His guys will start the work a week after the door is shipped. My wife and I called David many times. He would never answer his phone or text message. So, we tried from different phone numbers and he kept on saying that they will start the work next Monday, next Thursday and so on. Finally, Panther contractor, Brian (the guy who was supposed to do the job) yesterday after waiting so long. Brian said he can not do the job because David quoted low. So, my wife and I tried to call both Brian and David and they dont answer the phone. Finally, Brian answered his phone and told us that they are going to send back 10% advance payment. So, I feel like *** after waiting so many months and the winter is around the corner. NEVER trust and depend this company. They are liers/cheaters!

I had Panther Siding do my house. The men were courteous and cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to re-side their home. They came when they said they would, they finished the job when they said it would be done. I truly love the outcome and how my home looks. The workers worked hard even in the rain. . . . I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Glenn and all the workers did a great job. . . . Well Done. Thank you Panther. My home now has more than just curb appeal. . . . . Had my kitchen remodeled by Phanther was a nightmare fist guy name David stated he was the contractor was a lied he's the salesman.He was quick to give an estimate . Ok want to start right away but the lay out wasn't even in place yet . I had to call and email several before he was able send it to in the mine time demolition already done . He came up with old man name Gino who doesn't know what to do but giving orders the workers who speak English through translation, fine as far I am happy . I was home I was able to dictate what should happen how I want things to place. The don't want to listen what say , I stop them till Gino come with some one will do as I want. A small kitchen who was suppose to take three weeks it them one six weeks plus . They said for me buy the cabinets hardware, give receipt they will reimburse. It cost me $160.00. Buy the forcet $210 will reimburse , kitchen needed the pendants light Gino came with a $10.00 light . I told no he ok go buy the pendant you want for your house give me receipt cost $ 179 . I did give the receipt a week later that ignorant David said we are going to mail a check for you a check for the thing you bought. They mailed a check for $ 200 . That is robbery they were supposed to cover all this from the plan the cost $32,000 the floor is a mess the dishwasher is not fitting right you can see steam coming out as it st it's a pure mess. I 'm happy only with the window.

If I wanted a amatuerish job, I could have done it myself.
Started out ok. Made a promise of completing our very small but only bathroom in 5 days. I figured it would be longer, but I wasn't prepared for this. One calamity after another. Once the problems started, they were constantly unavailable. Would tell you they would call back but never did. Or someone was on the way over, but never showed up. I am left with dried up grout on my tiles that turned yellow and won't wash off and a nick in the wall where they installed the sink countertop. I could go on for pages on all the problems but I'm tired now. They wore be down and I quit. Guess I have to pay someone to fix the issues. FYI They got all there money up front because I financed it. Got my first bill before work was finalized. Really so upsetting because I waited years to be able to afford this work. Wanted perfection so I thought I was getting professionals. Now I have to live with (and pay for) shoddy work.
